the rotating mechanism (4) comprises four pushing mechanisms, sliding hole rods (406) of the pushing mechanisms are arranged between two four corner frames (404), a plurality of vertical rods (408) are sequentially arranged on the sliding hole rods (406) in a sliding mode, a cross rod (407) is fixedly arranged at one end of each vertical rod (408), a pushing plate (410) is arranged at the other end of each vertical rod (408), and two ends of a pushing spring (409) are respectively connected with the sliding hole rods (406) and the pushing plates (410);
