Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-4, the present embodiment provides a method for detecting a brake status position of an operating table, including step S101, step S102, and step S103. The method comprises the steps of S101, S102 and S103, wherein the steps can run in a main control board, a brake in-place detection switch is triggered when a brake hydraulic cylinder is in place to enable a in-place signal generated by the brake in-place detection switch, when the in-place signal is detected, a control bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly is in an enabling and opening state to enable the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly to freely drive other actions of an operating bed except for braking actions, and when no in-place signal is detected, the control bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly is in an enabling and closing state to inhibit the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly from driving other actions of the operating bed except for braking actions, so that the accurate detection of in-place brake of the operating bed is realized, and the operation risk is reduced.
And step S101, when the master control board detects that the brake hydraulic cylinder is in place, triggering a brake in-place detection switch to enable the brake in-place detection switch to generate an in-place signal. The operation table comprises a table body, a brake in-place detection switch, a brake hydraulic cylinder and a bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly, wherein the brake in-place detection switch is arranged in the advancing direction of the brake hydraulic cylinder, the operation table comprises a hydraulic cylinder assembly, the hydraulic cylinder assembly comprises a bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly and a brake hydraulic cylinder, the brake hydraulic cylinder is used for driving a brake action of the operation table, and the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly is used for driving other actions of the operation table except the brake action.
The hydraulic cylinder assembly is used for driving various actions of the operating table, including but not limited to braking action, back-and-forth movement action, left-and-right movement action, lifting action, back plate action and the like of the operating table. The operation bed is characterized in that the braking action is driven by a braking hydraulic cylinder, and other actions of the operation bed outside the braking action are driven by a bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly.
It should be further noted that the brake in-place detection switch may be a micro switch, for example, a first micro switch. According to actual requirements, the micro switch can be set to be in a normally open state NC or in a normally closed state NO. The micro switch is arranged in the advancing direction of the brake hydraulic cylinder, and the micro switch is provided with a switch elastic sheet, so that when the brake hydraulic cylinder advances towards the micro switch to the proper position, the brake hydraulic cylinder can squeeze the switch elastic sheet to trigger the micro switch. In some preferred embodiments, the brake in-place detection switch is a first micro switch, and when the detection brake hydraulic cylinder is in place, the spring sheet of the first micro switch is pressed, so that the first micro switch generates the in-place signal. Specifically, the first micro switch is in a normally open state, and the elastic sheet of the first micro switch is extruded when the brake hydraulic cylinder is detected to be in place, so that the first micro switch is closed to generate the in-place signal. Or the first micro switch is in a normally closed state, and the elastic sheet of the first micro switch is extruded when the brake hydraulic cylinder is detected to be in place, so that the first micro switch is started to generate the in-place signal.
Step S102, when the main control board detects the in-place signal, the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly is controlled to be in an enabled and opened state, so that other actions of the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly on the operating table can be driven freely.
The main control board detects the in-place signal, so that the operation table is accurately in place after braking, and other actions of the operation table except for braking actions can be safely performed, for example, forward and backward movement actions, left and right movement actions, lifting actions, backboard actions and the like of the operation table can be performed. Therefore, the main control board controls the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly to be in an enabling and opening state, so that the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly can be freely driven for other actions of the operating table, and the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly can be driven to help a user to realize safe operating table control when the user operates other actions of the operating table.
In some preferred embodiments, when detecting the in-place signal, the main control board further includes: communicating with a side panel of the surgical bed with a handpiece; and controlling the side panel and the hand-held device to jump and lock the indicator lamp so as to prompt a user to operate other actions of the operating table.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the main control board detects the in-place signal, the side panel and the hand-held device jump locking indicator lamp are controlled to prompt the user to operate other actions of the operating table, at this time, the user can know that the brake of the operating table is accurate in place by observing the side panel and the hand-held device jump locking indicator lamp, so that other actions of the operating table can be operated with confidence.
Step S103, when the main control board does not detect the in-place signal, the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly is controlled to be in an enabling and shutting state so as to inhibit the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly from driving other actions of the operating bed.
It should be noted that, because the main control board does not detect the signal of putting in place, consequently control the bed body control pneumatic cylinder subassembly is in enabling off state all the time, reaches to prohibit the bed body control pneumatic cylinder subassembly is right other actions of operation table carry out the purpose of drive, avoid trade and naturally operating other actions of operation table when operation table brake is not accurate in place, cause the operation risk.
In some preferred embodiments, when the in-place signal is not detected, the main control board further includes: receiving a brake key operation signal, wherein the brake key operation signal is generated when a brake key is in a pressed state; and controlling the brake hydraulic cylinder to drive the braking action of the operating bed according to the brake key operation signal.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, because the main control board does not detect the in-place signal, the user can only continue to press the brake key, and the brake key operation signal is generated and transmitted to the main control board when the brake key is in a pressed state, and the main control board responds to the brake request and controls the brake hydraulic cylinder to drive the braking action of the operating table according to the brake key operation signal until the brake hydraulic cylinder is accurate in place.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the first embodiment further provides the following preferred embodiments to further improve the technical solution in the first embodiment.
In some preferred embodiments, the method for detecting a brake state position of an operating table further comprises: triggering an abnormal in-place detection switch when detecting that the brake hydraulic cylinder is abnormal in place so as to enable the abnormal in-place detection switch to generate an abnormal in-place signal, wherein the abnormal in-place detection switch is arranged in the travelling direction of the brake hydraulic cylinder and is positioned at a set distance in front of the brake in-place detection switch; and when the abnormal in-place signal is detected, controlling all the hydraulic cylinder assemblies to be in an enabling and disconnecting state so as to inhibit the hydraulic cylinder assemblies from driving the action of the operating bed.
It should be noted that, if the operating table fails in the braking state, the braking action cannot be effectively limited, at this time, the brake hydraulic cylinder extends from the traveling direction of the brake hydraulic cylinder without limit, the abnormality reaches the set distance of the traveling direction of the brake hydraulic cylinder, the set distance is provided with an abnormality in-place detection switch, the abnormality in-place detection switch generates an abnormality in-place signal under the triggering of the abnormally arrived brake hydraulic cylinder, and when the master control board detects the abnormality in-place signal, the hydraulic cylinder assembly is controlled to be in an enabling and disconnecting state so as to prohibit the hydraulic cylinder assembly from driving the action of the operating table, at this time, the operating table is judged to be in the failure state, all actions are prohibited, and the operating risk caused by operating the operating table is fundamentally avoided while protecting the brake hydraulic cylinder.
In some preferred embodiments, when the abnormality in place signal is detected, further comprising: communicating with a side panel of the surgical bed with a handpiece; and controlling the side panel and the handheld device to flash the indicator lamp so as to remind a user of faults.
It should be noted that, when the main control board detects the abnormal signal in place, the side panel and the hand-held device are controlled to flash to indicate the lamp so as to remind the user of faults, so that the user can know the problem and then conduct the fault maintenance of the operating table.
It should be noted that the abnormal in-place detection switch may be a micro switch, for example, a second micro switch, and when the brake hydraulic cylinder exceeds the first micro switch and travels to the set distance, the elastic sheet of the second micro switch is pressed, so that the second micro switch generates the abnormal in-place signal. Specifically, the second micro switch is in a normally open state, and the elastic sheet of the second micro switch is extruded when the abnormal in-place state of the brake hydraulic cylinder is detected, so that the second micro switch is closed to generate the abnormal in-place signal. Or the second micro switch is in a normally closed state, and the elastic sheet of the second micro switch is extruded when the abnormal in-place state of the brake hydraulic cylinder is detected, so that the second micro switch is started to generate the abnormal in-place signal.

Or the second micro switch is in a normally closed state, and the elastic sheet of the second micro switch is extruded when the abnormal in-place state of the brake hydraulic cylinder is detected, so that the second micro switch is started to generate the abnormal in-place signal.
It should be noted that the main control board may include a single-chip microcomputer, a battery valve and a hydraulic pump power switch circuit. The single chip microcomputer is respectively connected with the brake in-place detection switch and the abnormal in-place detection switch for communication, and when an in-place signal and an abnormal in-place signal are obtained, programs are respectively executed to realize the brake state position detection method of any one of the operation tables in the first embodiment, the battery valve and the hydraulic pump power supply switch circuit are controlled to control the hydraulic cylinder assembly to be in an enabling and disconnecting state so as to inhibit the hydraulic cylinder assembly from driving the operation table, or the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly is controlled to be in an enabling and disconnecting state so as to inhibit the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly from driving other actions of the operation table except for braking actions, or the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly is controlled to be in an enabling and disconnecting state so as to enable the bed body control hydraulic cylinder assembly to freely drive other actions of the operation table, thereby realizing accurate detection of the brake in-place condition of the operation table, avoiding damage of the brake hydraulic cylinder, avoiding the operation risk caused by improper operation of the operation table, and improving the operation safety.
In some improved embodiments, after the power-on, the main control board determines whether the micro switch 2 is triggered, for example, determines whether the micro switch 2 is pressed, and if the micro switch 2 is triggered, for example, the micro switch 2 is pressed, the control bed body cannot move and waits for maintenance. If the micro switch 2 is not triggered, for example, the micro switch 2 is not pressed, the brake is controlled in response to the operation of the brake key by the user, and then whether the micro switch 1 is triggered, for example, whether the micro switch 1 is pressed is judged, if the micro switch 1 is triggered, for example, the micro switch 1 is pressed, other actions of the operation bed are allowed to be operated by the user, and if the micro switch 1 is not triggered, for example, the micro switch 1 is not pressed, the brake is controlled in response to the operation of the brake key by the user continuously. After allowing the user to operate other actions of the operation bed, the main control board continues to judge whether the micro switch 2 is triggered, for example, whether the micro switch 2 is pressed, if the micro switch 2 is triggered, for example, the micro switch 2 is pressed, the control bed body cannot move, and the maintenance is waited. If the microswitch 2 is not triggered, for example, the microswitch 2 is not pressed, other actions of the user operating the operating bed are allowed.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, before the relevant detection and judgment are performed on the micro switch 1, it is first determined whether the micro switch 2 is triggered, if the micro switch 2 is triggered, the control bed body cannot move, and waits for maintenance, and if the relevant detection and judgment are not triggered, the micro switch 1 is further performed, so that the fault of the brake hydraulic cylinder of the operation bed is previously checked, the brake hydraulic cylinder is protected from being damaged, and meanwhile, the technical guarantee of operation safety is further improved.
