Abstract

The polishing device at least comprises: the polishing belt consists of a nylon base belt and a polyurethane polishing pad; the polishing wheel has an arc-shaped section of the outer contour, the outer ring is made of rubber material, and the inner ring is made of aluminum alloy material; the polishing wheel support is arranged on the polishing wheel support, and the polishing wheel rotation axis is parallel to the driving wheel rotation axis; and the tensioning wheel applies a pulling force to the tensioning wheel bracket through the tension spring, so that the friction between the polishing wheel and the polishing belt is increased. The belt polishing device provided by the invention has higher removal efficiency when processing optical elements.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of optical element polishing, in particular to a belt-type polishing device which is used for polishing planar and aspheric optical elements.
Background
The processing mode of the optical element at the present stage is divided according to tools and mainly comprises a small grinding head, a stress disc, air bag polishing, ion beams, magnetorheological polishing and the like. However, the above polishing method has a limitation in that polishing of a member having a large curvature cannot be achieved. And during processing, the optical element is not fully contacted with the polishing tool, resulting in unstable removal functions. Furthermore, the polishing belt is formed by sticking a nylon base belt and a polyurethane polishing pad, and the section of the polyurethane polishing pad is polished into an arc surface by a grinding wheel before being stuck.
Further, the outer contour of the polishing wheel is an arc-shaped section, the outer ring is made of rubber materials, and the inner ring is made of aluminum alloy materials.
Further, the belt polishing device also comprises a motor supporting plate and a motor connecting plate, wherein the motor supporting plate is fixedly connected with the motor through bolts; the motor connecting plate is connected with the motor, the polishing wheel left bracket and the polishing wheel right bracket through bolts. The polishing belt is formed by adhering a nylon belt and a polyurethane polishing pad, and compared with the same polishing belt, the polishing belt is wear-resistant and has a longer replacement period. The section of the polishing belt is polished into an arc shape through the grinding wheel before use, the vibration of the polishing device during processing has less influence on the processing effect, and the removing effect is more stable. Compared with the same type of processing tools, the polishing device has lower cost, simple operation for replacing the polishing belt and more convenient later maintenance. The polishing belt has higher removal efficiency, can quickly reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece in the rough polishing stage, improve the surface quality, quickly advance the process to the next stage, and obviously shorten the polishing time and the total processing time of the workpiece. In different processing stages, different process parameters can be set according to requirements, and processing methods in different stages are integrated into the same processing equipment, so that the development trend is realized.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a belt-type polishing apparatus which is mainly divided into a portion connected to a driving motor and a portion connected to a polishing wheel according to driving and driven relationships of the polishing apparatus. The part connected with the driving motor mainly comprises a motor supporting plate 101, a motor connecting plate 102, a driving wheel 103, a polishing belt 104 and a driving motor 105, and the part connected with the polishing wheel mainly comprises a polishing wheel right bracket 201, a polishing wheel left bracket 202, a nut 203, a tension spring 204, a clamp spring 205, a polishing wheel 206, a tension wheel bracket 207 and a tension wheel 208.
In actual processing, the driving wheel 103 is rotated by the output shaft of the driving motor 105, and the driving wheel 103 and the polishing wheel 206 are connected by the polishing belt 104. Since the belt is driven with a slipping friction phenomenon, the polishing belt is tensioned by the tensioning wheel 208 to reduce the slipping phenomenon.
The tensioning device consists of a tension spring 204, a nut 203, a clamp spring 205, a tensioning wheel bracket 207 and a tensioning wheel 208. The polishing wheel left bracket 202 is connected with the tensioning wheel bracket 207 through the tension spring 204, and two ends of the tension spring 204 are respectively fixed on the polishing wheel left bracket 202 and the tensioning wheel bracket 207 by nuts 203. The tension spring 204 is stretched by the tension pulley bracket 207, and a compression trend is generated, so that the tension pulley bracket 207 rotates anticlockwise by taking the cylinder of the polishing pulley left bracket 202 as an axis, the tension pulley 208 mounted on the tension pulley bracket 207 is close to the polishing belt 104 and the polishing pulley 206, and the contact part is positioned between the protruding cylinder axis of the polishing pulley left bracket 202 and the rotation axis of the polishing pulley 206 and outside the polishing belt 104, and meanwhile, the tension pulley 208 can press the polishing belt 104, so that the slip of the polishing belt 104 is reduced.
When the polishing device is used for polishing, the polishing belt 104 is in direct contact with the optical element, the polishing wheel 206 plays a supporting role on the polishing belt 104, the tension spring 204 enables the tension wheel 208 to press the polishing belt 104 by stretching the tension wheel support 207, and the polishing belt 104 is tensioned.

the tensioning device comprises a nut, a tension spring, a clamp spring, a tensioning wheel bracket and a tensioning wheel; a section of protruding cylinder is outwards arranged on the left support of the polishing wheel, the tensioning wheel support is connected with the cylinder through a through hole arranged on the tensioning wheel support, the tensioning wheel support can rotate around the cylinder, and the clamp spring is arranged on the cylinder and used for limiting the axial movement of the tensioning wheel support without limiting the rotation; one end, closer to the clamp spring, of the tensioning wheel support is connected with one end of the stretching spring, and one end, farther to the clamp spring, of the tensioning wheel support is connected with the tensioning wheel; the other end of the extension spring is connected with the left support of the polishing wheel; the axis of the rotating shaft of the tensioning wheel is parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft of the polishing wheel, and the contact position of the tensioning wheel and the polishing belt is positioned between the axis of the polishing wheel and the axis of the rotating shaft of the tensioning wheel bracket; during initial state, extension spring is in tensile state for the one end that the tensioning wheel support is nearer apart from the jump ring receives tensile force and then is close to the polishing wheel left socle, and the other end of tensioning wheel support is close to the polishing belt and then compresses tightly the polishing belt by the tensioning wheel.

The belt-type polishing device according to claim 1, wherein the polishing belt is formed by sticking a nylon base belt and a polyurethane polishing pad, and the section of the polyurethane polishing pad is polished to be an arc surface by a grinding wheel before the polyurethane polishing pad is stuck.
3. The belt sander of claim 1, wherein the buffing wheel has an arcuate cross-section in its outer profile, the outer ring being made of rubber material and the inner ring being made of aluminum alloy material.

The belt sander of claim 1, further comprising a motor support plate and a motor connection plate, the motor support plate being fixedly connected to the motor by bolts; the motor connecting plate is connected with the motor, the polishing wheel left bracket and the polishing wheel right bracket through bolts.
5. A wheel belt polishing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wheel support connects the wheel and the drive wheel, and the wheel rotation axis mounted on the wheel support is parallel to the drive wheel rotation axis.

The belt sander of claim 1, wherein the cylinder has a clip spring slot for receiving a clip spring; and after the through hole of the tensioning wheel support penetrates through the cylinder of the polishing wheel left support, the clamping spring is arranged to limit the axial movement of the tensioning wheel support.
