the oil scraping recovery mechanism (4) is arranged in the inner cavity of the strip-shaped shell (2);
the oil absorption assembly (5) is arranged at the top end of the inner cavity of the box body (1);
the lithium battery diaphragm casting piece (6) penetrates through the inner cavities of the strip-shaped shell (2) and the box body (1);
the oil scraping recovery mechanism (4) comprises:
the first driving roller (41) is rotationally arranged at the top end of the inner cavity of the strip-shaped shell (2) along the front-back direction;
the second driving roller (42) is rotationally arranged at the bottom end of the inner cavity of the strip-shaped shell (2) along the front-back direction;
the first oil scraping plate (43) is rotatably arranged at the top end of the inner cavity of the strip-shaped shell (2);
the second oil scraping plate (44) is rotatably arranged at the bottom end of the inner cavity of the strip-shaped shell (2);
the scraping strips (45) are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the first scraping plate (43) and the second scraping plate (44), and the scraping strips (45) positioned on the first scraping plate (43) are in contact with the lithium battery diaphragm casting piece (6);
the base (46) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of one side of the box body (1);
an oil tank (47) placed on the top end of the base (46);
the oil outlet pipe (48), both ends are all fixed to be provided with out oil pipe (48) around bar shell (2), and left and right sides go out oil pipe (48) extend into the inner chamber of bar shell (2) and respectively with the second scrape oil pan (44) with the inner chamber of first scrape oil pan (43) communicates with each other, go out oil pipe (48) one end with the inner chamber of oil storage tank (47) communicates with each other.

The oil removal device for the lithium battery diaphragm casting sheet according to claim 1, wherein the oil removal device comprises: the shape of the first oil scraping plate (43) and the second oil scraping plate (44) is L-shaped, and oil baffle plates (49) are fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the first oil scraping plate (43) and the second oil scraping plate (44).

the sliding block (413), the inner side of the bar-shaped column (412) is provided with a sliding groove (414), and the inner cavity of the sliding groove (414) is inserted with the sliding block (413);
a pinch roller (415) rotatably disposed between the two sliders (413);
and the spring (416) is fixedly arranged between the sliding block (413) and the inner cavity of the sliding groove (414).
4. The oil removal device for the lithium battery diaphragm casting sheet according to claim 3, wherein: the first oil scraping plate (43) and the second oil scraping plate (44) are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the lithium battery diaphragm casting piece (6).
5. The oil removal device for the lithium battery diaphragm casting piece according to claim 4, wherein: the pressing roller (415) is closely attached to one side of the second oil scraping plate (44).

the rotating shafts (51) are rotatably arranged on the left side and the right side of the top end of the inner cavity of the box body (1);
the oil suction rollers (52) are sleeved on the outer wall of the rotating shaft (51), and the lithium battery diaphragm casting sheet (6) sequentially bypasses the two oil suction rollers (52) and extends out from one side of the box body (1);
the pushing plate (53) is sleeved with the outer wall of the rotating shaft (51), and the front side of the oil suction roller (52) is rotationally connected with the rear side of the pushing plate (53) through a bearing;
the second hydraulic cylinder (54) is fixedly arranged on the front side of the box body (1), and the rear side of the second hydraulic cylinder (54) extends into the inner cavity of the box body (1) and is fixedly connected with the front side of the push plate (53).

The oil removal device for the lithium battery diaphragm casting sheet according to claim 6, wherein: the two oil suction rollers (52) are arranged in an up-and-down staggered mode, and the lithium battery diaphragm casting sheet (6) bypasses the outer wall of the lower oil suction roller (52) and winds out through the top end of the outer wall of the upper oil suction roller (52).

step three: the lithium battery diaphragm casting piece (6) after oil film scraping is transferred to the two oil suction rollers (52) through the second driving roller (42) so as to thoroughly adsorb and clean residual oil stains on the upper side and the lower side of the outer wall of the lithium battery diaphragm casting piece (6), and the second hydraulic cylinder (54) is started so that the second hydraulic cylinder (54) pushes the push plate (53) until the push plate (53) drives the oil suction rollers (52) to move towards the rear side under the support of the rotating shaft (51), so that the lithium battery diaphragm casting piece (6) wound on the outer wall of the oil suction rollers (52) is contacted with one side of the outer wall of the oil suction rollers (52).
