In the operation of this embodiment, the first pressing device 26 is pressed near the tool-entering point of the workpiece, the second pressing device 24 is located at the rear of the first pressing device 26, the lower edge shot 76 at the bottom of the movable sensing device 44 is an inclined ray, and forms a butt joint with the light-sensitive receiver 74, the sliding rail 22 is internally provided with the sliding machine rod 72, the sliding machine rod 72 can adopt a driving screw rod or a hydraulic rod as a driving tool, the driving control end of the sliding machine rod is electrically connected with the movable sensing device 44, when the movable sensing device 44 is displaced, the light-sensitive receiver 74 senses the change of the light-sensitive position, so as to drive the sliding machine rod 72 to move, so that the second pressing device 24 and the supporting arm 14 at the top move synchronously, and the second pressing device 24 always follows the rear of the cutting head 15, thus, the first pressing device 26 is a fixed pressing point and always presses at the tool-entering point, and the second pressing device 24 is a movable pressing point, and displaces along with the extension of the cutting line, thereby ensuring the stability of the cutting operation of the device and improving the cutting quality.
In one case of this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, for a specific implementation of the lamination panel, this embodiment is designed as follows:
the pressing panel 94 comprises a side support plate 101 arranged on the side edge of the lower pressing block 93, a pressing frame 102 arranged on the side support plate 101, an adjusting groove 103 arranged on the pressing frame 102, and a plurality of pressing machine barrels 104 arranged on the adjusting groove 103, wherein the barrels of the pressing machine barrels 104 are arranged in the adjusting groove 103 through positioning sheets 105, the top ends of the pressing machine barrels 104 are externally connected with pneumatic connectors 106, and pressing discs 107 are arranged at the bottom ends of the pressing machine barrels 104.
In the embodiment, an adsorption type pressing implementation mode is adopted, the pressing machine barrel 104 is an air extraction tool, the pressing disc 107 at the bottom is a pressing point, and the number of the pressing machine barrels 104 in the adjusting groove 103 can be set according to the pressing strength required; the second pressing device 24 is a moving pressing point, and the pneumatic connector 106 may not completely pump the internal gas, so that the pressure pushing force is relatively low, and further the friction force between the pressing disc 107 and the workpiece surface is reduced, so that the second pressing device 24 may slide in a translational manner.
This embodiment is suitable for smooth-surfaced workpieces (e.g., treated metal surfaces), and is not suitable for rough-surfaced workpieces with a higher coefficient of friction.
In one case of this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, for a specific implementation of the limiting bar 25, this embodiment is designed as follows:
the limiting rail 25 comprises a positioning frame 81 arranged on the loading substrate 21, a limiting rail 82 arranged on the positioning frame 81, and a positioning point 83 arranged on the limiting rail 82, wherein the positioning point 83 is provided with a fitting groove 84 which is matched with a workpiece. In this embodiment, taking a plate-shaped metal workpiece as an example, two sides of the metal workpiece are inserted along the limiting rails 82, so that the two sides of the workpiece are limited and fixed by the positioning frames 81, and when the workpiece is inserted into the terminal, the corner positions of two ends of the workpiece and the engaging grooves 84 on the positioning points 83 complete engaging, i.e. the workpiece is positioned, so that the workpiece is ensured to have no offset and skew problems.
Further, in this embodiment, a contact may be disposed in the engagement groove 84, after the workpiece and the engagement groove 84 are engaged, the contact is pressed, the control end of the contact is electrically connected with the control end of the electrically controlled push rod 92, and the electrically controlled push rod 92 pushes the first pressing device 26 and the second pressing device 24 together therewith, so as to immediately complete the pressing and positioning of the workpiece.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the fixing manner of the to-be-cut area of the workpiece is described, for example, the workpiece itself is relatively large, and other positioning tools are also required to be used for auxiliary fixing of the non-cutting area of the workpiece, which is related to the related fixing fixtures in the prior art, and this embodiment is not described again.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. Claims (10)

1. A full-automatic hydraulic cutting machine comprises an equipment machine table (11) and an equipment rack (12) arranged on the equipment machine table (11); the device is characterized in that a displacement unit (13), a supporting arm (14) arranged on the displacement unit (13) and a cutting head (15) arranged at the bottom of the supporting arm (14) are arranged on the device frame (12); the support arm (14) is used for supporting the cutting head (15), and a displacement sensing piece (16) is arranged at the mounting end of the support arm (14);
the equipment machine (11) comprises a loading substrate (21), limiting columns (25) arranged at two ends of the loading substrate (21) and a sliding rail (22) arranged at the side edges of the loading substrate (21), wherein a first pressing device (26) and a second pressing device (24) are arranged on the sliding rail (22), the first pressing device (26) is fixedly arranged, the second pressing device (24) is arranged on the sliding rail (22) through a displacement machine block (23), and the displacement machine block (23) is in optical signal butt joint with a displacement sensor (16) so that the second pressing device (24) and a supporting machine arm (14) can synchronously move.

The full-automatic hydraulic cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the displacement unit (13) comprises a displacement frame (31) installed on the equipment rack (12) in a lifting manner, a moving module (32) arranged in the displacement frame (31), and a driving rod (33) installed in the moving module (32), a pushing hanging bracket (34) is arranged at the bottom of the moving module (32), and the supporting horn (14) is fixed on the pushing hanging bracket (34) through an installation hanging frame (35).

The full-automatic hydraulic cutting machine according to claim 2, wherein the side edge of the displacement frame (31) is provided with a side wing plate (41) and a side wing rail (42) arranged on the side wing plate (41), the displacement sensing piece (16) comprises a fixed sensing piece (45) and a movable sensing piece (44) which are respectively arranged on the side wing rail (42), the pushing hanger (34) is provided with an outer wing connecting piece (46), and the outer wing connecting piece (46) is connected with the movable sensing piece (44).

A full-automatic hydraulic cutting machine according to claim 3, wherein the tops of the fixed sensing member (45) and the movable sensing member (44) are provided with light sensing ends (47), the light sensing ends (47) are provided with a plurality of light sensing heads (48), and butt-joint spot lamps (49) which are matched one by one are arranged between the light sensing heads (48) of the fixed sensing member (45) and the movable sensing member (44).

The full-automatic hydraulic cutting machine according to claim 2, wherein the supporting arm (14) comprises a main arm plate (62), an upper bracket (61) arranged at one end of the main arm plate (62), and a bottom bracket (63) arranged at the other end of the main arm plate (62), the upper bracket (61) is fixedly installed with the pushing hanger (34) through an installation hanger frame (35), and the cutting head (15) is installed on the bottom bracket (63).

The full-automatic hydraulic cutting machine according to claim 5, wherein the main supporting arm plate (62) is in an arch structure, a first supporting bolt (64) close to one side of the upper bracket (61) and a second supporting bolt (65) close to one side of the bottom bracket (63) are respectively arranged at the bottom of the main supporting arm plate (62), abutting plates (66) are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the first supporting bolt (64) and the second supporting bolt (65), and a plurality of supporting springs (67) are arranged between the abutting plates (66).
