Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tattooing patches, in particular to tattooing liquid, a preparation method thereof and a tattooing patch.
Background
Tattoos have been a part of human culture for thousands of years, and tattooing development has become a fashionable and popular noun to date, and is deeply favored by young people in the society of today. The traditional tattooing method generally adopts the technology that a needle is used for puncturing the skin and then pigment is applied to a wound to enable the body to have permanent patterns, but the traditional tattooing can bring fashion and beauty but also bring pain and even diseases. Therefore, in recent years, non-permanent tattoo products are increasingly favored by young people because of the characteristics of simplicity, convenience, no wound, no pain, quick pattern replacement, and the like.
The existing non-permanent tattoo product on the market mainly takes genipin as a tattoo paste of a main colorant, and the tattoo paste slowly reacts with skin through the genipin to finally form a corresponding blue tattoo pattern on the surface of the skin, so that the tattoo pattern has strong sense of reality and is very similar to the effect of the traditional tattoo. However, the existing genipin plain weave body paste has the problems that the maintenance time is generally 3-5 days and the existing genipin plain weave body paste is not resistant to washing, so that the use experience of consumers is greatly reduced.

Test case
In this example, tattooing solutions obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were prepared into tattooing patches for effect test. The specific process comprises the following steps:
1) Preparing tattooing paste: firstly, oil self-adhesive glue is used as an adhesive to be uniformly coated on a PVC film basal layer, tattoo liquid is printed on the adhesive layer, and then release paper is covered. When in use, the skin is cleaned firstly, then the release paper is separated, and the release paper is directly and respectively adhered to the same skin of arms of volunteers (24 volunteers are divided into 8 groups, and 3 positions of each group). The environment temperature is 25 ℃ and the humidity is 30% during the pasting, the pattern with excellent coloring effect can be taken down after 40min of pasting and waiting for 12 h.
2) The parts of the arms of the volunteers, to which the tattoos are attached, are placed in continuous water flow flushing, the flow speed of the water flow is 2.0 m/s, the water temperature is 25 ℃, the water flow direction is vertical downward, the included angle between the arms and the vertical water flow is 45 degrees, after each group of 3 parts are respectively subjected to continuous flushing for 20 minutes, 40 minutes and 60 minutes, the parts are lightly wiped with paper, the integrity of the tattoos of the arms of the volunteers is observed, and the test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the comparative examples, the tattooing tape prepared by using the tattooing liquid according to the embodiment of the present invention has better water-washing resistance and longer time for maintaining the integrity of the tattooing tape.
In summary, the invention provides a tattooing liquid, a preparation method thereof and a tattooing paste, which can remarkably improve the maintenance time and the water washing resistance of the tattooing paste by adding wax ester with proper proportion into a coloring agent, effectively solve the problems of short maintenance time and water washing intolerance of the existing tattooing paste, obtain unexpected technical effects and have great market value.
