Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are for illustration and explanation of the present invention only, and are not intended to limit the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an imaging navigation method for lymphatic venous anastomosis, which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises the following steps:
Step S1: respectively acquiring the operation progress and microscopic imaging of the lymphatic venous anastomosis; the surgical procedure includes: cutting the lymphadenitis part, searching lymphatic vessels and vein vessels, anastomosing the lymphatic vessels with the vein vessels, searching the lymph and vein, anastomosing the lymph and vein, and the like; microscopic imaging is an image captured by an operation microscope with a lens aligned with the lymphadenitis incision part;
Step S2: invoking a preset navigation mark strategy corresponding to the operation process; navigation marking strategies are strategies for performing navigation marking on microscopic imaging to assist a surgeon, such as: the operation process is to search lymphatic vessels and venous vessels, and the navigation marking strategy is to mark lymphatic vessels and venous vessels in microscopic imaging, for example: the operation process is to anastomose the lymphatic vessel with the vein, and mark the positions of the lymphatic vessel and the vein to be sutured in microscopic imaging;
step S3: based on a navigation marking strategy, the microscopic imaging is subjected to navigation marking, so that the tracer navigation of the lymphatic venous anastomosis is realized. After the navigation mark is carried out, a doctor can check microscopic imaging after the navigation mark, and assistance is obtained.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
The application carries out navigation marking on microscopic imaging based on a navigation marking strategy, saves time for an operator to search organs such as lymph, vein and the like by himself and plan and implement anastomosis operation, improves operation efficiency, and is more humanized at the same time.
In one embodiment, based on a navigation marking strategy, when the microscopic imaging is subjected to navigation marking, a non-disturbing area of a user in the microscopic imaging is avoided; the user is typically an operator; the non-disturbing area is an area which can cause interference to a user after navigation marking; when navigation marks are carried out, a do-not-disturb area is avoided, so that a user can efficiently and intensively execute an operation, the operation is more intelligent, and the applicability is improved;
Wherein, the determination steps of the do not disturb area are as follows:
performing content type identification on the microscopic imaging to obtain a plurality of content types; the content types include: lymphatic vessels, veins, muscles, fascia, etc.;
matching the content type with the trigger content type in a preset trigger content type library; the trigger content type is a type of content that may need to be avoided on microscopic imaging, such as: lymphatic vessels, veins, etc.;
When the matching is met, acquiring a preset first trigger weight corresponding to the trigger content type met by the matching; the first trigger weight represents the degree to be avoided of the content of the trigger content type on the microscopic imaging, and the larger the first trigger weight is, the larger the degree to be avoided is;
determining whether the first trigger weight is greater than or equal to a preset trigger weight threshold; the trigger weight threshold may be, for example: 75;
When yes, taking a local image area matched with the content type in the microscopic imaging as a do-not-disturb area; otherwise, acquiring a preset trigger weight library corresponding to the trigger content type matched with the trigger content type; when the first trigger weight is greater than or equal to the trigger weight threshold, the content of the trigger content type on the microscopic imaging needs to be avoided to a larger extent, and the corresponding local image area is directly used as a do-not-disturb area, for example: the triggering content type is lymphatic vessels and veins, and the lymphatic vessels and veins are necessarily avoided;
acquiring a plurality of user operations generated in a first time preset recently by a user; the user operation includes: surgical procedures and dialogue procedures; the first time may be, for example: 3 minutes;
Determining a second trigger weight corresponding to the user operation from the trigger weight library; the trigger weight library has second trigger weights corresponding to different user operations, and the second trigger weights represent the degree that the content of the trigger content type needs to be avoided on the displayed more trend microscopic imaging after the user operation is generated by the user, for example: the trigger content type is fascia, the user generates dialogue operation as 'accidental injury fascia', and the second trigger weight is 7;
Accumulating and calculating a second trigger weight corresponding to each user operation to obtain a trigger weight sum; the larger the trigger weight sum, the larger the overall degree that the content of the trigger content type needs to be avoided on the displayed more trend microscopic imaging after the user operation is generated by the representative user;
determining whether the trigger weight sum is greater than or equal to a preset weight sum threshold; the weights and thresholds may be, for example: 80;
when yes, the local image area is taken as a do-not-disturb area. When the trigger weight sum is greater than or equal to the weight sum and the threshold value, after the user operation is generated on the representative user, the overall degree that the content of the trigger content type needs to be avoided on the displayed more trend microscopic imaging is too high, and the local image area is taken as a do-not-disturb area.
When the do-not-disturb region is determined, a trigger content type library, a first trigger weight, a trigger weight library and the like are introduced, the do-not-disturb region is determined in a self-adaptive mode, and the accuracy and the applicability of the determination of the do-not-disturb region are improved by considering the importance degree of the content and the tendency degree of a user.
In one embodiment, the imaging navigation method of lymphatic venous anastomosis further comprises:
When the user verbally inputs an instruction to cancel the navigation mark, the navigation mark for microscopic imaging is canceled.
After the user orally inputs the instruction for canceling the navigation mark, the user is not expected to continue the navigation mark by the system, the navigation mark on the microscopic imaging is canceled, and a cancellation option is provided for the user, so that the system is more humanized.
In one embodiment, the imaging navigation method of lymphatic venous anastomosis further comprises:
acquiring user information of a user; the user information includes: a value of surgical experience, etc. good at the medical field;
generating a template based on preset meeting member conditions, and generating the meeting member conditions according to user information; the meeting member conditions include: the surgical experience degree value is greater than or equal to the surgical experience degree value of the user;
Determining meeting members meeting the meeting member conditions from a plurality of members to be invited; in general, when other surgeons hang up the state to be invited by operating the intelligent terminal, the member to be invited is automatically taken as the member to be invited; the conference member conditions are introduced, so that the screening quality of conference members is improved, and the online conference has guiding significance for guiding users;
Inviting members to enter a preset online conference;
Relaying the microscopic imaging subjected to navigation marking into an online conference;
Acquiring a meeting record generated in a second time which is recently preset in an online meeting; the second time may be, for example: 5 minutes; the conference records are speaking voice and the like generated by each conference member in the online conference;
determining a supplemental navigation mark strategy based on the meeting record; when a conference member views microscopic imaging after navigation marks in an online conference, what prompt can be given to a user is discussed, so that a supplementary navigation mark strategy can be determined;
Acquiring a supplementary navigation mark strategy acceptance range of a user; the supplemental navigation tag policy acceptance range is a range of supplemental navigation tag policies that the user can accept, such as: marking the stitching direction, etc.; the supplementary navigation marking strategy acceptance range is introduced, which can be set in advance by a user according to the requirement, so that the situation that prompts which cannot be accepted by the user, namely invalid prompts, are marked on the microscopic image is avoided, and the applicability is improved;
determining whether the supplemental navigation tag policy falls within the supplemental navigation tag policy acceptance range;
and when yes, performing supplementary navigation marking on the microscopic imaging based on the supplementary navigation marking strategy. When the supplementary navigation mark strategy falls into the acceptance range of the supplementary navigation mark strategy, the prompting user of the proposal of the conference member is indicated to accept, and the supplementary navigation mark is carried out on the microscopic imaging based on the supplementary navigation mark strategy. And the comprehensiveness of assisting the user is improved.
In one embodiment, determining a supplemental navigation tag policy based on the meeting record includes:

Setting the conference record on a preset time axis based on the record generation time of the conference record;
determining a meeting record slave conditions from the time axis;
based on a preset feature extraction template, extracting features from the conference record to obtain a record feature set;
Constructing a first feature description vector of the conference record based on the record feature set;
Matching the first feature description vector with a second feature description vector in a preset feature description vector library to obtain the maximum matching degree;
when the maximum matching degree is greater than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value, the corresponding conference record slave is taken as a target conference record slave;
Carrying out semantic extraction on each conference record in the target conference record to obtain a plurality of record semantics;
Determining the supplemental navigation tag policy based on the plurality of record semantics;
Wherein the recording slave condition includes:
at least M conference records exist in the conference records, wherein M is a positive integer;
The maximum interval distance between every two adjacent conference records in the conference records is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold;
the conference record comprises at least N target conference record pairs, wherein N is a positive integer; and the number of the other conference records between the two conference records in the target conference record pair is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold.
