The insulation blanket mounting apparatus of claim 2 wherein the lower clamp assembly includes a lower clamp and a retractor rotatably mounted to the lower clamp; the lower clamping piece is a C-shaped groove; the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece are surrounded to form an accommodating space for receiving the insulation protection sleeve; the two sides of the lower clamping piece are respectively provided with a lower connecting part and a lower mounting part which are formed by extending outwards, the lower connecting part is opposite to the upper connecting part, and the lower mounting part is opposite to the upper mounting part; the first driving assembly drives the upper clamping assembly to move relative to the lower clamping assembly through the lower connecting portion and the upper connecting portion.

10. The insulation blanket mounting apparatus of claim 1 wherein the insulation blanket is absorbed into the clamping assembly by a suction assembly.
