Examples
With the development of society, more comfortable functional sofas are more widely purchased by users. Functional sofas typically include an adjustable tilt angle headrest that can support the user's hindbrain at different tilt angles to allow the user to obtain a better use experience.
A furniture function hinge is disclosed in the publication CN 216364432U, which can be adjusted by the user so that the hinge is folded to a suitable angle to support the user's hindbrain. However, the hinge has a limited range of travel in which the mount can slide relative to the mounting plate, and a limited height of the headrest lifting while adjusting the angle of the headrest.
In the European and American market, because the physique of the user is large, namely the length of the trunk of the European and American user is generally longer than that of the trunk of the Asian user, when the European and American user sits on the lying tool, the height of the head of the European and American user is higher than that of the Asian user, and at the moment, if the hinge such as in a bulletin number is still used, the height of the headrest is limited, the headrest can only be supported to the neck of the user, the hindbrain of the user can not be supported, and the use experience of the user is poor.
On the basis of still using the hinge, if European and American users want to obtain a better use experience, firstly, the width of the headrest is widened, so that the headrest can support the forebrain of the users when the headrest is lifted to the same height. However, in order to coordinate the lying tool, the main body portion of the lying tool likewise needs to be widened so that the lying tool is wholly coordinated. And secondly, heightening the height of the backrest of the lying tool so that the headrest can support the hindbrain of a user when rising to the same height. However, both the above methods require changing the size of the frame of the lying tool, and the cost of the leather and the frame used in the lying tool is greatly increased.
Accordingly, in the present application, there is provided a headrest hinge, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the headrest hinge includes a first mounting structure 10 and a second mounting structure 20, the first mounting structure 10 includes a first mounting seat 11 and a first mounting plate 12, the first mounting seat 11 is used for being mounted on a frame body of a lying tool, and the first mounting plate 12 is slidably connected to the first mounting seat 11. The second mounting structure 20 includes a second mounting plate 21 and a second mounting seat 22, one end of the second mounting plate 21 is rotatably connected with one end of the first mounting plate 12, the second mounting seat 22 is used for mounting a headrest of the lying tool, and the second mounting seat 22 is slidably connected to the second mounting plate 21. The headrest hinge further comprises a limiting unit 30, wherein the limiting unit 30 is arranged at the joint of the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting plate 21, and the limiting unit 30 is used for locking the second mounting plate 21 after the second mounting plate 21 rotates, so that an included angle between the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting plate 21 is fixed. The headrest hinge further comprises a first connecting plate 40 and a second connecting plate 50, wherein one end of the first connecting plate 40 is rotatably connected with the first mounting plate 12, the other end of the first connecting plate 40 is rotatably connected with the second mounting seat 22, one end of the second connecting plate 50 is rotatably connected with the second mounting plate 21, and the other end of the second connecting plate 50 is rotatably connected with the second mounting seat 22. When the second mounting plate 21 rotates relative to the first mounting plate 12, the first connecting plate 40 will push the second mounting seat 22 to move away from the second mounting plate 21 under the driving of the second mounting plate 21, and the second connecting plate 50 will push the first mounting plate 12 to move away from the first mounting seat 11 due to the fixing of the first mounting seat 11. At this time, the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting seat 22 are simultaneously far away from the first mounting seat 11, so that the headrest mounted on the second mounting seat 22 can be raised to a proper height, and the head of a general user can be well supported by the headrest.
It should be understood that the structure of the limiting unit 30 in the present application is similar to the structure and principle of the angle locking mechanism in the application documents with publication numbers CN 215820338U and CN 216364432U, so that the detailed parts of the limiting unit 30 are not shown in the drawings of the present application, and only the main plate of the limiting unit 30 is used for illustration.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present application, the limiting unit 30 includes a first support plate 311 structure 31 and a second support plate 321 structure 32, and the first support plate 311 structure 31 and the second support plate 321 structure 32 are used to cooperate to lock the second mounting plate 21. The second support plate 321 is clamped by the first part 312 and the second part 313, so that the second support rod can be kept stable in the rotating process.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a first protrusion 3121 is provided on the first portion 312, one end of the first connection plate 40 is rotatably connected to the first protrusion 3121, and the other end of the first connection plate 40 is rotatably connected to the second mounting seat 22. By providing first projection 3121, first coupling plate 40 is coupled to first mounting plate 12 such that it does not interfere with the rotation of second mounting plate 21.
Referring to fig. 3, the hinge structure further includes a third support plate 60, the third support plate 60 is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 33, and a second protrusion 61 and a third protrusion 62 are disposed on the third support plate 60, one end of the second mounting plate 21 is rotatably connected with the second protrusion 61, fixedly connected with the second protrusion 61, or bolted with the second protrusion, one end of the second connecting plate 50 is rotatably connected with one end of the first mounting seat 11, and the other end of the second connecting plate 50 is rotatably connected with the third protrusion 62.
In an embodiment of the present application, as can be seen from comparing fig. 1, 4 and 6, when the second mounting plate 21 rotates, the second mounting plate 21 drives the third support plate 60 to rotate, the clockwise rotating third support plate 60 presses the second connecting plate 50 downward, and the original sliding of the first mounting seat 11 relative to the first mounting plate 12 is converted into the upward sliding of the first mounting plate 12 relative to the first mounting seat 11 due to the fixed connection of the first mounting seat 11 to the frame body of the lying tool, and the height of the headrest mounted on the second mounting seat 22 is increased after the upward sliding of the first mounting plate 12.
Similarly, in comparison with fig. 2, 5 and 7, when the second mounting plate 21 rotates relative to the first mounting plate 12, the other end of the first link plate 40 moves to a position above the one end of the first link plate 40 without changing the relative positional relationship between the first protrusion 3121 and the limiting structure, the first link plate 40 is incompressible, and during rotation of the second mounting plate 21, the first link plate 40 will push the second mounting plate 22 to move away from the second mounting plate 21, i.e., the first mounting plate 12 pushes the headrest such that the height of the headrest increases.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10, a distance a between one end of the second mounting seat 22 and the other end of the second mounting plate 21 is denoted in fig. 8, and a distance B between one end of the second mounting plate 21 and the other end of the second mounting plate 21 is denoted in fig. 10.
