Step 1043, determining that the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, and comparing the temperature change rate with the second temperature change rate threshold to obtain a second comparison result that the temperature change rate is less than the second temperature change rate threshold; wherein the second temperature change rate threshold is less than the first temperature change rate threshold.
Step 1044, determining a second heating temperature value based on the second comparison result, and adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device to the second heating temperature value for working; wherein the second heating temperature value is greater than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, the possibility that the clothes are not deformed or damaged in material is indicated, but in order to further save energy consumption, it is necessary to compare the temperature change rate with the second temperature change rate threshold in order to ensure that the clothes are dried in the drying time. Wherein the second temperature change rate threshold is less than the first temperature change rate threshold.
The second temperature change rate threshold may be selectively set according to an application scenario, and may be based on historical drying data, such as a drying temperature change rate that consumes the lowest power and can dry laundry in a drying time, as the second temperature change rate threshold.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the temperature change rate is smaller than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, the temperature change rate is compared with the second temperature change rate threshold, and a second comparison result that the temperature change rate is smaller than the second temperature change rate threshold is obtained to indicate that a great amount of electricity consumption is caused when the clothes are dried at the current drying temperature, so that the current drying temperature is improved under the condition that the clothes are not deformed or the materials are damaged.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, there are various ways of obtaining the second heating temperature value based on the second comparison result, and in some embodiments, a current drying mode of the laundry treatment apparatus is obtained, a current variable-temperature drying thermometer is obtained based on the current drying mode, and the current variable-temperature drying thermometer is queried based on the second comparison result to obtain the second heating temperature value. The current drying mode can be a drying mode which is automatically confirmed based on clothes detection, can also be a drying mode which is selected by a user, such as automatic drying, low-temperature drying, timing drying and the like, different drying modes correspond to different variable-temperature drying temperature tables, a current variable-temperature drying temperature table matched with the current drying mode is obtained, and a second heating temperature value corresponding to temperature reduction is inquired from the current variable-temperature drying temperature table.
In other embodiments, the current heating temperature value is adjusted to a second heating temperature value based on the second comparison result, where the second heating temperature value and the current heating temperature value differ by a preset threshold difference value, and the preset threshold difference value may be set randomly or according to a grade, and so on.
In some embodiments, the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device is adjusted to a second heating temperature value, namely, the heating temperature value is adjusted to the second heating temperature value by controlling the opening and closing of the drying and heating device and/or adjusting the power of the drying and heating device; the second heating temperature value is larger than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device, so that the deformation and damage rate of clothes are greatly reduced by adopting variable-temperature drying, and meanwhile, the electricity consumption in the drying process is reduced.
In some embodiments, the temperature change rate threshold comprises a target temperature change rate value. After the above step 1044, the step 104 "adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device based on the comparison result of the temperature change rate and the preset temperature change rate threshold" in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 may be implemented by the following steps:
Step 1045, determining that the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, and comparing the temperature change rate with the target temperature change rate value to obtain a third comparison result that the temperature change rate is less than the target temperature change rate value; wherein the target temperature change rate value is less than the first temperature change rate threshold.
Step 1046, determining a third heating temperature value based on the third comparison result, and adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device to the third heating temperature value for working; wherein, the third heating temperature value is greater than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, the possibility that the clothes are not deformed or damaged in material is indicated, but in order to further save energy consumption, it is necessary to compare the temperature change rate with a target temperature change rate value in order to ensure that the clothes are dried in the drying time. Wherein the target temperature change rate value is less than the first temperature change rate threshold.
The target temperature change rate value may be set according to application scenario selection, for example, the target temperature change rate value is 0.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, the temperature change rate is compared with the target temperature change rate value, and the third comparison result that the temperature change rate is less than the target temperature change rate value indicates that a great amount of electricity is consumed when the clothes are dried at the current drying temperature, so that the current drying temperature is improved under the condition that the clothes are not deformed or the materials are damaged.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, there are various ways of obtaining the third heating temperature value based on the third comparison result, in some embodiments, a current drying mode of the laundry treatment apparatus is obtained, a current variable-temperature drying thermometer is obtained based on the current drying mode, and the current variable-temperature drying thermometer is queried based on the third comparison result to obtain the third heating temperature value; in other embodiments, the current heating temperature value is adjusted to a third heating temperature value based on the third comparison result, where the third heating temperature value and the current heating temperature value differ by a preset threshold difference value, and the preset threshold difference value may be set randomly or according to a grade, and so on.
In some embodiments, the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device is adjusted to the third heating temperature value to operate, namely, the heating temperature value is adjusted to the third heating temperature value by controlling the opening and closing of the drying and heating device and/or adjusting the power of the drying and heating device; the third heating temperature value is larger than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device, so that the deformation and damage rate of clothes are greatly reduced by adopting variable-temperature drying, and meanwhile, the electricity consumption in the drying process is reduced.
In some embodiments, step 104 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 further comprises:
step 105, counting the temperature change adjustment times for adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
And 106, determining that the temperature change adjustment times are larger than a preset time threshold value, and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to enter a drying judgment mode.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the temperature change adjustment times for adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device are counted in real time, for example, in a drying process, a time threshold value is set, for example, three times, four times and the like, the counted temperature change adjustment times are compared with the time threshold value, and under the condition that the temperature change adjustment times are larger than the preset time threshold value, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to enter a drying judgment mode, so that the service life of the drying and heating device is further ensured, the damage to the device caused by frequent change of temperature is avoided, and the use requirement of a user is further met.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the laundry treatment apparatus in the embodiment of the present disclosure is illustrated by taking a washing and drying integrated machine as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the control method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure includes the following steps:
In step 201, a temperature value and/or a dried time period in the laundry treating apparatus is acquired.
Step 202, determining that the dried time length is a preset drying time length and/or the temperature value meets a preset drying temperature value, and acquiring a first temperature value in the clothes treatment equipment.
Step 203, determining that a preset time period is met, and acquiring a second temperature value in the clothes treating apparatus.
Step 204, comparing the temperature change rate with a first temperature change rate threshold to obtain a first comparison result that the temperature change rate is greater than the first temperature change rate threshold.
Step 205, determining a first heating temperature value based on the first comparison result.
Step 206, adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device to a first heating temperature value for working; the first heating temperature value is smaller than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
After step 204, steps 205-206 may be performed, as may steps 207-208 or steps 209-210.
Step 207, determining that the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, and comparing the temperature change rate with the second temperature change rate threshold to obtain a second comparison result that the temperature change rate is less than the second temperature change rate threshold; wherein the second temperature change rate threshold is less than the first temperature change rate threshold.
Step 208, based on the second comparison result, obtaining a second heating temperature value, and adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device to the second heating temperature value for working; wherein the second heating temperature value is greater than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
Step 209, determining that the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, and comparing the temperature change rate with the target temperature change rate value to obtain a third comparison result that the temperature change rate is less than the target temperature change rate value; wherein the target temperature change rate value is less than the first temperature change rate threshold.
Step 210, determining a third heating temperature value based on the third comparison result, and adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device to the third heating temperature value for working; wherein, the third heating temperature value is greater than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
Step 211, counting the temperature change adjustment times for adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device, determining that the temperature change adjustment times are greater than a preset time threshold, and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to enter a drying judgment mode.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the working mode of the clothes treatment equipment is the drying mode, the clothes treatment equipment is heated according to the drying mode, and a first temperature value in the clothes treatment equipment is obtained; and after the preset time length is determined, a second temperature value in the clothes treatment equipment is obtained, the temperature change rate in the clothes treatment equipment is obtained through calculation of the first temperature value and the second temperature value, the drying heating temperature value is flexibly adjusted based on comparison of the temperature change rate and the temperature change threshold value, and the electric quantity consumption in the drying process is reduced while the deformation and damage of clothes are reduced.
In order to more clearly understand the control of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the following is exemplified in a specific scenario.
In practical applications, the different temperatures that the laundry of different materials can withstand, once a higher temperature is applied to the laundry of certain materials, the laundry may be deformed and damaged, if the heating temperature of the laundry treatment apparatus is simply reduced directly to avoid the deformation and damage of the laundry, the electric power may be greatly consumed, and the drying effect may be poor.
In view of the foregoing problems, specifically, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of another laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, including:
step 301, the pre-drying is finished, and the drying stage is entered.
Step 302, recording a first current temperature in the clothes treating apparatus, setting a preset time period and a first temperature change rate threshold value, a second temperature change rate threshold value and a target temperature change rate value as 0.
In step 303, it is detected whether the preset duration is zero.
It should be noted that the preset duration is not zero, and the detection of the preset duration is continued.
Step 304, obtaining a second current temperature in the clothes treating apparatus, wherein the preset time length is zero.
Step 305, dividing the difference of subtracting the first current temperature from the second current temperature by the preset time period to obtain the temperature change rate.
Step 306, determining whether the temperature change rate is greater than a first temperature change rate threshold.
Step 307 or step 308 is performed after step 306.
Step 307, the temperature change rate is greater than the first temperature change rate threshold, and the temperature of the drying heating pipe is reduced.
In step 308, the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, and it is determined whether the temperature change rate is greater than the second temperature change rate threshold or 0.
Step 309 or step 310 or 311 is performed after step 308.
Step 309, the temperature change rate is less than the second temperature change rate threshold or less than 0, and the temperature of the drying heating pipe is increased.
In step 310, the temperature change rate is greater than the second temperature change rate threshold or 0, and the drying heating pipe keeps the current drying temperature to operate.
Step 311, counting the temperature change times.
Step 312, determining whether the temperature change times is greater than a preset time threshold.
Step 313 or step 302 is performed after step 312.
Step 313, the temperature change times are larger than the times threshold value, and enter an automatic dry judgment mode.
Specifically, after the pre-drying is finished, the clothes are heated uniformly, and the temperature tends to be stable; when the temperature change rate (K value) is detected to be higher in a certain temperature range, predicting that the current clothes are in a higher-temperature drying state, and reducing the start-stop temperature of a drying heating pipe to enable the clothes to keep a proper drying temperature in order to reduce damage or deformation of the clothes caused by high temperature; when the detected temperature change rate (K value) is very small or the current drying temperature is too low as a negative number, the starting and stopping temperature of the heating pipe is increased to improve the drying efficiency.
It should be noted that, after each temperature change, the drying judgment parameters in the current stage need to be readjusted: pre-judging Time Time (n), and temperature change rate (Kn, kn+1 value); when the temperature changing times are greater than a set value, entering an automatic drying judgment stage, and simultaneously keeping automatic judgment logic in the temperature changing drying stage, and performing intelligent drying judgment, wherein clothes drying is stopped; the variable-temperature drying mode enables clothes to be in a proper drying state by automatically correcting the drying temperature in the drying process, reduces deformation and damage of the clothes, and meanwhile can reduce drying power consumption and improve drying efficiency.
Therefore, in the drying process, the switching temperature of the drying heating pipe is controlled according to the temperature change rate, variable-temperature drying is realized, clothes are cared, meanwhile, the energy is saved, and the damage to the clothes caused by continuous high-temperature drying and the energy saving effect are reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a control device of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the control device being applied to the laundry treatment apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, the control device 400 of the laundry treatment apparatus includes:
a first temperature acquisition module 401 for acquiring a first temperature value within the laundry treating apparatus;
A second temperature obtaining module 402, configured to determine that a preset duration is satisfied, and obtain a second temperature value in the laundry treatment apparatus;
a calculating module 403, configured to calculate a temperature change rate based on the first temperature value, the preset duration, and the second temperature value;
and the adjusting module 404 is configured to adjust a heating temperature value of the drying and heating device based on a comparison result of the temperature change rate and a preset temperature change rate threshold.
In some embodiments, the first temperature acquisition module 401 is specifically configured to:
acquiring a temperature value and/or a dried time period in the clothes treatment equipment;
and determining that the dried time length is a preset drying time length and/or the temperature value meets a preset drying temperature value, and acquiring a first temperature value in the clothes treatment equipment.
In some embodiments, the temperature change rate threshold comprises a first temperature change rate threshold, and the adjustment module 404 comprises:
the first comparison unit is used for comparing the temperature change rate with the first temperature change rate threshold value to obtain a first comparison result that the temperature change rate is larger than the first temperature change rate threshold value;
A first acquisition unit configured to determine a first heating temperature value based on the first comparison result;
the first adjusting unit is used for adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device to the first heating temperature value for working; the first heating temperature value is smaller than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
In some embodiments, the first obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
acquiring a current drying mode of the clothes treatment equipment;
acquiring a current variable-temperature drying thermometer based on the current drying mode;
and inquiring the current variable-temperature drying thermometer based on the first comparison result to obtain the first heating temperature value.
In some embodiments, the temperature change rate threshold comprises a second temperature change rate threshold, and the adjustment module 404 further comprises:
a second comparing unit, configured to determine that the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, and compare the temperature change rate with the second temperature change rate threshold to obtain a second comparison result that the temperature change rate is less than the second temperature change rate threshold; wherein the second temperature change rate threshold is less than the first temperature change rate threshold;
A second acquisition unit configured to determine a second heating temperature value based on the second comparison result;

In some embodiments, the temperature change rate threshold comprises a target temperature change rate value, and the adjustment module 404 further comprises:
a third comparing unit, configured to determine that the temperature change rate is less than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, and compare the temperature change rate with the target temperature change rate value to obtain a third comparison result that the temperature change rate is less than the target temperature change rate value; wherein the target temperature change rate value is less than the first temperature change rate threshold;
a third acquisition unit configured to acquire a third heating temperature value based on the third comparison result;
the third adjusting unit is used for adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device to the third heating temperature value for working; wherein, the third heating temperature value is greater than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises:
the statistics module is used for counting the temperature change adjustment times for adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device;
and the control module is used for determining that the temperature change adjustment times are larger than a preset time threshold and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to enter a drying judgment mode.
It should be noted that the description of the control device embodiment items of the laundry treating apparatus above, similar to the description of the method above, has the same advantageous effects as the method embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in essence or a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, including several instructions to cause a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present disclosure. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes. The present disclosure provides a laundry treatment apparatus, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the laundry treatment apparatus provided by the present disclosure, and other exemplary structures of the laundry treatment apparatus 500 may be foreseen according to the exemplary structure of the laundry treatment apparatus 500 shown in fig. 5, so that the structures described herein should not be considered as limiting, for example, some components described below may be omitted, or components not described below may be added to accommodate specific requirements of certain applications.
The laundry treating apparatus 500 shown in fig. 5 includes: a processor 501, at least one communication bus 502, a user interface 503, at least one external communication interface 504 and a memory 505. Wherein the communication bus 502 is configured to enable connected communication between these components. The user interface 503 may include a display panel, and the external communication interface 504 may include a standard wired interface and a wireless interface, among others. Wherein the processor 501 is configured to execute a program of the control method stored in the memory to implement the steps in the control method provided in the above embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
Acquiring a first temperature value in the clothes treatment equipment;
determining that a preset time length is met, and acquiring a second temperature value in the clothes treatment equipment;
calculating a temperature change rate based on the first temperature value, the preset duration and the second temperature value;
and adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device based on the comparison result of the temperature change rate and the preset temperature change rate threshold.
2. The method of controlling a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein acquiring a first temperature value within the laundry treatment apparatus comprises:
acquiring a temperature value and/or a dried time period in the clothes treatment equipment;
and determining that the dried time length is a preset drying time length and/or the temperature value meets a preset drying temperature value, and acquiring a first temperature value in the clothes treatment equipment.
3. The control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the temperature change rate threshold includes a first temperature change rate threshold, the adjusting of the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device based on a comparison result of the temperature change rate and a preset temperature change rate threshold includes:
Comparing the temperature change rate with the first temperature change rate threshold to obtain a first comparison result that the temperature change rate is larger than the first temperature change rate threshold;
determining a first heating temperature value based on the first comparison result;
adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device to the first heating temperature value for working; the first heating temperature value is smaller than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
4. A control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the acquiring a first heating temperature value based on the first comparison result includes:
acquiring a current drying mode of the clothes treatment equipment;
acquiring a current variable-temperature drying thermometer based on the current drying mode;
and inquiring the current variable-temperature drying thermometer based on the first comparison result to obtain the first heating temperature value.
5. A control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the temperature change rate threshold value includes a second temperature change rate threshold value, further comprising:
determining that the temperature change rate is smaller than or equal to the first temperature change rate threshold, and comparing the temperature change rate with the second temperature change rate threshold to obtain a second comparison result that the temperature change rate is smaller than the second temperature change rate threshold; wherein the second temperature change rate threshold is less than the first temperature change rate threshold;
Determining a second heating temperature value based on the second comparison result;
adjusting the heating temperature value of the drying and heating device to the second heating temperature value for working; wherein, the second heating temperature value is greater than the current heating temperature value of the drying and heating device.
6. A control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the temperature change rate threshold value includes a target temperature change rate value, further comprising:
