In hospitals, medical consumables are main objects, so that classification management of consumables is an extremely important link in daily work of hospital staff, and consumables are mainly taken, purchased, maintained and the like according to the standard, the expiration date, the indication and the like of the consumables.
At present, a medical consumable purchasing mode is usually a mode of counting stock or allowance stock, namely, purchasing corresponding number of consumable according to counting results of consumable demands of various departments in a hospital or purchasing consumable with insufficient stock. When buying medical consumables, the financial department can carry out cost budget according to the purchase quantity of the medical consumables, but a system used by the financial department is separated from a medical consumables management system, when the financial department carries out cost budget, the purchase quantity of each medical consumable in the medical consumables management system and the allowance of the current warehouse are required to be acquired, the quantity of the purchased medical consumables is required to be checked to different departments, and the cost budget is carried out after the check.
When the quantity of medical consumable in warehouse is not enough, need to supply the medical consumable, but need know the demand of different departments to the medical consumable before the moisturizing, but the service conditions of different departments to the medical consumable are all recorded alone, and the purchasing personnel need know the service conditions of different departments to the medical consumable when, need to go to different departments and retrieve the historical consumable service conditions, gathers the information of retrieving again. And the purchasing personnel also need to retrieve the stock quantity of different medical consumables in the warehouse, and submit the replenishment quantity to the financial department after determining the replenishment quantity of the medical consumables, so that the financial department can conveniently carry out cost budget according to the replenishment quantity and provide a purchasing list. The purchasing process cannot manage medical consumables according to actual conditions due to the fact that information of all departments is not synchronous, so that the medical consumables are wasted.
Therefore, how to manage the medical consumables according to the actual situation, and avoiding the situation of wasting the medical consumable resources is a problem that needs to be solved at present. The material fine management method based on the cost management and control provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to a server. The server of the present application may be a platform for serving a medical institution, where the medical institution includes a public hospital, a private hospital and a community hospital, fig. 1 is a first flow schematic diagram of a material fine management method based on cost management according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the method includes the following steps S101 to S105.
S101: the method comprises the steps of obtaining first consumable quantity of first medical consumables of a target department from a preset database, wherein the preset database contains stock quantity of various medical consumables, and the first medical consumables are any one of the various medical consumables.
In the above S101, the target department is any one department in the hospital, the hospital department includes internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology department, pediatrics, dermatology department, ophthalmology, otolaryngology department, stomatology department, imaging department, clinical laboratory, pathology department and anesthesia department, and the server obtains the first consumable quantity of the required medical consumables in the target department from the preset database, that is, the first consumable quantity is the stock quantity, the first medical consumables is the required medical consumables of the target department, and the required medical consumables of different departments are different. The preset database stores the stock quantity of various medical consumables. When the stock quantity of the medical consumables is acquired, the total stock quantity of the first medical consumables in the preset database can be acquired, and the total stock quantity of the first medical consumables can be divided according to the effective time limit of the first medical consumables, so that the first consumable quantity of the first medical consumables with different effective time limits is obtained.
Dividing the inventory quantity of the first medical consumables in the preset database according to the effective time periods, and determining the first medical consumables with the same effective time periods as the same group after dividing so as to conveniently display the inventory quantities corresponding to different effective time periods to users. The server obtains the consumable quantity corresponding to the medical consumables at the current moment to obtain the stock quantity of the first medical consumable for explanation. Determining the current moment, namely a certain month of a certain year, acquiring the production date and the service life of the first medical consumable from a preset database, wherein the production date is the date of production of the medical consumable, the service life is the effective service time of the medical consumable, and acquiring all the production dates and the service lives defined as the first medical consumable in the preset database. And determining the effective use time of the first medical consumable according to the production date and the service life of the first medical consumable, namely, starting with the production date, superposing the time according to the service life to obtain the effective life of the medical consumable, wherein the effective life can be understood as the proper service life of the medical consumable, and the medical consumable cannot be used after the effective life is exceeded. Determining a time point of next checking the consumable quantity of the first medical consumable based on the current moment, namely acquiring the time point; the method comprises the steps that the effective use time of the first medical consumables is larger than the first consumable quantity of the first medical consumables at the acquisition time point, namely when the consumable quantity of the first medical consumables is checked next time, the time point of the next check is in the service life, in other words, the effective use time comprises the time point of the next check. And displaying the first consumable quantity corresponding to the first medical consumable.
For example, the current time is set to be 20xx 11 months and 10 days, the medical consumable S is defined as a first medical consumable, the production dates and the service lives of all the medical consumables S corresponding to the medical consumables S are obtained from a preset database, the medical consumables with the same production dates and service lives are divided into a group, and when the production dates of the medical consumables S are 20xx 10 months and 10 days, the service lives are 60 days, namely the effective service lives are 20xx 12 months and 10 days; when the production date of the medical consumable S is 20xx 11 month 05 days, the service life is 60 days, namely the effective service time is 20xx 01 month 05 days. According to the time point of acquiring the consumable quantity of the first medical consumable in the next investigation, namely 20xx year 11 month 20 days, when the consumable quantity of the first medical consumable in the preset database is acquired in 20xx year 11 month 20 days, the consumable quantity with the effective use time longer than the next investigation time point is acquired, the two effective use periods are both longer than the next investigation time point, the consumable quantity of the first medical consumable with the effective use period of 20xx year 12 month 10 days is acquired, the consumable quantity of the first medical consumable with the effective use period of 20xx year 01 month 05 days is acquired, and different effective use periods can be displayed respectively. That is, in the display page, the display can be performed according to the time sequence, and the number of medical consumables with the effective service life of 20xx years, 12 months and 10 days can be displayed first, and then the number of medical consumables with the effective service life of 20xx years, 01 months and 05 days can be displayed. The method has the advantages that the consumable quantity corresponding to the first medical consumable in different effective service lives can be displayed separately, the medical consumable quantity of the first medical consumable and the first medical consumable can be added, the total number is displayed in the display page, and the total number can be understood as the first consumable quantity of the first medical consumable.
S102: and acquiring the second consumable quantity of the first medical consumable required to be used by the target department in a preset first time period.
In S102, the number of consumables of the first medical consumable, that is, the second number of consumables, is used in a period of time when the first period of time is preset as a target department. The preset first period of time may be set based on actual conditions. The number of patients in the target department at different moments is different, so that the number of medical consumables used in different time periods is different. However, by analyzing historical data, including seasonal data, department demand data, patient number, holiday data, and cost budget data, etc., some rules and trends may be identified. The historical data can be analyzed to further predict the number of medical consumables used by the target department in the future.
For example, pediatric department is set as a target department, a preset first time period is set as 10 days, and the number of consumables, namely the second number of consumables, of the target department using the first medical consumables in the past 10 days is acquired.
S103: judging whether the first consumable quantity is smaller than the second consumable quantity, and if the first consumable quantity is smaller than the second consumable quantity, determining the predicted consumable quantity of the target department.
In S103, a first consumable quantity of a first medical consumable is obtained from a preset database; and acquiring the second consumable quantity of the first medical consumable of the target department in the preset first time period. Judging whether the first consumable quantity is smaller than the second consumable quantity, and determining whether to purchase the first medical consumable in time or not by judging the consumable quantity. When the number of the first consumable is smaller than the number of the second consumable, the number of the medical consumable stored in the preset database is indicated to be smaller than the number of the medical consumable required by the target department, and then the number of the predicted consumable of the target department is required to be determined, so that the number of the first medical consumable in the preset database is calculated to be supplemented. In the embodiment of the application, the method is described by acquiring the predicted consumable quantity of the target department.
First, preset data related to a target department is collected, the preset data including season data, department demand data, the number of patients, holiday data, and cost budget data. The number of medical supplies actually used in the target department according to different time periods. And then cleaning and preprocessing the collected data. This may include removing outliers, filling in missing values, smoothing the data, etc. Ensuring that the data quality is accurate and consistent. Useful features are then extracted from the historical season data, the number of patients, and holiday data. The data set is divided into a training set and a test set. Most of the data can typically be used to train the model, leaving a portion of the data available for evaluating the performance of the model. A predictive model is then selected that is appropriate for the problem. Common models include linear regression, support vector regression, decision trees, random forests, neural networks, and the like. And selecting a proper model according to the characteristics and the scale of the data, and performing model training by using a training set. The performance of the model was evaluated using the test set. Common evaluation criteria include Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), mean Absolute Error (MAE), etc. Evaluating the performance of the model can help you know the accuracy and reliability of the predictions. And establishing a corresponding relation between preset data and the number of historical consumable materials by using the trained model pair.
When in practical application, preset data of a second time period are preset; and selecting the historical preset data with highest similarity from the database. Since the preset data includes parameters such as season data, department demand data, holiday data, the number of patients, and cost budget data, the historical preset data also includes a plurality of historical parameters. After the historical preset data are obtained, weights are set for different parameters respectively, the weight of any one parameter can be set according to actual requirements, and when the weight is set, the total weight is 1. For example, the weights of the season data, department demand data, the number of patients, holiday data, and cost budget data are set to 35%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 20% in order, and the total weight is 1; the score of any one parameter can be set to be 100 minutes, different scores can be set according to seasons, when the target department is winter, the department demand data and the patient data are more, 100 x 35% +100 x 20% +100 x 15% = 70 are calculated, namely, the number of medical consumables required in the target department in the second time period is preset to be 70. According to the corresponding relation between the preset data and the number of the historical consumable supplies, the number of the medical consumable supplies in the preset first time period can be more accurately estimated by selecting the historical preset data which is most similar to the current season, the number of patients and the demands of departments and then obtaining the number of the historical medical consumable supplies corresponding to the historical preset data.
After calculating the similarity between the preset data and the historical preset data according to the method, selecting the historical data with the highest similarity, acquiring the number of medical consumables used by a target department in the historical data, acquiring the use duration corresponding to the number of medical consumables, dividing the number of medical consumables by the use duration to obtain the number of medical consumables used each day, and multiplying the number of medical consumables used each day by the duration of a preset second time period to obtain the predicted consumable number of the preset second time period.
For example, when the number of the first consumables is 100, the number of the second consumables used by the target department in the past 10 days is 150, the number of the first consumables is smaller than the number of the second consumables, and according to the number of the historical medical consumables, the number of predicted consumables of the target department is determined to be 100.
Further, when the first consumable quantity is greater than or equal to the second consumable quantity, it is confirmed that the stock quantity of the first medical consumable in the current preset database is sufficient, and purchasing is not needed temporarily.
S104: judging whether the predicted consumable quantity is larger than or equal to a consumable difference value, wherein the consumable difference value is a difference value between the first consumable quantity and the second consumable quantity.
In S104, after determining the predicted consumable quantity of the target department, it is determined whether the predicted consumable quantity is greater than or equal to the consumable difference, where the consumable difference is a difference between the first consumable quantity and the second consumable quantity. In the above example, the difference between the number of the first consumables and the number of the second consumables is 50, that is, the difference between the consumables is 50, and the predicted number of consumables is 100, that is, the inventory of the first medical consumables in the preset database is 100.
S105: if the predicted consumable quantity is larger than or equal to the consumable difference value, confirming that the medical consumable of the target department is in a normal state, and purchasing is not needed.
In S105, when the number of consumables is greater than or equal to the consumable difference, it is determined that the medical consumables of the target department are in a normal state, that is, replenishment is not needed temporarily. The inventory of the first medical consumables in the preset database is still used for a period of time in the target department, so that the situation that the first medical consumables are required to be purchased in the target department because the target department is not known is avoided, and when the number of the first medical consumables used in the target department is small, the unused first medical consumables are easy to cause resource waste.
In addition, when the predicted consumable quantity is smaller than the consumable difference value, confirming that the stock quantity of the first medical consumable of the target department is in an abnormal state, and sending prompt information to the target department, wherein the prompt information is used for reminding medical staff that the current first medical consumable quantity is insufficient. The method has the advantages that the stock quantity of the first medical consumable in the preset database is sent, medical staff can know the stock quantity of the first medical consumable in the preset database conveniently, and can get the first medical consumable in combination with actual conditions conveniently.
Further, when the predicted consumable quantity is smaller than the consumable difference value, the replenishment information is sent to a second user, and the second user is a person purchasing medical consumables. Acquiring the number of first medical consumables used by a target department in a preset first time period, namely the number of second consumables; the historical consumable quantity of the target department can be analyzed according to seasons and months after the historical consumable quantity of the target department is obtained, and then the quantity of the first medical consumable used by the target department in different months is obtained. And then according to analysis on the historical consumable quantity and the second consumable quantity, determining the consumable replenishment quantity of the first medical consumable, namely predicting the medical consumable quantity required to be used by a target department in a future period, subtracting the stock quantity of the medical consumable in the current prediction database from the predicted medical consumable quantity, and obtaining the consumable replenishment quantity. After determining the consumable replenishment quantity, sending the consumable replenishment quantity to a third user, wherein the third user is a financial staff responsible for medical consumable cost budget, so that the third user can carry out cost budget according to the consumable replenishment quantity, and further the cost budget range of the medical consumable is determined.
After the third user carries out cost budget according to the consumable replenishment quantity, the second user needs to search corresponding medical consumable suppliers according to the purchase order, and when searching the medical consumable suppliers, consumable information corresponding to the consumable replenishment quantity needs to be obtained, wherein the consumable information comprises consumable names, consumable codes, consumable scale, consumable types, consumable unit price and inventory quantity. The consumable scale is the quality of the consumable; consumable types include surgical tools, syringes and needles, catheters and catheter sets, dressings and bandages, sterilization materials, disposable instruments, and laboratory consumables. The purchase information is determined according to the consumable information, and the purchase information is a purchase order, so that a second user can conveniently purchase the medical consumables according to the purchase information, the situation that the number of the purchased medical consumables is unequal to the actual demand due to the fact that the purchase order is not listed in advance is reduced, and when more medical consumables are adopted, the situation of data waste is easy to occur; when few medical consumables are purchased, the requirements of a target department on the medical consumables cannot be met, and the normal work of medical staff is affected.
For example, when the inventory of the first medical consumables is insufficient, the inventory is 40, the first medical consumable demand of the target department is obtained, the first medical consumable quantity corresponding to the demand of the first medical consumables is determined, the first medical consumable quantity is 120, the inventory of the first medical consumables is subtracted from the first medical consumable quantity, the consumable replenishment quantity is obtained, and the consumable replenishment quantity is 70. And sending the consumable replenishment quantity to financial staff for cost budget, and after the financial staff performs cost budget, determining the consumable unit price of each medical consumable, and acquiring consumable information corresponding to the medical consumables so as to determine a purchase order according to the consumable information and the consumable replenishment quantity. As shown in fig. 2, in the purchase order, the consumable name is xx1, the consumable code is xxH, the consumable scale is qualified, the consumable type is surgical tools, the consumable single price xx element, the stock quantity is 40, and the consumable replenishment quantity is 70.
In one possible implementation manner, when medical staff of the target department go to preset the database to get medical consumables, in order to ensure that the medical consumables that the medical staff get up are consistent with the actual demands, the situation that waste is caused by the fact that the medical staff get wrong medical consumables is reduced. When medical staff goes to get up the medical consumables, the medical staff is used for getting up consumable images of the consumables through collecting the consumable images, and the consumable images are compared with the get up request, so that whether the medical consumables are normal or not is judged. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second flow chart of a material fine management method based on cost management according to an embodiment of the present application, and the method includes the following steps S301 to S304.
S301: and receiving a receiving request input by the first user, wherein the receiving request comprises the receiving name and verification information of the first medical consumable.
In S301 above, the first user is a medical staff corresponding to the target department, and when the medical staff needs to go to the preset database to get the first medical consumable, the first user needs to send a get request to the server through the terminal, where the terminal may include, but is not limited to, a mobile device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, a PC (Personal Computer, a personal computer), and the like. The verification information can be digital codes of different target departments, so that foreign personnel can be prevented from impoverishment of identities of medical personnel, and medical consumables can be led to a preset database.
S302: and when the verification information passes the verification, acquiring consumable images of the second medical consumable currently led by the first user.
In S302, after receiving the request, the server determines whether the authentication information exists, and if the authentication information exists, the authentication information passes the verification. And acquiring consumable images of a second medical consumable currently received by the first user, wherein the second medical consumable is a medical consumable received by the first user after the first user goes to a preset database. After the first user obtains the medical consumable, the medical consumable image obtained by the first user is required to be collected, and the consumable image is obtained. Image capturing tools include, but are not limited to, digital cameras, scanners, and imaging devices.
S303: and identifying the consumable image to obtain the consumable name contained in the consumable image.
In S303, after the consumable image is obtained, the consumable image is identified, before the consumable image is identified, consumable images corresponding to multiple medical consumables need to be stored in the database, and a correspondence between the consumable image and the consumable name is established, so as to obtain the consumable name contained in the consumable image.
S304: judging whether the consumable name is consistent with the receiving name, and when the consumable name is inconsistent with the receiving name, confirming to send early warning information to the first user, wherein the early warning information is used for prompting the first user that the receiving request is not matched with the consumable image.
In S304, the consumable name is obtained by identifying the consumable image, and whether the consumable name is consistent with the pilot name is determined. When the consumable name is inconsistent with the leading name, confirming that the medical consumable led by the first user is wrong, sending early warning information to the first user, wherein the early warning information is used for prompting that the leading request of the first user is not matched with the consumable image, and the second medical consumable is required to be carried to be replaced in a preset database, so that the medical consumable is prevented from being wasted due to the fact that the leading medical consumable is wrong but not replaced.
For example, the leading name is a, but the consumable image is identified, the consumable name is b, when the leading name is inconsistent with the consumable name, early warning information is sent to medical staff to prompt the medical staff to preset a database in time to replace the leading medical consumable, risk and waste caused by the leading of wrong consumable are prevented, and further accuracy of leading and refinement degree of consumable management are improved.
Further, when the consumable name is consistent with the leading name, the medical consumable leading by the first user is confirmed to be correct, and early warning information is not required to be sent to the first user.
By adopting the method, the stock quantity of medical consumables in the preset database is controlled according to the stock quantity of the medical consumables in the preset database, when the medical consumables are replenished, the financial department can adjust the demand of the medical consumables in the target department, can also adjust the stock quantity of the medical consumables in the preset database, and can determine the quantity of the replenishment of the medical consumables according to the historical medical consumables demand and the export quantity, then the quantity of the replenishment of the medical consumables is subjected to cost budget, and the medical consumables are purchased according to purchasing information, so that resource waste caused by unreasonable transitional purchasing or purchasing is prevented.
