In this embodiment, the fixing member 104 is a metal sheet, which has a certain radian to fix the conveying pipe 2, and two sides of the metal sheet are provided with a plurality of groups of threaded holes which are in threaded connection with the threaded holes on the inner wall of the box body 1 through screws. The metal sheet is arranged on two sides and the middle position of each group of conveying pipes at least so as to adjust the stability of the structure and further ensure the accuracy of pressure monitoring.
An eighth embodiment of the present invention proposes a medical gas valve box, and on the basis of any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, an openable box door 105 is installed at the front end of the box body 1, and the box door 105 is provided with a door lock 106.
In this embodiment, the door 105 may be a push-pull or side-turn structure, and the front end structure of the case 1 may be opened or closed to facilitate maintenance of personnel, and the door lock 106 is provided on one side of the door 105 and may be opened by pressing or using a key.
A ninth embodiment of the present invention proposes a medical gas valve box, and on the basis of any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the box door 105 is provided with observation openings 107, and the number of the observation openings 107 is adapted to the number of the pressure gauges 205.
In this embodiment, the observation opening 107 can check each pipe body in the pressure gauge 205 and the box 1, the observation opening 107 is provided with a transparent plate, the transparent plate plays a dustproof role, the dust is prevented from entering the pressure gauge 205 to affect the checking of the personnel, and the transparent plate is a glass plate or a plastic plate so that the personnel check the pressure gauge 205 and the pipe body.
A tenth embodiment of the present invention provides a medical gas valve box, and on the basis of any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, openings 108 are provided on two sides of the bottom of the box body 1, and the openings 108 can take out the emergency delivery tube 301 from any side of the box body 1.
In this embodiment, the setting position of the opening 108 is adapted to the position of the emergency conveying pipe 301, the opening 108 may be set on the case 1 through a window or a push-pull plate, and the detachable emergency conveying pipe 301 is convenient for maintenance of the pipe body.
The present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments, and modifications can be made to the embodiments without creative contribution by those skilled in the art after reading the present specification, but are protected by patent laws within the scope of claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A medical gas valve cassette comprising:
the box body (1), two sides of the box body (1) are provided with through holes (101), and a fixing plate (102) is arranged in the box body (1);
the conveying pipeline (2), both ends of the conveying pipeline (2) are arranged in the box body (1) through the through holes (101), the conveying pipeline (2) comprises an air conveying pipe (201), an oxygen conveying pipe (202) and a negative pressure conveying pipe (203) which are arranged in parallel, the conveying pipeline (2) is further provided with a stop valve (204) and a pressure gauge (205), and the pressure gauge (205) is fixed on the fixed plate (102);
the emergency standby pipeline (3) is arranged at the bottom of the box body (1) and comprises an emergency conveying pipe (301) and splicing structures (302) at two sides of the emergency conveying pipe, and the emergency conveying pipe (401) is provided with the stop valve (204);
the electric control device (4), electric control device (4) are established in box (1), including controlling means (401), solenoid valve (402), alarm (403) and with sensor (404) that manometer (205) are connected, sensor (404) can be in real time right manometer (205) numerical variation monitors, when monitoring numerical anomaly, controlling means (401) control solenoid valve (402) will pipeline (2) are located the body partition of air inlet one side and with abnormal signal transfer extremely alarm (403) report to the police, electric control device (4) still are equipped with stand-by power supply (5).

A medical gas valve housing according to claim 1, wherein: the plug-in structure (302) is provided with a plurality of plug-in ports (303) with different orientations so as to be connected with a pipe body at the air inlet side, and the plug-in ports (303) are also provided with sealing structures (304).

A medical gas valve housing according to claim 2, wherein: the connection part of the plug-in structure (302) and the emergency conveying pipe (301) is provided with a rotating structure (305), and the plug-in port (303) is provided with a sealing cover (306) for closing the unconnected port structure.

A medical gas valve cassette according to claim 3, wherein: the emergency conveying pipes (301) are provided with at least two groups of pipelines with different pipe diameters, and fixing frames (307) are arranged at two ends of each pipeline and are fixed with the inner wall of the box body (1).
5. A medical gas valve housing according to claim 4, wherein: the electric control device (4) is connected with an external alternating current power supply, and the standby power supply (5) can supply power to the electric control device (4) when power is off.
6. A medical gas valve housing according to claim 1, wherein: the number of the pressure gauges (205) is matched with the number of conveying pipes in the conveying pipeline (2), and the fixing plate (102) is provided with a mounting groove (103) so as to clamp the pressure gauges (205).
7. A medical gas valve housing according to claim 1, wherein: the box body (1) is internally provided with fixing pieces (104), and the number of the fixing pieces (104) is multiple groups so as to fix the conveying pipeline (2) and the box body (1) into a whole.
8. A medical gas valve housing according to claim 1, wherein: the front end of the box body (1) is provided with an openable box door (105), and the box door (105) is provided with a door lock (106).
9. A medical gas valve cassette as defined in claim 8, wherein: the box door (105) is provided with observation openings (107), and the number of the observation openings (107) is matched with that of the pressure gauges (204).
10. A medical gas valve housing according to claim 1, wherein: the two sides of the bottom of the box body (1) are provided with openings (108), and the openings (108) can take out the emergency conveying pipe (301) from any side of the box body (1).
