the first order adding module of the second level order pool is used for adding the takeout orders to be distributed, which are added to the first level order pool and have the priority level of the first level, into the second level order pool according to the order;
and the second-level order pool order adding module is used for adding the takeout orders to be distributed with the priority level of the second level into the second-level order pool according to the total score, and after the takeout orders to be distributed with the priority level of the first level in the second-level order pool.
As a further limitation of the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the order pool dispatcher allocation unit 405 specifically includes the following modules:

Claims (10)

1. A take-out order management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the current time enters a preset time period, acquiring the total number of takeout orders to be distributed in a preset area according to a preset period;
when the total number is larger than a threshold value, acquiring order information of the takeout order to be distributed, and acquiring distributor information of distributors distributed for the preset area according to the preset period;
determining the priority level of the takeout order to be distributed according to the order information and the dispatcher information;
warehousing the takeout orders to be distributed into an order pool of the corresponding priority level according to the priority level;
distributing the dispatcher in the preset area to the order pool according to the dispatcher information and the priority level of the order pool;
and delivering the takeaway orders to be delivered to the delivery staff of the order pool according to the sequence of the takeaway orders to be delivered in the order pool.
2. The takeout order management method as set forth in claim 1, wherein the taking of the total number of takeout orders to be distributed in the preset area is performed at the preset period by entering a preset period at the present time, and the method specifically includes the steps of:
and when the current time enters a preset time period, acquiring the total number of take-out orders to be distributed in the preset area according to a preset period, wherein the total number of take-out orders to be distributed is the starting point of distribution in the preset area.

The takeout order management method according to claim 1, wherein when said total number is greater than a threshold value, order information of said takeout order to be distributed is acquired, and distributor information of distributors in said preset area is acquired according to said preset period, comprising the steps of:
when the total number is larger than a threshold value, acquiring a delivery starting address, a delivery end address, a delivery duration and a standby duration of the takeaway order to be delivered as order information;
and acquiring the distribution personnel position, the working state and the distribution capacity score distributed to the preset area according to the preset period to serve as the distribution personnel information.

A takeout order management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said order information includes a delivery start address, a delivery end address, a delivery duration and a preparation duration, said dispatcher information includes a dispatcher location and a working status, said determining a priority of said takeout order to be delivered based on said order information and said dispatcher information includes the steps of:
counting the number of idle dispatchers of dispatchers whose positions are in the preset area and whose working states are idle states;
judging whether the total number is smaller than or equal to the number of idle dispatchers;
if yes, setting the priority level of the takeout order to be distributed as a first level;
if not, calculating the difference value between the total number and the number of the idle dispatchers;
determining the score of the distribution starting address, the score of the distribution ending address, the score of the distribution duration and the score of the preparation duration;
determining weights of the distribution start address, the distribution end address, the distribution duration and the preparation duration in a preset difference-weight comparison table according to the difference;
calculating a weighted sum according to the distribution start address, the distribution end address, the distribution time length and the score and weight of the standby time length to obtain the total score of the takeaway order to be distributed;
when the total score is larger than a preset score threshold value, determining that the priority level of the takeout order to be distributed is a first level;
and when the total score is smaller than or equal to a preset score threshold value, determining that the priority level of the takeout order to be distributed is a second level.
5. The takeaway order management method according to claim 4, wherein,
when the distribution terminal address is outside the preset area, the weight of the distribution terminal address is inversely related to the difference value and the minimum distance from the distribution terminal address to the boundary of the preset area;
and the distribution time length and the weight of the preparation time length are inversely related to the difference value.
6. A takeout order management method according to claim 4, wherein said priority levels include a first level and a second level, said entering said takeout order to be delivered into an order pool of a corresponding priority level according to said priority levels, comprising the steps of:
counting the number of orders of the take-away orders to be distributed, wherein the priority level of the orders is a first level, and sequencing the take-away orders to be distributed of the first level according to an order generation sequence;
judging whether the order number is smaller than or equal to the idle dispatcher number;
if yes, adding the takeout orders to be distributed with the priority level being the first level into a first level order pool according to the sequence;
adding N second-level takeout orders to be distributed, wherein the total score of the second-level takeout orders is ranked in front, to the first-level order pool until the number of the orders to be distributed in the first-level order pool is equal to the number of the idle distributors;
if not, adding the takeout orders to be distributed, the number of which is equal to the number of the idle distribution staff, and the priority level of which is the first level, into a first level order pool according to the sequence;
adding the to-be-delivered takeout orders with the priority level of the first level, which are added to the outside of the first level order pool, into a second level order pool according to the order;
and adding the takeout orders to be distributed with the priority level of the second level into the second level order pool according to the total score, and after the takeout orders to be distributed with the priority level of the first level in the second level order pool.
7. A takeout order management method according to claim 6, wherein said order pool is assigned to a dispatcher in said predetermined area based on said dispatcher information and a priority of said order pool, and comprising the steps of:
determining the idle dispatcher in the preset area as the dispatcher of the first-level order pool;
and determining non-idle dispatchers in the preset area as dispatchers of the second-level order pool.
8. A takeout order management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising the steps of, after having placed said takeout order to be delivered in said order pool in order of said takeout order to be delivered to a delivery person of said order pool:
after the order pool in the current period is discharged and emptied, deleting the order pool in the current period, entering the next period, and returning to the step of acquiring the total number of takeout orders to be distributed in a preset area according to the preset period.
9. A take-away order management system, comprising in particular the following elements:
the total number obtaining unit is used for obtaining the total number of the take-out orders to be distributed in the preset area according to the preset period when the current time enters the preset time period;

and the order delivery unit is used for delivering the takeout orders to be delivered to the delivery staff of the order pool according to the sequence of the takeout orders to be delivered in the order pool.
