Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fabric processing, and particularly relates to an antibacterial dyeing finishing liquid and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous promotion of the living standard of people, the demands of people on comfortable sanitary textiles are also increasing, the rapid development of antibacterial textiles in the market is greatly stimulated, the common fabric has no inhibition effect on bacteria or fungi, meanwhile, the surface of the fabric has a loose structure and porous physical shape, microorganisms are easy to adsorb and be infected, and meanwhile, the surface of a human body is suitable in temperature and humidity, oxygen, sufficient nutrients and the like, so that the fabric also becomes a carrier for microorganism propagation, and the microorganisms can damage the fabric, so that the characteristics of the fabric such as color, strength, touch and the like are seriously influenced. Therefore, in order to protect the fabric from being damaged by microorganisms and to protect the health of human bodies, development of the functional fabric with the antibacterial effect has important significance.
At present, the antibacterial finishing agents on the market are various, such as common quaternary ammonium salt compounds, triclosan organic antibacterial agents, silver ion antibacterial agents and the like; wherein, the common quaternary ammonium salt compound cannot form covalent bond with the fabric fiber, so that the washing resistance and the rubbing fastness of the antibacterial property are poor; triclosan is readily soluble in water and can only be used as an antimicrobial agent for disposable fabrics; the silver ion antibacterial agent has good antibacterial performance, but has higher preparation cost and poorer durability.
CN112647293a discloses a high-efficiency durable antibacterial fabric and a preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: padding the cotton fabric with chitosan finishing liquid to obtain the cotton fabric with the surface coated with chitosan; padding the cotton fabric coated with chitosan on the surface with a halamine antibacterial finishing liquid, and chloridizing to obtain the efficient durable antibacterial fabric; the haloamine antibacterial finishing liquid comprises a haloamine precursor, wherein the haloamine precursor is a copolymer of azlactone and allyl dimethyl hydantoin; the high-efficiency durable antibacterial fabric and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages of simple process operation and low energy consumption, and the prepared antibacterial fabric has high-efficiency durable antibacterial performance and service performance. However, the preparation method provided by the invention needs to be subjected to chlorination treatment, has poor environmental protection and complex process, and is not suitable for industrialized mass production.
Therefore, development of an antibacterial dyeing finishing liquid with excellent antibacterial effect and environmental protection is a technical problem which needs to be solved in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an antibacterial dyeing finishing liquid and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein three types of antibacterial agents, namely nano silver particles, silver salt antibacterial agents and quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agents, are compounded and matched with a grinding preparation process, so that each component in the obtained antibacterial dyeing finishing liquid has no agglomeration phenomenon, further has excellent antibacterial effect and dyeing effect, and is simple in process and environment-friendly.
