The B core layer comprises 100kg of monomer, 1kg of sodium carbonate, 7.5kg of modifier, 0.1kg of pentaerythritol triallyl ether, 0.3kg of sodium persulfate, 8kg of wood pulp and 30kg of ethanol solution with the mass fraction of 50 percent.
Wherein the monomers comprise ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate, ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate and methyl methacrylate, and the weight ratio of the ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate to the ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate to the methyl methacrylate is 2:3:5.

The B core layer comprises 100kg of monomer, 1kg of sodium carbonate, 7.5kg of modifier, 0.04kg of pentaerythritol triallyl ether, 0.06kg of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 0.3kg of sodium persulfate, 8kg of wood pulp and 30kg of ethanol solution with the mass fraction of 50 percent.
Wherein the monomers comprise ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate, ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate and methyl methacrylate, and the weight ratio of the ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate to the ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate to the methyl methacrylate is 2:3:5.
The modifier comprises acrylamide and carboxymethyl chitosan, and the weight ratio of the acrylamide to the carboxymethyl chitosan is 1:0.15. Wherein the viscosity of the carboxymethyl chitosan is 100mPa.s.

Performance test data
Experiment 1, absorption capacity: the detection is carried out with reference to the requirements of GB/T28004.2-2021. The test object includes the AB composite core body prepared in each of the above examples and comparative examples, and the a 1B1 core body prepared by rubbing each of the examples against the B core layer in the comparative examples 1000 times and then compounding with the first clad layer, the a core layer, and the second clad layer.
Experiment 2, saturated absorption: the saturated absorption of the AB combination cores prepared in each example and comparative example was examined with reference to the requirements of GB/T28004.2-2021.
Experiment 3, average expansion thickness: and (3) taking the AB combination core body after absorption saturation in the experiment 2 as a test object, directionally selecting 15 points, and testing the average thickness of the 15 points to obtain the average expansion thickness.
Experiment 4, rewet amount: the test was performed with reference to the requirements of GB/T28004.2-2021, and the quality of the surface of the sample before and after the test was recorded as poor.
Experiment 5, whether fault or lump: the AB composite core after absorption saturation in experiment 2 was used as the test object.

Combining example 1 with comparative examples 1-6 and combining the data in table 1, it can be seen that: when the monomer adopts the composition of ethoxyethoxy ethyl acrylate, ethoxytrimethylolpropane triacrylate and other acrylate monomers in a specific proportion, the absorption rate and saturated absorption capacity of the B core layer are improved, the average expansion thickness and the rewet capacity are reduced, and the diaper is not easy to fault or stick up, so that the diaper is in a dry state, and the comfort of a user wearing the diaper is improved.
Combining example 1 with examples 4-5 and combining the data in table 1, it can be seen that: the composition of ethoxyethoxy ethyl acrylate, ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate and other acrylate monomers in specific proportion can further effectively reduce rewet.
Combining example 4 with examples 6-10 and combining the data in Table 1, it can be seen that: the acrylamide and the carboxymethyl chitosan are adopted to jointly modify the high polymer resin, so that the combination stability between the wood pulp and the high polymer resin can be further improved, the wood pulp is not easy to fall off, and the B core layer has excellent absorption multiplying power after friction.
Combining example 9 with example 11 and combining the data in table 1, it can be seen that: when the cross-linking agent adopts a mixture of pentaerythritol triallyl ether and trimethylolpropane triacrylate in a specific ratio, the absorption rate and saturated liquid absorption capacity of the B core layer can be further improved.

Claims (8)
1. An AB combination core for an adult diaper, which is characterized in that: the composite coating comprises a first coating layer, an AB composite core layer and a second coating layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the AB composite core layer comprises an A core layer and a B core layer, the A core layer is a composite core body formed by pressing nonwoven paper, nonwoven fabrics and a water-absorbent resin machine, and the B core layer comprises 100 parts by weight of monomers, 1-2 parts by weight of neutralizers, 0.1-0.3 part by weight of cross-linking agents, 0.1-0.3 part by weight of initiator, 8-12 parts by weight of wood pulp and 30-40 parts by weight of solvents;
The monomer comprises ethoxyethoxy ethyl acrylate, ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate and other acrylate monomers, wherein the weight ratio of the ethoxyethoxy ethyl acrylate to the ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate to the other acrylate monomers is (1-3): (2-4): 5, a step of;

3. The AB module core for an adult diaper of claim 1, wherein: the other acrylic ester monomer is selected from any one or a combination of a plurality of methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, propyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate.
4. The AB module core for an adult diaper of claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of the acrylamide to the carboxymethyl chitosan is 1:0.15.
5. The AB module core for an adult diaper of claim 1, wherein: the cross-linking agent is a mixture of pentaerythritol triallyl ether and trimethylolpropane triacrylate, and the weight ratio of the pentaerythritol triallyl ether to the trimethylolpropane triacrylate is 2: (2-3).
6. The AB module core for an adult diaper of claim 1, wherein: the initiator is selected from one or more of peroxide, persulfate and azo compound.
7. The AB module core for an adult diaper of claim 1, wherein: the neutralizer is one or a combination of several of alkali metal hydroxide, alkali metal oxide, alkali metal carbonate or alkali metal bicarbonate.
8. The method for preparing the AB module core for the adult diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
Compounding the core layer A on one side of the first coating layer to obtain a composite material A;
Mixing and prepolymerizing the raw materials of the core layer B to obtain prepolymer, then spraying the prepolymer on one side of the composite material A, which is away from the first coating layer, and forming the core layer B on one side of the composite material A, which is away from the first coating layer;
And (3) compounding a second cladding layer on one side of the B core layer, which is away from the A core layer, so as to obtain the AB combined core.
