A thermocouple 16 for monitoring temperature is also arranged in the heat conducting plate 15, and the thermocouple 16 is connected with an electric cabinet 31. The thermocouple 16 can feed back the real-time temperature of the heat-conducting plate 15 to the electric cabinet 31, namely, the temperature control instrument 311 on the electric cabinet 31 displays the real-time temperature of the heat-conducting plate 15. When the product is pressed, the heat conducting plate 15 is pressed on the product, and the heat conducting plate 15 and the lower pressing mechanism heat the product at the same time.
The lower surface of the upper substrate 12 is also provided with a guide plate 19, and the guide plate 19 can guide the up-and-down movement of the guide rod 133 to prevent the product from being damaged due to the position deviation. The lower surface of the upper substrate 12 is provided with a stroke limiter 17. For example, the lower surface of the upper substrate 12 is provided with a first mounting hole 122, the guide plate 19 is provided with a second mounting hole 191, the positions of the first mounting hole 122 and the second mounting hole 191 correspond to each other, the upper end of the travel limiter 17 is located in the first mounting hole 122, and the lower end of the travel limiter 17 penetrates through the second mounting hole 191. The outer circumferential surface of the travel limiter 17 is further provided with a limiting portion 171, the diameter of the limiting portion 171 is larger than that of the second mounting hole 191, and the limiting portion 171 can prevent the travel limiter 17 from falling off. The depth of the first mounting hole 122 is greater than the length of the travel limiter 17 above the limiting portion 171, that is, the travel limiter 17 has a space for movement in the first mounting hole 122 under the action of a lower jacking mechanism (the jacking mechanism is used for driving the lower pressing mechanism to move upward).
In a natural state, the stroke limiter 17 makes the limiter 171 contact with the upper surface of the guide plate 19 under the action of gravity, and the maximum distance that the stroke limiter 17 can move upward at this time is denoted as H1 (H1 is designed according to a safe lifting stroke). When the upper limiting plate 132 contacts the upper substrate 12, the gap 18 is H2, and H1 is less than H2. The purpose of this design is that when the lower press-fit mechanism moves upwards under the action of the jacking mechanism, the heat conducting plate 15 starts to contact the product, the lower press-fit mechanism starts to contact the stroke limiter 17, and as the lower press-fit mechanism continues to move upwards, the stroke limiter 17 and the guide rod 133 also move upwards, and if the jacking stroke of the lower press-fit mechanism is within the safety range, the stroke limiter 17 is not active. When the lifting stroke of the lower pressing mechanism exceeds the safety range, the upper end of the stroke limiting piece 17 is already propped against the first mounting hole 122 and cannot move towards the first mounting hole any more, and at the moment, the lower end of the stroke limiting piece 17 is propped against the lower pressing mechanism, so that the lower pressing mechanism can be prevented from moving upwards continuously, and damage of products due to overpressure is prevented.
The left and right ends of the upper substrate 12 are further provided with a plurality of groups of adjusting bearings 110, and when the upper pressing jig is installed in the LidA ttach device, the upper pressing jig can be adjusted to a required position by moving the adjusting bearings 110.
The invention also provides a use method of the upper pressing jig, which comprises the following steps: when the electric cabinet 31 is used for powering on the heating element 11 and pressing, the upper pressing mechanism 1 can also heat the workpiece while applying pressure to the workpiece; when the pressure is to be regulated according to the process requirement, the electric cabinet 31 is turned back by 90 degrees, and the pressure applied by the weight pressing mechanism 2 is regulated. After the electric cabinet 31 is turned backwards by 90 degrees, the movable pressing block 24 is stirred, so that the quick-dismantling plate 23 can be freely dismantled; then, the quick release plate 23 is removed, and the number of weights 26 is increased or decreased to adjust the amount of applied pressure.
Specifically, when the electric cabinet 31 is turned backward by 90 °, the supporting member 32 is unfolded, and then the movable pressing block 24 is turned to the front-rear direction, the quick release plate 23 is detached, the weight 26 is taken out from the weight bar 25 to relieve the pressure or the weight 26 is added to the weight bar 25 to increase the pressure. After the replacement, the quick release plate 23 is assembled, and the movable pressing block 24 is turned to press the two ends of the quick release plate 23 in the left-right direction. Finally, the electric cabinet 31 is turned back again, and the supporting member 32 is restored to the compressed state. The whole replacement process is very simple, convenient and quick.
In summary, according to the upper pressing jig and the application method thereof of the present invention, on one hand, the heating function of the upper pressing mechanism 1 can be achieved; on the other hand, the quick replacement function of the weight 26 can be realized, the replacement step is simplified, and the working efficiency is improved.
