Abstract

As shown in the figure, the invention provides an assembled box-type substation, which comprises a base 1 and a substation box body 2 fixed on the base 1; the base 1 is formed by concrete placement, and base 1 and box 2 are cuboid to the upper surface size of base 1 is greater than the lower surface size of box 2, and box 2 fixed the setting in the right intermediate position of upper surface of base 1. The dimensions of the base 1 and the housing 2, the dimensions of the locking slot and the locking pressure plate 4, the dimensions of the locking support arm plate 3 and their angles with the locking pressure plate 4 and the fastening plate 5 are all designed beforehand. The locking pressing plate 4 is inserted into the locking slot, and a spring washer is arranged between the locking pressing plate 4 and the locking slot; two fastening plates 5 of a pair of locking support arm plates 3 of the locking press plate 4 are respectively fixed on a group of adjacent vertical surfaces of the base 1 through fastening bolts 6; a plurality of landscape supporting plates 7 are fixedly arranged on the two locking supporting arm plates 3 positioned in front of the same vertical surface of the box body 2 from top to bottom. The landscape supporting plate 7 is used for placing flower pots or trays for planting flowers and plants.
Because the locking support arm plate 3 is obliquely arranged, a plurality of landscape supporting plates 7 on the locking support arm plate are staggered between adjacent ones, so that the upper and lower multilayer flowerpots or trays can be conveniently placed.
The view supporting plate 7 is arranged on the locking supporting arm plate 3 in front of at least one vertical surface of the box body 2. For ease of illustration, only the view pallet 7 is shown in front of two adjacent facades.
The landscape supporting plates 7 are transversely arranged, the length of the landscape supporting plates is slightly smaller than the width of the vertical face of the box body 2, one or more supporting rods 12 are fixedly arranged on the lower surface of each landscape supporting plate 7 in order to realize firm erection of the landscape supporting plates 7, and rod holes for the supporting rods 12 to be inserted into are formed in corresponding positions on the base 1.
In order to strengthen the rigidity of the lock support arm plate 3, a reinforcing rib is integrally provided in the middle of the upper surface of the lock support arm plate 3, and extends downward from the upper surface of the lock pressing plate 4 to the outer surface of the fastening plate 5. The two ends of the landscape supporting plate 7 are respectively provided with clamping grooves which are matched with the corresponding reinforcing rib plates.

The top of the box body 2 is fixedly provided with a plurality of exhaust fans 8, and the exhaust fans 8 are used for exhausting heat generated by the operation of equipment in the box body 2 upwards; a dome-shaped case cover 9 is fixedly arranged above the case body 2. The case cover 9 protects the case body 2 on one hand, on the other hand, the periphery of the case cover 9 is provided with outer edges extending out of four vertical faces of the case body 2, and an exhaust gap is arranged between the outer edges of the case cover 9 and the periphery of the top of the case body 2; the cover 9 includes a flat rectangular parallelepiped support frame and a dome-shaped cover plate covering the outside of the support frame, and an ellipsoidal wind deflector covering the top of the case 2 is provided inside the cover 9. The supporting frame has four legs at the bottom to fix the four locking parts.
The bottom edge of the cover plate is a rectangle slightly larger than the top surface of the box cover 9, the outer edge of the box cover 9 is formed by naturally inclining and extending the cover plate towards the outer lower part of the box body 2, the exhaust gap is divided into four sections corresponding to four vertical faces of the box body 2, and each section is transversely arranged and arranged between the left locking support arm plate 3 and the right locking support arm plate 3 corresponding to the vertical face of the box body 2. The top of the four vertical faces of the box body 2 can be provided with an outer edge, and an exhaust gap is arranged between the upper and lower outer edges. The inside of the tank cover 9 is fixedly provided with a water storage tank which is connected with the water storage tank 11 through a water guide pipe, and the water storage tank supplies water to the water storage tank 11 continuously or intermittently. The overflowed water in the water storage tank 11 can flow to the landscape supporting plate 7 through the arc-shaped air deflector 10, and a layer of foam cushion can be paved on the upper surface of the arc-shaped air deflector 10 for retaining the overflowed water.
