A vehicle music control system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be disclosed and described in the following description with reference to fig. 1 to 11 of the drawings, wherein the vehicle music control system includes a control unit 10 and at least one seat device 20, the seat device 20 includes a seat body 21, a headrest 22, and two speaker assemblies 23, the headrest 22 is mounted on top of a backrest 211 of the seat body 21, opposite sides of the headrest 22 have fitting grooves 221, respectively, each of the speaker assemblies 23 is suspended from each of the fitting grooves 221 of the headrest 22, respectively, and each of the speaker assemblies 23 is controllably connected to the control unit 10, respectively, to control an angle of the speaker assemblies 23 within the fitting grooves 221 of the headrest 22 by the control unit 10.
Unlike prior art car audio seats that require adjustment of the angle of the speakers by swinging the wings laterally or longitudinally, in this particular example of the vehicle music control system of the present invention, the speaker assemblies 23 are suspended within the mounting slots 221 of the headrest 22 and the angle of the speaker assemblies 23 within the mounting slots 221 of the headrest 22 is adjustable, so that the control unit 10, when controlling the angular adjustment of the speaker assemblies 23 relative to the headrest 22, on the one hand, the two speaker assemblies 23 can form a preferred listening position at the head of the user for the user to hear a good sound effect, and on the other hand, the basic form of the seat arrangement 20 is not changed, so that the seat arrangement 20 does not therefore create a safety hazard, which is critical to driving safety.
That is, in the vehicle music control system of the present invention, the headrest 22 is fixed, the overall posture thereof does not need to be adjusted, only the angle of the speaker assembly 23 in the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22 needs to be adjusted, and therefore the basic form of the seat apparatus 20 is not changed, so that the seat apparatus 20 does not thus create a safety hazard.
In order that the control unit 10 can conveniently adjust the angle of the speaker assembly 23, the control unit 10 includes an air charge and discharge control module 11, the seat device 20 includes an air charge and discharge assembly 24 and at least four air bags 25 connected to the air charge and discharge assembly 24 in an air charge and discharge manner, the air charge and discharge assembly 24 is controllably connected to the air charge and discharge control module 11, wherein at least two air bags 25 are respectively provided between each speaker assembly 23 and the bottom of each fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22, and one side of each air bag 25 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22, and the other side is fixedly connected to the bottom of the speaker assembly 23.
That is, the speaker assembly 23 may be suspended in the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22 by providing at least two of the airbags 25 between the groove bottom of the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22 and the speaker assembly 23. In addition, the inflation/deflation control module 11 of the control unit 10 controls the working state of the inflation/deflation assembly 24, so that by changing the inflation amounts of the airbags 25, the angle of the speaker assemblies 23 in the assembly groove 221 of the headrest 22 can be adjusted, so that the two speaker assemblies 23 can form a better listening position on the head of the user for the user to hear good sound effects.
It is to be noted that the specific manner in which one side of the airbag 25 is fixedly coupled to the bottom of the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22 is not limited in the vehicular music control system of the present invention. For example, in this specific example of the vehicular music control system shown in fig. 1 to 11, one side of the air bag 25 is adhered to the bottom of the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22 by glue, so that one side of the air bag 25 is fixedly attached to the bottom of the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22.
It is also worth mentioning that the specific way in which one side of the airbag 25 is fixedly connected to the speaker assembly 23 is not limited in the vehicle music control system of the present invention. For example, in this specific example of the vehicle music control system shown in fig. 1 to 11, one side of the air bag 25 is adhered to the bottom of the speaker assembly 23 by glue so that one side of the air bag 25 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the speaker assembly 23.
Specifically, in this specific example of the vehicle music control system according to the present invention, referring to fig. 3, 4, and 6 to 11, the speaker assembly 23 includes a housing 231 and a speaker unit 232, the housing 231 having a housing space 2311, the speaker unit 232 being mounted to the housing space 2311 of the housing 231, wherein one side of the air bag 25 is adhered to the bottom of the housing 231 by glue such that one side of the air bag 25 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the speaker assembly 23. With such a structure as described above, in the process of bonding the airbag 25 and the bottom of the speaker assembly 23 using glue, the glue is prevented from flowing into the inside of the speaker unit 232 by the housing 231 to ensure that the movable portion of the speaker unit 232 is not stuck by the glue to ensure the sound quality of the speaker assembly 23. Preferably, sound absorbing cotton is disposed in the housing space 2311 of the housing 231.
Preferably, the bottom of the housing 231 of the speaker assembly 23 has at least two fitting grooves 2312, and a portion of the air bag 25 is inserted into the fitting grooves 2312 of the housing 231 to secure reliability of the bonding relationship of the air bag 25 and the housing 231.
Preferably, four air bags 25 are disposed between the bottom of the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22 and the bottom of the housing 231 of the speaker assembly 23 at intervals, and since each air bag 25 can be individually inflated and deflated, the angle of the speaker assembly 23 within the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22 can be flexibly and multi-directionally adjusted to meet the listening needs of users in different sitting postures and to meet the listening needs of different users. Accordingly, the bottom of the housing 231 of the speaker assembly 23 has four fitting grooves 2312 for receiving portions of the four air bags 25, respectively.
More preferably, the housing 231 of the speaker assembly 23 is a square column-shaped housing, and four air bags 25 are respectively provided at four corners of the housing 231, so that the angle of the speaker assembly 23 within the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22 can be flexibly and multidirectional adjusted by controlling the inflation amount of each air bag 25.
It is to be noted that the shape of the airbag 25 is not limited in the vehicle music control system of the invention. For example, in this specific example of the vehicle music control system of the present invention shown in fig. 1 to 11, the air bag 25 is a square column-shaped air bag so as to control the posture of the speaker assembly 23 in the fitting groove 221 of the headrest 22. Alternatively, in other examples of the vehicle music control system of the present invention, the air bag 25 may be cylindrical or spherical.
Referring to fig. 5, the inflation and deflation assembly 24 includes a plurality of inflators 241 and a plurality of normally closed solenoid valves 242, each of the inflators 241 and each of the solenoid valves 242 being controllably connected to the inflation and deflation control module 11, respectively, to control the operation of the inflators 241 and the operation of the solenoid valves 242 by the inflation and deflation control module 11, and the inflators 241 and the solenoid valves 242 being connected to the air bags 25, respectively. When the inflation/deflation control module 11 controls the inflation pump 241 to be in an operating state and the electromagnetic valve 242 to be in a closed state, the inflation pump 241 inflates the air bag 25 to increase the inflation amount of the air bag 25, and correspondingly, when the inflation/deflation control module 11 controls the inflation pump 241 to be in a non-operating state and the electromagnetic valve 242 to be in an open state, the air in the air bag 25 is discharged through the electromagnetic valve 242 to reduce the inflation amount of the air bag 25, so that the inflation/deflation control module 11 controls the operating state of the inflation/deflation assembly 24 to change the inflation amounts of the air bags 25 and adjust the angle of the speaker assembly 23 in the assembly groove 221 of the headrest 22, so that the two speaker assemblies 23 form a better listening position at the head of a user for the user to hear a good sound effect.
It should be noted that the specific manner in which the air pump 241 and the electromagnetic valve 242 are respectively connected to the air bag 25 is not limited in the vehicle music control system of the present invention. For example, in this particular example of the vehicle music control system of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the inflation and deflation assembly 24 includes a first conduit 243, a second conduit 244, a third conduit 245, and a tee 246, opposite ends of the first conduit 243 being connected to first ports of the inflation pump 241 and the tee 246, respectively, opposite ends of the second conduit 244 being connected to second ports of the airbag 25 and the tee 246, respectively, opposite ends of the third conduit 245 being connected to third ports of the airbag 25 and the tee 246, respectively, such that when the inflation and deflation control module 11 controls the inflation pump 241 to be in an operative state and the solenoid valve 242 to be in a closed state, the inflation pump inflates the airbag 25 through the first conduit 243, the tee 246, and the second conduit 244 to increase the amount of inflation of the airbag 25, and when the inflation and deflation control module 11 controls the inflation pump 241 to be in an inoperative state and the tee 246 to be in an open state, the inflation pump 25 is discharged through the third conduit 245 and the solenoid valve 242 to be in an open state.
Fig. 6 to 11 show a specific structure of the speaker unit 232 of the speaker assembly 23 of the vehicle music control system of the present invention for providing good sound quality. Specifically, the speaker unit 232 includes a frame 2321, a magnetic return system 2322, a drum sheet 2323, a suspension edge 2324, a voice coil 2325, a connecting rod 2326, a linear bearing 2327 and a connecting piece 2328, wherein the magnetic return system 2322 is disposed on the frame 2321, the magnetic return system 2322 has a magnetic gap 23221 with an upward opening and a central through hole 23222 penetrating through the magnetic return system 2322, the magnetic gap 23221 surrounds the periphery of the central through hole 23222, wherein the inner side and the outer side of the suspension edge 2324 are respectively connected to the edge of the drum sheet 2323 and the frame 2321, so that the drum sheet 2323 is suspended above the magnetic return system 2322 by the suspension edge 2324, the top of the voice coil 2325 is connected to the drum sheet 2323, the bottom of the voice coil sheet 2325 is movably extended to the magnetic return system 23221 penetrating through the magnetic return system 2322, the top of the drum sheet 2326 is connected to the magnetic return system 2326 and surrounds the connecting piece 2327 below the linear bearing 2327 and the connecting piece 2328, the connecting rod 2322 is respectively suspended above the linear bearing 2322, and the connecting piece 2321 is suspended by the suspension edge 2326.
The control unit 10 includes an audio control module 12, and the voice coil 2325 of the speaker unit 232 is connected to the audio control module 12, so that the audio control module 12 outputs an audio signal to the voice coil 2325. When the audio control module 12 outputs an audio signal to the voice coil 2325, the voice coil 2325 of the speaker unit 232 and the magnetic return system 2322 interact to drive the drum sheet 2323 to reciprocate to generate an acoustic wave, in the process, the drum sheet 2323 drives the connecting rod 2326 to synchronously move, and since the bottom of the connecting rod 2326 is sleeved with the linear bearing 2327 and the linear bearing 2327 is suspended below the magnetic return system 2322 by the connecting piece 2328, on one hand, the reciprocation of the connecting rod 2326 is smooth to ensure the sensitivity of the drum sheet 2323 and the voice coil 2325, and on the other hand, the linear bearing 2327 can keep the movement direction of the connecting rod 2326 in the axial direction to avoid the inclination of the connecting rod 2326, so that the movement direction of the drum sheet 2323 can be prevented from being inclined, and the drum sheet 2323 has a single movement direction, which is crucial to ensuring the sound quality of the speaker unit 232.
Also, it is understood that since the top of the voice coil 2325 is connected to the drum sheet 2323, the bottom of the voice coil 2325 is movably extended to the magnetic gap 23221 of the magnetic return system 2322, that is, the drum sheet 2323 and the voice coil 2325 are assembled as one body, so that the movement direction of the voice coil 2325 is inevitably inclined once the movement direction of the drum sheet 2323 is inclined. In the vehicle music control system of the present invention, the drum sheet 2323 has a single movement direction by sleeving the linear bearing 2327 stably suspended under the magnetic return system 2322 and connecting the top of the connecting rod 2326 to the middle of the drum sheet 2323 at the bottom of the connecting rod 2326, so that the voice coil 2325 also has a single movement direction, i.e., an axial direction, and thus, the voice coil 2325 is not inclined, so that the voice coil 2325 is prevented from rubbing the magnetic return system 2322, thereby preventing noise from occurring in the speaker unit 232 and prolonging the life of the speaker unit 232.
Referring to fig. 11, in the vehicle music control system of the present invention, the linear bearing 2327, which is stably suspended below the magnetic return system 2322, is capable of maintaining the movement direction of the connection rod 2326 in an axial direction because the linear bearing 2327 is arranged with a plurality of rows of balls in a circumferential direction and each row of balls is arranged in a height direction, and the rows of balls hold the bottom of the connection rod 2326 in the circumferential direction of the connection rod 2326 to prevent the connection rod 2326 from tilting, thereby maintaining the movement direction of the connection rod 2326 in an axial direction.
More specifically, referring to fig. 6 to 11, the frame 2321 includes a top frame 23211, the top frame 23211 has a top frame perforation 232111, the drum sheet 2323 is located at the top frame perforation 232111 of the top frame 23211, such that the top frame 23211 surrounds the drum sheet 2323, the inner side of the hanging edge 2324 extends to and is connected to the edge of the drum sheet 2323, and the outer side of the hanging edge 2324 extends to and is connected to the top frame 23211, so that the drum sheet 2323 is suspended from the top frame perforation 232111 of the top frame 23211 by the hanging edge 2324.
In some embodiments of the vehicle music control system of the present invention, the hanging edge 2324 is a prefabricated member, the inner side of the hanging edge 2324 is adhered to the edge of the drum sheet 2323 by glue, so that the inner side of the hanging edge 2324 is connected to the edge of the drum sheet 2323, and the outer side of the hanging edge 2324 is adhered to the top frame 23211 by glue, so that the outer side of the hanging edge 2324 is connected to the top frame 23211, so that the hanging edge 2324 can reliably suspend the drum sheet 2323 from the top frame perforation 232111 of the top frame 23211.
Alternatively, in other examples of the vehicle music control system of the present invention, the hanging edge 2324 may be integrally formed between the drum sheet 2323 and the top frame 23211, for example, based on an injection molding process, the hanging edge 2324 may be integrally formed between the drum sheet 2323 and the top frame 23211.
Preferably, the outer contour of the top frame 23211 is square, the top frame perforation 232111 of the top frame 23211 is circular, so that the shape of the top frame perforation 232111 of the top frame 23211 matches the shape of the drum sheet 2323, and accordingly, the hanging edge 2324 is annular.
The frame 2321 includes a bottom frame 23212, the bottom frame 23212 further includes a plurality of extension legs 232121, a first mounting frame 232122 disposed on top of the extension legs 232121, and a second mounting frame 232123 disposed in the middle of the extension legs 232121, a first bottom frame perforation 2321221 of the first mounting frame 232122 and a second bottom frame perforation 2321231 of the second mounting frame 232123 correspond in height, wherein the second mounting frame 232123 is fixedly sleeved on the outside of the magnetic return system 2322 such that a portion of the magnetic return system 2322 extends to the second bottom frame perforation 2321231 of the second mounting frame 232123.
