Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the paint mainly comprises raw materials, wherein the resin is polyurethane modified epoxy acrylic resin and hyperbranched polyester acrylic ester, the photoinitiator is benzoyl methyl formate and other raw materials, and the yellowing resistance of the paint is better; and the resin and the monomer form more crosslinking points together, so that the double bond conversion rate is increased, better surface performance is achieved, and the yellowing resistance is improved to a certain extent.
2. The hydroxyl in the ultraviolet light absorber UV1130 reacts with isocyanato in the oligomer polyurethane modified epoxy acrylic resin to form stable chemical bonds which are embedded into polymer molecular chains and network structures, and the absorbed light energy is converted into heat energy through the ultraviolet light absorber UV1130 phenol-quinone type tautomer, so that the purpose of improving the yellowing resistance of the UV photo-curing coating is realized.

The yellowing resistance, paint film adhesion, paint film hardness and paint film abrasion resistance of examples 1-3 were tested with reference to the relevant methods in GB/T37005-2018, paint veneer manmade Board. In addition, the adhesive force, hardness and surface contamination resistance of the paint film of 3 embodiments exceed the standard requirements, which indicates that the modified resin, the hyperbranched resin and the monomer are selected to jointly form a plurality of chemical crosslinking points, and the interface binding force is strong. The analysis from the table 1 also shows that 3 examples have excellent light fastness performance, and the yellowing resistance of the example 3 can meet the corresponding national standard, which indicates that the light aging resistance of the light pattern high light type digital printing decorative artificial board is improved by screening proper resin, monomer and additive and adding ultraviolet light absorber and other chemical methods to synthesize the high yellowing resistance coating.

s3, hardening primer roller coating: coating UV yellowing-resistant hardening primer on the artificial board substrate treated in the step S2, wherein the coating weight is 15-25 g/square meter, and the artificial board substrate is semi-cured by ultraviolet radiation, wherein the radiation intensity of the semi-cured ultraviolet is 150-200mJ/c square meter, and the radiation time is 2-3S;
