the pump body 3 is provided with two liquid inlet channels 14 and two liquid outlet channels 15 at the arc teeth 18, the liquid inlet channels 14 and the liquid outlet channels 15 are arranged at intervals, the shell 1 is provided with two high-pressure channels 11, each high-pressure channel 11 is communicated with one liquid inlet channel 14 and one counter bore 10, a one-way valve 13 is arranged in each high-pressure channel 11 to prevent the hydraulic oil from flowing backwards, the pump wheel 4 rotates in one direction only, the shell 1 is provided with two low-pressure channels 16, and each low-pressure channel 16 is communicated with one liquid outlet channel 15 and the overflow chamber 12;
the spaces of the overflow chamber 12, the counter bore 10, the high-pressure channel 11, the low-pressure channel 16, the liquid inlet channel 14 and the liquid outlet channel 15 are filled with hydraulic oil;
a compression spring is arranged between the lower gland 8 and the shell 1.
The housing 1 is provided with sealing rings outside the liquid inlet channel 14 and the liquid outlet channel 15.
A ring groove is formed in the middle of the piston 9 to form a section of thin rod 17 which is used as a storage space for hydraulic oil in backflow.
The clamping sleeve 5 is of a half-body structure, and the clamping sleeves 5 of the two half-bodies are connected through bolts to clamp the sucker rod 7.
When the pumping rod 7 is in actual use, when the cantilever weight is maximum, the clamping sleeve 5, the pump wheel 4 and the pump body 3 compress the compression spring, the piston 9 moves downwards, after the piston 9 enters the counter bore 10, hydraulic oil is extruded from the counter bore 10 to the high-pressure channel 11 and the liquid inlet channel 14, the hydraulic oil pushes the circular arc teeth 18 to drive the pump wheel 4 to rotate, the hydraulic oil behind the circular arc teeth 18 flows back to the overflow chamber 12 from the liquid outlet channel 15 and the low-pressure channel 16, and as the one-way valve 13 is arranged on the high-pressure channel 11, the hydraulic oil can only flow out from the high-pressure channel 11 and can not flow back, and in each stroke of the pumping rod 7, the pump wheel 4 rotates once, and the pump wheel 4 drives the clamping sleeve 5 and the pumping rod 7 to integrally rotate to play a role in preventing eccentric wear.
