After the welding rod 623 is completely loaded, the third motor 612 is started simultaneously to enable the welding rod 623 to carry the first gear 613 to rotate the welding rod 623 along with the slow gear ring 614, at this time, the gear ring 614 rotates on the positioning frame 611, the positioning support rods 625 can be always attached to two sides of the joint of the tank body and the support rods in the rotating process to limit the welding track, the welding rod 623 is enabled to weld along the cambered surface of the joint, meanwhile, the distance between the welding rod 623 and the joint is limited, the rolling ball of the positioning support rods 625 can provide supporting force and reduce friction in the rotating process, so that the welded welding seam forms a coherent whole, the connection strength of the support columns and the tank body is improved, the supporting strength of the support frames to the tank body is improved, the occurrence of the situation that the beer fermentation tank is toppled over due to the welding seam breakage is avoided, the situation that the welding seam of the support frames and the tank body is different is avoided while the welding efficiency is accelerated, the strength and stability of the welding seam are ensured, the wine liquid in the beer fermentation tank is enabled to be evenly distributed in the tank, and the fermentation effect of beer is improved.
Working principle: when the beer metal fermentation tank needs to be automatically processed, cleaning and drying of a welding area are ensured, dirt or coating on the surfaces of the tank body and the supporting frame are removed, the sizes and the precision of the tank body and the supporting frame are ensured to meet the requirements, then the supporting frame can be respectively inserted into the bearing grooves, and the side walls of the supporting frame are extruded by the arc-shaped pressing plates 425 under the action of the spring rods 424.

After the fixing of the support rod is completed, the tank body is placed in the annular rotating frame 522 by using corresponding equipment, the electric push rod 523 is started to fix the tank body, then the annular rotating frame 522 is rotated to align the circle center of the positioning circular ring with the circle center of the support rod, the lock rod 532 is inserted from the hole slot to lock the tank body, the second motor 511 can be started to move downwards with the locked tank body through the lifting part 51, and when the tank body contacts with the support rod, the support rod is slightly moved downwards to stop the second motor 511.
After the alignment is completed, the welding rod 623 is abutted in the spring telescopic cylinder 622 through the bolt 624, the welding end of the welding rod 623 is pushed to the position where the joint supporting rod is jointed with the tank body through the joint welding part 62, and then the third motor 612 is started simultaneously to mutually cooperate with the joint welding part 62 through the driving part 61 so as to weld the welding rod 623 along the cambered surface of the joint.
