Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a reverse osmosis membrane sewage treatment device and a sewage treatment method.
Background
The reverse osmosis membrane sewage treatment device is a device for purifying sewage by using a reverse osmosis filter membrane, and uses pressure difference as driving force to separate solvent from solution, when the device works, the pressure is applied to feed liquid on one side of the membrane, when the pressure exceeds the osmotic pressure of the device, the solvent can reverse osmosis in the natural osmosis direction, so that the permeated solvent, namely permeate liquid, is obtained on the low pressure side of the membrane, and concentrated solution, namely concentrate, is obtained on the high pressure side of the membrane.

The invention circularly filters high-concentration sewage through the first-stage filter tube and the spiral pushing type filter membrane group to intercept large-particle macromolecules, and then guides and discharges filtered clean liquid into a plurality of groups of second-stage filter tubes to circularly filter for multiple times, thus obtaining clean water and collecting the clean water for standby use. When the device meets the joint work of multistage reverse osmosis membranes, a certain interference is easy to generate, so that the permeation efficiency is unstable, the continuity and the automaticity of the filtration process are insufficient, and the sewage treatment efficiency is influenced.
