The following describes the technical scheme of the present disclosure and how the technical scheme of the present disclosure solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a message sending method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be applied to a server device (smart phone, tablet computer, notebook computer, etc.), and the method at least includes the following steps S11-S14:
s11, when a message sending request for indicating to send a message is received, acquiring corresponding initial message template information based on the message sending request, wherein the initial message template information comprises first configuration information determined by a first object, and the first configuration information at least comprises message type information and a second object identifier of the message;
in some embodiments, the message type information of the message may include at least one of: short messages, mail, system messages, etc., wherein the system messages may be messages sent inside the ESOP medium station management system.
In some embodiments, the message sending request may be that a service end server or a service in the service system automatically triggers and sends the message to a service end device when a preset triggering condition is met, where the service end server or the service is used to provide specific application service and or service information data; for example, when the service data in the service end server changes, a message sending request is triggered to the service end device so as to call the service end device to send a corresponding message notification. Taking the service system as an ESOP service system as an example, the account stock number of a certain staff in the service-side server is changed, and the service-side server can send a message to the service-side device.
In some embodiments, the message sending request may include a target service data type, where the target service data type refers to type information of the changed service data; acquiring corresponding initial message template information based on the message sending request specifically may include: acquiring a target service data type in the message sending request; acquiring a plurality of pieces of predetermined message template information and business scene information corresponding to each piece of message template information in the plurality of pieces of message template information; and acquiring initial message template information corresponding to the message sending request from the message template information according to the target service data type and the service scene information.
The service scenario information is used to indicate a notification scenario of a message, for example, the service scenario information is "stock quantity change scenario", "account status change scenario", or the like. The target service data type is used to indicate type information of the fluctuating service data, for example, the type information of the service data may include, but is not limited to, stock quantity, account status, etc.
Specifically, a field corresponding to the target service data type may be converted into first string information, and a field corresponding to the service scene information may be converted into second string information, for example, a word2vector algorithm may be used to convert a text field corresponding to the target service data type or the service scene information into coding information, so as to obtain corresponding string information; and further, calculating the similarity between the target service data type and the service scene information based on the first character string and the second character string, for example, the similarity between the service data type and the service scene information can be calculated by the following formula:
wherein,representing first string information,/or->The first character string information is represented, i represents the number of characters of the character string. After determining the similarity between the target service data type and the service scene information, the message template information corresponding to the service scene information with the maximum similarity between the target service data types can be determined as initial message template information.
For example, taking a service system as an ESOP service system as an example, when the account stock number of a staff in a service end server changes, the target service data type is the account stock number, and at this time, message template information corresponding to a "stock number change scene" can be determined from a plurality of message template information according to the target service data type as initial message template information.
In some embodiments, the message sending request may include a first template identifier, where the first template identifier is used to indicate corresponding initial message template information, optionally in S11, the corresponding initial message template information is acquired based on the message sending request, including S111-S113: s111, acquiring a first template identifier included in the message sending request; s112, acquiring a plurality of pieces of preset message template information and second template identifiers corresponding to the message template information in the message template information, wherein the message template information and the second template identifiers are in one-to-one correspondence; s113, message template information corresponding to a second template identifier identical to the first template identifier is used as initial message template information.
In some embodiments, the process of determining the first configuration information for the first object, the method further comprises S21-S24:
S21, when the first object is detected to trigger a first operation for creating a message template, a configuration page is displayed;
in some embodiments, the foregoing server device may be used to display a graphical user interface, and in particular, the server device may be used to interact with a first object through the graphical user interface, where the first object refers to a service provisioning object, for example, the service provisioning object may manage message template information of a service system through a corresponding client of the service system. Taking the service system as an ESOP system as an example, the first object can be a middle platform manager of the ESOP system, and the first object can manage message template information through a client of the ESOP middle platform management system provided by the ESOP system.
In some embodiments, the first operation may be a trigger operation for a first preset button, and when the first preset button is detected to be triggered, it is determined that the first object is detected to trigger the first operation for creating the message template.
