in a normal state, the first frame 21 is filled with water, the first pipe 211, the first frame 21 and the second pipe 212 are matched with each other, so that the inside of the box 1 is communicated with the outside, and heat is discharged through a heat dissipation fan in the box 1; if rainwater, dust, insects, mice and reptiles pass through the ventilation opening 11, the rainwater, dust, insects, mice and reptiles enter the first frame 21, and remain in the first frame 21, so that the possibility of entering the box 1 is reduced; when rainwater enters the first frame 21 too much, the floating block 3 is driven, so that the water outlet 213 is opened, and the water level is reduced; of course, as the time increases, the first electromagnet 231 is controlled to be electrified to attract the first sliding block 232, the water outlet 213 is opened, the second electromagnet 241 is controlled to be electrified to attract the second sliding block 243 after the water is discharged, the water inlet pipe 22 is opened, and the water inlet pipe 22 is closed to prevent excessive water after a moment, so that water change is realized; when the foreign matter in the first frame 21 is to be discharged, the third electromagnet 252 is controlled to be energized to attract the first baffle 25, so that the discharge port 14 is opened to discharge the foreign matter.

during operation, the inner wall of the first frame 21 and the inner wall of the second pipe 212 are provided with PTFE coatings, and the PTFE coatings have self-sliding property, so that insects and mice are reduced from climbing into the box 1 through the second pipe 212.
