Abstract
The invention provides an indoor illuminating lamp which is convenient to install and does not need welding wires, and the indoor illuminating lamp comprises a surface cover assembly, a back plate and an aluminum substrate with LED lamp beads, wherein the aluminum substrate is detachably connected with the back plate, a wire passing hole is formed in the back plate, a wiring terminal for plugging the wiring terminal of the aluminum substrate and a wiring terminal of a power wire is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the back plate, a positioning hole for a screw to pass through is formed in the back plate, and the surface cover assembly is detachably connected with the back plate. The indoor illuminating lamp which is convenient to install and does not need welding wires is provided with the wire through holes and the wiring terminals for plugging the wiring ends of the aluminum substrates and the wiring ends of the power wires, so that the power wires and the aluminum substrates are not required to be welded, and the aluminum substrates are convenient to replace; and the backboard is locked on the wall or the fixed surface by means of the positioning holes and the screws on the backboard, so that a metal mounting bracket is not required to be configured for the indoor illuminating lamp, and the cost is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lighting lamps, in particular to an indoor lighting lamp which is convenient to install and does not need welding wires.
Background
The LED indoor illuminating lamp is unique in design, light forms a uniform luminous effect after passing through the light guide plate with high light transmittance, has good illumination uniformity, is soft and comfortable in light, does not lose brightness, and can effectively relieve eyestrain. The LED indoor illuminating lamp can also prevent radiation, and can not stimulate the skin of pregnant women, old people and children.
Therefore, the daily life of people has more opportunities to use the LED indoor lighting lamp.
However, in the existing indoor lighting lamp, in the installation process, the aluminum substrate and the power line are required to be welded, so that the power line is required to be welded every time the aluminum substrate is replaced, and the aluminum substrate is inconvenient to replace. In addition, in the existing panel light or ceiling light, when in installation, a metal frame is required to be fixed on a wall or a fixed surface, then a lamp is connected to the metal frame, and the cost is increased due to the existence of the metal frame.
Therefore, there is a need to provide an indoor lighting lamp which is convenient to install and does not require welding wires to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problems of providing an indoor illuminating lamp which is convenient to install and does not need welding wires, wherein a wire through hole and a wiring terminal for plugging an aluminum substrate wiring terminal and a power wire wiring terminal are arranged on a back plate, so that the power wire and the aluminum substrate do not need to be welded, and the aluminum substrate is convenient to replace; and the backboard is directly connected on the wall or the fixed surface in a screwed manner, a metal mounting bracket is not required to be arranged, and the cost is saved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that the indoor illuminating lamp which is convenient to install and does not need welding wires is provided, and the indoor illuminating lamp comprises a surface cover component 1, a back plate 2 and an aluminum substrate 3 which is detachably connected with the back plate 2 and provided with LED lamp beads, wherein a wire passing hole 25 is formed in the back plate 2, a wiring terminal 26 for plugging the wiring terminal of the aluminum substrate and the wiring terminal of a power supply wire is formed in the inner bottom surface of the back plate 2, a positioning hole 21 for a screw to pass through is formed in the back plate 2, and the surface cover component 1 is detachably connected with the back plate 2.
In an embodiment, a plurality of studs 27 are integrally formed on the inner bottom surface of the back plate 2, the aluminum substrate 3 is inserted into the corresponding studs 27 through screw holes formed in the aluminum substrate, and nuts are arranged at the tail ends of the studs 27.
In one embodiment, the inner bottom surface of the back plate 2 is integrally formed with a recess 28, and the connection terminal 26 is inserted into the recess 28.
In an embodiment, screw holes 4 are correspondingly formed on the side walls of the face cover assembly 1 and the back plate 2, and screws penetrate through the screw holes 4 to lock the face cover assembly 1 and the back plate 2.
In one embodiment, the face cover assembly 1 comprises a face frame 11 and a light guide plate 12 connected to the top opening of the face frame 11; two sliding rails 13 are integrally formed on the inner side surface of the face frame 11, and sliding blocks 24 which are inserted in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding rails 13 are arranged on the side surface of the back plate 2; screw holes 4 on the side wall of the backboard 2 penetrate through the sliding blocks 24, and screw holes 4 on the side wall of the face frame 11 pass through the sliding rail 13.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) The backboard is provided with the wire through holes and the wiring terminals for plugging the aluminum substrate wiring terminals and the power wire wiring terminals, so that the power wire and the aluminum substrate are not required to be welded, and the aluminum substrate is convenient to replace; and the metal mounting rack is not required to be configured, so that the cost is saved;
(3) The face cover component and the back plate are spliced in a connecting mode of the sliding block and the sliding rail, and are locked laterally by utilizing screws, so that the face cover component and the back plate are convenient to assemble and disassemble.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-6.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the indoor lighting lamp with convenient installation and no need of welding wires in this embodiment comprises a surface cover assembly 1, a back plate 2, an aluminum substrate 3 with LED lamp beads, wherein the aluminum substrate 3 is detachably connected with the back plate 2, a wire passing hole 25 is formed in the back plate 2, a wiring terminal 26 for plugging the wiring end of the aluminum substrate and the wiring end of a power supply wire is formed in the inner bottom surface of the back plate 2, a positioning hole 21 for passing a screw is formed in the back plate 2, and the surface cover assembly 1 is detachably connected with the back plate 2. Therefore, the aluminum substrate 3 is convenient to replace, the aluminum substrate 3 does not need to be welded with a power line, and the power line can be reused; and the backboard 2 is directly locked on the mounting surface through screws, a metal mounting rack is not required to be arranged, and the cost is saved.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to facilitate connection and replacement of the aluminum substrate 3, a plurality of studs 27 are integrally formed on the inner bottom surface of the back plate 2, the aluminum substrate 3 is inserted into the corresponding studs 27 through screw holes formed therein, and nuts (not shown) are arranged at the tail ends of the studs 27.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the inner bottom surface of the back plate 2 is formed with a recess 28 integrally formed therein, and the connection terminal 26 is inserted into the recess 28, so that the connection terminal 26 is detachably connected to the back plate 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the back plate 2 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 21 spaced apart from each other.
As further shown in fig. 3 and 4, the plurality of positioning holes 21 spaced apart from each other are arranged in a straight line, and of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of positioning holes 21 spaced apart from each other may not be arranged in a straight line, which is within the scope of the present invention. During installation, the back plate 2 is firstly screwed on a wall or other fixed surfaces through the positioning holes 21 by bolts, and then the surface cover assembly 1 is connected on the back plate 2, so that a traditional metal fixing frame is omitted, and the cost is saved.
Still further, as shown in fig. 3, the plurality of positioning holes 21 spaced apart from each other include a bar-shaped hole 211 and/or a circular hole 212.
In a preferred embodiment, the positioning holes 21 are countersunk relative to the inner bottom surface of the back plate 2, so that the screws do not lift the aluminum substrate 3, so that the aluminum substrate 3 can be placed against the inner bottom surface of the back plate 2.
In order to make the back plate 2 firm and structurally stable, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the outer bottom surface of the back plate 2 is integrally formed with reinforcing ribs 22; in a preferred embodiment, ladder-shaped ribs 23 are integrally formed on the outer bottom surface of the back plate 2 around the positioning holes 21. So that the positioning hole 21 is firm and not easily broken.
In the present invention, in a detachable connection manner between the cover assembly 1 and the back plate 2, as shown in fig. 5, preferably, screw holes 4 are correspondingly provided on the side walls of the cover assembly 1 and the back plate 2, and the screws lock the cover assembly 1 and the back plate 2 through the screw holes 4.
As further shown in fig. 1 and 5, in one embodiment, the bezel assembly 1 includes a bezel 11 and a light guide plate 12 attached to a top opening of the bezel 11; two sliding rails 13 are integrally formed on the inner side surface of the face frame 11, and sliding blocks 24 which are inserted in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding rails 13 are arranged on the side surface of the back plate 2; screw holes 4 on the side wall of the backboard 2 penetrate through the sliding blocks 24, and screw holes 4 on the side wall of the face frame 11 pass through the sliding rail 13. Thus, the screws realize the locking of the back plate 2 and the face frame 11 through the screw holes 4 on the back plate 2 and the face frame 11.
As shown in fig. 6, guide plates 111 are respectively disposed on two sides of each sliding rail 13 on the inner side surface of the face frame 11, and rail grooves for passing through the corresponding guide plates 111 are respectively disposed on two sides of the sliding block 24.
