Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于电致变色涂层和器件的动态光通量控制制造的电致变色装置。特别地,本发明涉及实现了从可见波长区域延伸到红外波长区域的非常高的宽带光学调节的电致变色双层涂层,其中所述双层的调节波长是电压选择性的。更特别地,本发明还涉及使用上述双层电极的电致变色装置的制造方法。
本发明的背景和现有技术
电致变色被定义为通过施加电压造成的可逆光学性能变化。电致变色材料用于调节其透射率、反射率、吸光度或发射率的电化学装置。一种典型的电致变色装置(ECD)通过将离子传导电解质夹在两个透明导电氧化物涂覆的玻璃(TCO/玻璃)之间来构造,所述两个透明导电氧化物涂覆的玻璃中的至少一个应当层压有活性层(active layer)。另一个电极中的互补(complimentary)电致变色涂层的使用是任选的,其可以提供更多稳定性、中性颜色再现等。图1示意性示出了在互补衬底中具有阴极和阳极电致变色涂层的ECD的横截面。电解质膜应是离子(M+)传导性和电子(e-)阻挡性的,以防止两个电极的电气短路。当施加合适的电压脉冲时,电致变色层变得有色或漂白,同时对电极层作为离子储存/颜色中和层。着色效率、调节波长范围、响应时间、写入-擦除效率等是ECD的性能评价的一些标准。

在本发明中,已经开发了通过将纳米晶体和非晶WO3电致变色层组合到一起的电致变色装置。此处公开的本发明通过规避现有技术中描述的多种处理和操作缺点而提供益处和新颖性。另外,本发明还描述了选择电致变色材料以使得那些材料可以有效地层叠为用于强化装置功能的层的过程。
本发明的新颖性在于以下方面:其描述了筛选/选择电致变色材料以使得那些材料可以有效地层叠为用于强化装置功能的层的过程。此外,现有技术中不存在这些材料用于制造电致变色装置的用途。另外,现有技术中不存在制备光谱选择性电极的该层叠顺序。

发明目的
本发明的主要目的是通过将由不同电压驱动的具有不同光谱选择性的两种不同电致变色层层叠来提供一种电致变色双层电极。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种电致变色上涂层(overcoating layer),其可以有效地允许电解质离子进入到底层中。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种电致变色下涂层(undercoating layer),与顶层相比,其同时具有操作电压和光谱波长偏移。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种具有非常高效的可见光和红外调节的动态光谱选择性ECD。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供了一种双层电致变色电极,所述双层电致变色电极包括:
i.由涂覆有透明导电氧化物[TCO][13]的衬底[15]组成的导电基底;
ii.涂覆在所述导电基底上的电致变色层[11];以及
iii.沉积在所述电致变色层[11]上的电致变色层[12],
其中所述电致变色层[11和12]的厚度在10.0nm至3.0μm的范围内。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,所述基底选自由以下各项组成的组:玻璃、石英、纤维素、丝绸或塑料,所述塑料选自由以下各项组成的组:聚乙烯、聚酰亚胺、聚丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯。
在本发明的另一个实施方案中,所述导电基底的薄层电阻在1.0μΩ/sq至50.0Ω/sq的范围内。
在本发明的又一个实施方案中,所述透明导电氧化物[TCO]选自由以下各项组成的组:氧化铟锌(IZO)、氧化铟锡(ITO)、掺氟氧化锡(FTO)、掺氟氧化锌(FZO)、掺铝氧化锌(AZO)和掺铝氧化锡(ATO)。

a.在搅拌24-36小时范围内的时间的条件下将钨粉溶解在50% H2O2中,然后过滤,得到无色透明液体;
b.通过在80-90℃范围内的温度搅拌4-6小时范围内的时间来使步骤(a)中得到的所述液体中的过量过氧化氢分解,得到深黄色溶液;
c.将步骤(b)中得到的所述溶液干燥,得到水合氧化钨粉末;
d.将步骤(c)中得到的所述水合氧化钨粉末分散在水中,然后超声处理7-10小时范围内的时间,得到水合氧化钨[WO3.H2O]的溶液;
e.将步骤(c)中得到的所述水合氧化钨粉末分散在10% H2O2水溶液中,然后超声处理7-10小时范围内的时间,得到a-WO3的溶液;
f.将20-30μL的步骤(d)中得到的所述溶液滴涂在干净的FTO衬底上,然后在50-80℃范围内的温度蒸发15-30分钟范围内的时间,得到厚度在800至1000nm范围内的WO3.H2O的多晶层1;
g.将20-30μL的步骤(e)中得到的所述溶液滴涂在步骤(i)中得到的均匀薄膜上,然后在50-80℃范围内的温度蒸发15-30分钟范围内的时间,得到厚度在600至1000nm范围内的a-WO3的多孔非晶层2。
在又一个实施方案中,本发明提供了一种制造所述电致变色装置的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a.将无水LiClO4、增塑剂和PMMA溶解在溶剂中,所述溶剂选自由以下各项组成的组:四氢呋喃[THF]、氯仿、DCM、DMSO、DMF、甲苯、乙酸乙酯、二乙醚、乙腈、四氯化碳、2-丙醇、己烷、苯或丙酮,然后在60-80℃范围内的温度搅拌12-24小时范围内的时间,得到均匀混合物;
b.在80-90℃范围内的温度在干燥氮流下蒸发所述溶剂,得到固体聚合物电解质;
c.将多晶WO3.H2O纳米片和多孔a-WO3层层叠,得到活性电极;
d.将步骤(b)中得到的厚度在130-250μm范围内的所述固体聚合物电解质嵌入所述活性电极和反射电极之间,得到所述电致变色装置。

具体实施方式
本发明展示了一种新型的用于制备对可见光和NIR辐射具有独立的双波段选择性的宽带ECD的方案。
本公开与对高品质、高光谱范围且光谱选择性的电致变色电极和装置的处理有关。该目标通过层叠具有特殊形貌的两个相似/不同的电致变色物(electrochrome)来实现。
电致变色电极材料的衬底选自由以下各项组成的组以用于透射电极:玻璃、纤维素、丝绸或塑料(例如聚乙烯、聚酰亚胺、聚丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯等)。为了制备反射电极,衬底额外地涂覆有选自由以下各项组成的组中的材料:由铬、银、金、钽、钛等组成的金属涂料,涂层在一侧或两侧上。

电致变色涂层的厚度在10.0nm-3.0μm的范围内。
在浸入到电解质溶液中并且施加合适的电压(例如相对于Ag/AgCl参比电极为0.1-3.0V)时,电致变色涂层显示出颜色变化。
电极上的电致变色涂层进一步被第二电致变色层包覆,所述第二电致变色层的材料与第一层具有不同的电致变色响应,但是响应于相同的电压极性。第二电致变色层的材料选自先前实施方案中所描述的组,但是具有足够的不连续性以允许第一电致变色层接近电解质离子。该第二电致变色层的化学组成可以被选择为类似于第一电致变色层,但是在电致变色响应方面不同,这可以通过改变相态、结晶度、形貌和掺杂剂浓度等来实现。

电致变色电极具有通过将上涂层或下涂层直接涂布至导电基底而制造出的各电极,例如仅有上涂层或仅有下涂层的电极在浸入到电解质溶液中并且施加合适的电压(例如相对于Ag/AgCl参比电极为±0.1至±3.0V)时显示出颜色变化,其中在相同的施加电压值内,仅有上涂层的电极的颜色变化不同于仅有下涂层的电极,其中所施加的电压极性取决于用于下涂层或上涂层的材料的电压极性响应,例如对于阴极为(–)ve,对于阳极为(+)ve,并且对于双重电致变色材料为任一种。
电极浸入其中用于颜色切换的电解质含有H2SO4或基于Li+、Na+、K+和Al3+的盐或它们的混合物。

图2和3分别示出了电致变色装置1和2的横截面结构图,而图4示出了本发明的电致变色装置3的横截面结构图。电致变色装置3包括离子导体层10。电极层12与离子导体层10接触,并且电极层11与电极层12接触。层11和12包含电致变色材料。层10、11、12位于靠着外衬底15和16布置的导电层13和14之间。层10、11、12、13、14一起被称为电致变色层叠体17。
导电层13与电源的一个端子电接触,并且导电层14与电源的另一个端子电接触,由此可以通过向导电层13和14施加电压脉冲来改变电致变色装置3的透射率。脉冲使电子和离子在电极层11和12与离子传导层10之间移动。结果,第一和第二电极层中的电致变色材料改变光学状态,由此使电致变色装置3从漂白状态切换到有色状态或从有色状态切换到漂白状态。
应理解,术语“漂白”是指光学中性的状态,例如未着色的、透明的或半透明的。另外,除非本文中另外指明,否则电致变色转换的“颜色”不限于任何特定波长或波长范围。本领域技术人员理解,适当的电致变色和对电极材料的选择控制了相关的光学转换。通常,透射率变化优选地包括对波长在红外至紫外辐射范围内的电磁辐射的透射率的变化。例如,在本发明的一个实施方案中,透射率变化主要是对在红外光谱内的电磁辐射的透射率的变化。在本发明的另一个实施方案中,透射率变化针对波长在可见光谱范围内的电磁辐射。在又一个实施方案中,透射率变化针对波长在红外和可见光区域内的电磁辐射。
电致变色装置在漂白状态和有色状态之间可逆地循环。在漂白状态下,向电致变色层叠体17施加电势,以使得可以使电致变色材料11和12处于有色状态的层叠体中的可用离子主要存在于对电极中。当电致变色层叠体上的电势反转时,离子传输跨过离子传导层10而通过电致变色层12到达电致变色材料11,并且使该材料进入有色状态。
构成电致变色层叠体17的所有材料都是无机的、固体的(即为固态)或者同时是无机且固体的。因为有机材料倾向于随着时间而降解,所以无机材料提供了可以长期起作用的可靠电致变色层叠体的优点。固态的材料还提供了没有如液态的材料通常存在的密封(containment)和泄漏问题的优点。以下详细讨论电致变色装置中的每一个层。应理解,层叠体中的任一个或多个层可以含有一定量的有机材料,但是在多个实施方式中,一个或多个层几乎不含或不含有机物。对于在一个或多个层中可以少量存在的液体也可以这样说。还应理解,固态材料可以通过采用液体组分的过程比如采用溶胶-凝胶或化学气相沉积的一些过程来进行沉积或以其他方式形成。
可以使用具有合适的光学、电学、热学和机械性能的任何材料作为衬底15和16。这样的衬底包括例如玻璃、塑料和镜子材料。合适的塑料衬底包括例如丙烯酸树脂、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、烯丙基二甘醇碳酸酯、SAN(苯乙烯乙腈共聚物)、聚(4-甲基-1-戊烯)、聚酯、聚酰胺等。如果使用塑料衬底,则优选的是使用例如类金刚石保护涂层、二氧化硅/有机硅耐磨涂层等的硬涂层对其进行阻隔保护和磨损保护,这在塑料上釉领域中是众所周知的。合适的玻璃包括透明或有色的钠钙玻璃,其包括钠钙浮法玻璃。玻璃可以钢化或可以不钢化。
在衬底15和16上方是导电层13和14。在本发明中,导电层13和14都是无机的且是固体的。导电层13和14可以由多种不同材料制成,包括导电氧化物、薄金属涂层、导电金属氮化物等。通常,导电层13和14至少在电致变色层表现出电致变色的波长范围内是透明的。透明导电氧化物包括金属氧化物和掺杂有一种或多种金属的金属氧化物。这样的金属氧化物和掺杂金属氧化物的实例包括氧化铟、氧化铟锡、掺杂氧化铟、氧化锡、掺杂氧化锡、氧化锌、氧化铝锌、掺杂氧化锌、氧化钌、掺杂氧化钌等。因为氧化物通常用于这些层,所以它们有时被称为“透明导电氧化物”(TCO)层。也可以使用基本上透明的薄金属涂层。用于这种薄金属涂层的金属的实例包括过渡金属,所述过渡金属包括金、铂、银、铝、镍合金等。还使用上釉行业中众所周知的基于银的薄金属涂层。导电氮化物的实例包括氮化钛、氮化钽、氧氮化钛和氧氮化钽。导电层13和14也可以是复合导体。这样的复合导体可以通过以下方式制造:将高导电陶瓷和金属线或导电层图案放置在衬底的一个面上,然后用透明导电材料比如掺杂氧化锡或氧化铟锡进行上涂覆(over-coating)。理想地,这样的线应足够细,从而是肉眼不可见的(例如约100um以下)。
覆盖在导电层13上的是电致变色层。在本发明中,依次沉积两个电致变色层11和12。通常,电致变色层可以是无机的、有机的、杂合的或固体的,或者在一般的实施方案中,是无机的/有机的/杂合的且固体的。电致变色层可以含有多种不同电致变色材料中的任何一种或多种,包括金属氧化物。这样的金属氧化物包括氧化钨(WO3)、氧化钼(MoO3)、氧化铌(Nb2O5)、氧化钛(TiO2)、氧化铜(CuO)、氧化铱(Ir2O3)、氧化铬(Cr2O3)、氧化锰(Mn2O3)、氧化钒(V2O5)、氧化镍(Ni2O3)、氧化钴(Co2O3)等。在所述金属氧化物中,氧化钨(WO3)一直是最广泛研究的材料。金属氧化物还可以掺杂有一种或多种掺杂剂,比如锂、钠、钾、钼、钒、钛和/或其他合适的金属或含有金属的化合物。混合氧化物(例如,W—Mo氧化物、W—V氧化物)也可以用作电致变色层。对于有机材料,紫罗碱类已经小规模商业化。紫罗碱类是具有通式(C5H4NR)2 n+的有机化合物。各种各样的传导性聚合物也受到关注,包括聚吡咯、PEDOT、聚苯胺等。在本发明中,具有不同结晶度的WO3的不同形貌用于电致变色层11和12。
以下将描述一种用于制造所述EC装置的方法。
首先,彻底清洁其上涂覆有透明导电氧化物13的玻璃衬底15以将其准备用于后续处理。所采用的清洁方法为超声调节衬底以除去不想要的颗粒。然后,在导电层13上沉积电致变色层11和12。通常,所述层可以通过各种技术来沉积,举例来说,这些技术包括物理气相沉积、化学气相沉积、等离子体增强化学气相沉积和原子层沉积。如本文中使用的术语物理气相沉积包括全范围的PVD技术,包括溅射、蒸镀、烧蚀等。随后,将自立式离子传导层10放置在电致变色层上方,然后放置其上涂覆有透明导电氧化物14的另一个玻璃衬底16。
已经通过在导电层13上沉积由多晶WO3·H2O纳米片组成的电致变色层11来制备出电致变色装置1。在本发明的另一个实施方案中,已经通过在导电层13上沉积由多孔a-WO3组成的电致变色层12来制备出电致变色装置2。记录这两种装置结构在300-1600nm范围内的光学调节。
已经制造出双层电致变色装置3,其中在导电层13上连续沉积电致变色层11和12。本发明人观察到双层电致变色装置的出色光学调节和波段选择性,该装置建立了随着电压变化的动态波段选择性。
实施例
通过举例说明的方式给出以下实施例,因此其不应被解释为限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
包括多晶WO3·H2O纳米片的活性电极的制备
按如下制备包括多晶WO3·H2O纳米片的电致变色层。通过W粉末与H2O2的过夜反应来合成WO3·H2O粉末。最初,在冰浴中不停搅拌24小时下,将5g的W粉末溶解在60ml的H2O2(50%)中。然后将溶液过滤,得到无色透明液体。通过将该溶液在80℃搅拌4小时来使过量的过氧化氢分解,这使溶液颜色变为深黄色;然后将溶液盖上并且静置一周。随后干燥该溶液产生黄色氢水合氧化钨(WO3·H2O)粉末。在第二步骤中,通过超声处理7小时将0.5g的WO3·H2O粉末分散在10ml的蒸馏水中。
通过以下方式来制备活性电极:将20μL的电致变色溶液滴涂在干净的FTO衬底(尺寸1cm×1cm)上,随后在50℃蒸发15min分钟以形成均匀膜。电致变色层的厚度为800nm。
实施例2
包括多孔a-WO3层的活性电极的制备
按如下制备包括多孔a-WO3层的电致变色层。通过W粉末与H2O2的过夜反应来合成WO3·H2O粉末。最初,在冰浴中不停搅拌24小时下,将5g的W粉末溶解在60ml的H2O2(50%)中。然后将溶液过滤,得到无色透明液体。通过将该溶液在80℃搅拌4小时来使过量的过氧化氢分解,这使溶液颜色变为深黄色;然后将该溶液盖上并且静置一周。随后干燥该溶液产生黄色氢水合氧化钨(WO3·H2O)粉末。在第二步骤中,通过超声处理7小时将0.5g的WO3·H2O粉末溶解在10mL的10% H2O2中。

实施例3
包括多晶WO3·H2O纳米片和多孔a-WO3层的电致变色双层的制备
活性电极通过以下方式制备:将20μL的实施例1中提到的第一溶液滴涂在干净的FTO衬底(尺寸1cm×1cm)上,随后将其在50℃蒸发15分钟以形成均匀膜,然后将20μL的实施例2中提到的第二溶液滴涂在第一层的上方,再次将其在50℃蒸发15分钟以形成均匀膜。对于此构造,第一层的测量厚度为880nm,并且第二层的测量厚度为750nm。
实施例4
固体聚合物电解质的制备
将LiClO4在110℃、在真空烘箱中干燥过夜。将测量量的盐、PC(增塑剂)和PMMA(主体,在90℃干燥,12小时)溶解在THF中,并且在室温搅拌24小时。然后将混合物倒入干净的培养皿中,并且用具有小孔的铝箔盖上。使溶剂在室温、在干燥氮流下缓慢蒸发。在24小时后,可以从培养皿剥离出自立式电解质膜(130-250μm厚度)。
实施例5
电致变色装置的制备
按如下制造使用多晶WO3·H2O纳米片的电致变色装置。将固体聚合物电解质夹在如实施例1所述制备的活性电极和第二FTO玻璃之间。图9和10示出了使用多晶WO3·H2O纳米片制成的装置的电致变色性能。
按如下制造使用多孔a-WO3层的电致变色装置。将固体聚合物电解质夹在如实施例2所述制备的活性电极和第二FTO玻璃之间。图11和12示出了使用多孔a-WO3层制成的装置的电致变色性能。
按如下制造使用多晶WO3·H2O纳米片和多孔a-WO3层的电致变色双层装置。将固体聚合物电解质夹在如实施例3所述制备的活性电极和第二FTO玻璃之间。图13和14示出了使用多晶WO3·H2O纳米片和多孔a-WO3层制成的双层装置的电致变色性能。
实施例6
测试装置的电致变色活性
已经如实施例5中详述制造出使用多晶WO3·H2O纳米片的ECD,并且记录其在300-1600nm范围内的调节。所制造的装置在施加-2.8V的情况下变成深蓝色,并且在相同量级的反向电压下变回其漂白状态。这些装置显示出良好的可见光对比度(在650nm为49%)以及优异的NIR(800-1600nm)阻挡(在1500nm为66%)。装置的平均着色效率为在650nm为39.4cm2C-1,并且在1500nm为103.2cm2C-1。
已经如实施例5中详述制造出使用多孔a-WO3层的ECD,并且记录其在300-1600nm范围内的调节。所制造的装置在施加-2.5V的情况下变成深蓝色,并且在相同量级的反向电压下变回其漂白状态。这些装置显示出出色的可见光对比度(在650nm为68%)以及适度的NIR阻挡(在1500nm为40%)。装置的平均着色效率在650nm为119.3cm2C-1,并且在1500nm为60.8cm2C-1。
如下实施例5中所述制造使用多晶WO3·H2O纳米片和多孔a-WO3层的电致变色双层装置。本发明中使用的电致变色材料为阴极着色材料,活性电极连接至源表(sourcemeter)的负端子。本发明人在NIR(780-1600nm)范围内获得了79-91%的对比度。在施加最高-2.2V的电势的情况下,装置在可见光范围内保持休眠,而显示出高达~71% NIR调节,并且超过此点,装置开始在可见光范围内显示出活性。在-2.3V的情况下可以实现最高的NIR阻挡(91%),虽然这在600nm处造成了~9%的透射损害(transmission compromise)。0V--2.3V的该装置运行被定义为冷模式。装置的可见光透射率(300-780nm)在超过-2.3V的更负电压的情况下继续降低。在-2.6V的情况下,装置在(530-780nm)范围下在漂白状态和有色状态之间表现出52-79%的可见光调节,这被称为暗模式。在相同量级的反相电压的情况下,整个装置运行是完全可逆的。
发明的优点
·使用规定双层结构制造的ECD(其中多孔a-WO3层层叠在多晶WO3·H2O纳米片层上)实现了在可见光范围下的优异可见光调节以及在NIR范围内的出色对比度,树立了电致变色节能的新全球基准。
·ECD的调节波段可以通过选择性调节着色电压来动态地进行选择,并且可以以四种主要模式运行,比如完全透明(0V)、透明+71% NIR调节(-2.2V)、9%可见光+91% NIR调节(-2.3V)和完全不透明(-2.8V)。
·该廉价且异常高性能的动态ECD制造方案是新一代多功能动态玻璃向前迈出的一大步。
·所发明的方法将会制成动态窗口,这些动态窗口会在建筑/汽车行业中提供非常高效的节能。
·所开发的方法是经济的且商业上可行的。因此,通过采用本发明的方法,可以制备出用于智能能量利用和节约的电致变色装置。

iii.沉积在所述电致变色层[11]上的电致变色层[12],
其中所述电致变色层[11和12]的厚度在10.0nm至3.0μm的范围内,
其中所述透明导电氧化物[TCO]选自由以下各项组成的组:氧化铟锌(IZO)、掺氟氧化锡(FTO)、掺氟氧化锌(FZO)、掺铝氧化锌(AZO)和掺铝氧化锡(ATO),并且所述电致变色层[12]为多孔a-WO3层。

11.一种用于制造根据权利要求5所述的电致变色装置的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:

b.在80-90℃范围内的温度、在干燥氮流下蒸发所述溶剂,得到固体聚合物电解质;
c.将多晶WO3.H2O纳米片和多孔a-WO3层层叠,得到活性电极;
d.将步骤(b)中得到的厚度在130-250μm范围内的所述固体聚合物电解质嵌入所述活性电极和反射电极之间,得到所述电致变色装置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述增塑剂独立地选自由以下各项组成的组:碳酸亚丙酯、4-(羟基甲基)-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷-2-酮、碳酸二丁酯、1-(3-羟基丙基)2-吡咯烷酮、1-辛基-2-吡咯烷酮;5-十二内酯、氯化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑鎓、氯化1-甲基-3-辛基咪唑鎓、2,2-二甲基-1,3-己二醇;2-甲基-1,3-戊二醇;1-环己基-2-甲基-1,3-戊二醇;2,4-二乙基-1,5-戊二醇;1,3-壬二醇;2-丁基-1,3-辛二醇;3-甲基戊烷-1,3,5-三醇;2-乙基-1,3-己二醇;苯甲醇;3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇;1-苯氧基-2-丙醇;2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇;磷酸双(2-乙基己基)酯;磷酸三丁酯;磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯;直链碳酸酯;环状碳酸酯;直链伯醇;直链和支链脂族二醇、直链和支链脂族三醇;苯甲醇;直链和环状脲;直链或环状氨基甲酸酯;硫脲;硫代氨基甲酸酯;直链硫代-氧代碳酸酯;吡咯烷酮-2-酮;二氢呋喃-2-酮;哌啶-2-酮和吡喃-2-酮。
13.根据权利要求5所述的双层装置,其中所述装置用于智能窗、智能镜、电子纸、智能显示器、头盔面罩、智能眼镜、光学数据存储装置、防眩装置、热和光传输调节器以及集成电荷储存装置。
说明或声明(按照条约第19条的修改)
参照检索报告和国际检索机构[ISA/IN]的书面意见,我们适当地修改了权利要求以克服关于本申请的新颖性和创造性的反对意见。
1.将原权利要求4与权利要求1合并以限定透明导电氧化物[TCO]。进一步修改权利要求1以限定所述电致变色层[12]为多孔a-WO3层。权利要求1的修改依据在所提交申请文件的第10页上的第6-10行和第19页上的实施例3中提供。
2.通过将打字错误“flurenes”修改为“fluorenes”对原权利要求5进行澄清性修改。
3.对原权利要求6进行澄清性修改。
4.删除原权利要求9。
5.对原权利要求10和12进行澄清性修改。
6.将原权利要求5-8和10-15分别重新编号为权利要求4-13,并且相应地修改其引用关系。
7.权利要求中的任何增加用下划线表示,并且权利要求中的任何删除用删除线表示。
修改的权利要求未超出所提交的国际申请的公开内容,并且对所提交的说明书和附图没有影响。
Claims (15)
1.一种双层电致变色电极,所述双层电致变色电极包括:
i.由涂覆有透明导电氧化物[TCO][13]的衬底[15]组成的导电基底;
ii.涂覆在所述导电基底上的电致变色层[11];以及
iii.沉积在所述电致变色层[11]上的电致变色层[12],
其中所述电致变色层[11和12]的厚度在10.0nm至3.0μm的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层电致变色电极,其中所述基底选自由以下各项组成的组:玻璃、石英、纤维素、丝绸和塑料,所述塑料选自由以下各项组成的组:聚乙烯、聚酰亚胺、聚丙烯酸酯和聚碳酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层电致变色电极,其中所述导电基底的薄层电阻在1.0μΩ/sq至50.0Ω/sq的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层电致变色电极,其中所述透明导电氧化物[TCO]选自由以下各项组成的组:氧化铟锌(IZO)、氧化铟锡(ITO)、掺氟氧化锡(FTO)、掺氟氧化锌(FZO)、掺铝氧化锌(AZO)和掺铝氧化锡(ATO)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双层电致变色电极,其中所述电致变色层[11和12]独立地选自由以下各项组成的组:选自紫罗碱类、噻吩类或芴类的有机化合物;选自联吡啶配合物或三联吡啶配合物的金属配合物;选自聚噻吩类、聚吡咯类、聚苯胺类或聚咔唑类的共轭聚合物;以及选自以下的具有纯相和亚化学计量相的金属氧化物:WO3、TiO2、MoO3、NiO、V2O5、ZnO、Ta2O5、Cr2O3、MnO2、Fe2O3、CoO2、RhO2、IrO2、Nb2O5或它们的组合/杂合物。
6.一种双层电致变色装置,所述双层电致变色装置包括:
a.根据权利要求1所述的双层电致变色电极[活性电极];
b.电解质,即离子传导层[10],其放置在所述活性电极的电致变色层[12]上方;
c.放置在所述电解质的暴露侧上方的对电极,所述对电极包括由涂覆有透明导电氧化物[TCO][14]的透射或反射衬底[16]组成的导电基底。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电致变色装置,其中所述对电极任选地涂覆有互补涂层,所述互补涂层包括具有与所述活性电极的电压极性响应相反的电压极性响应的不同电致变色层。
8.根据权利要求6所述的电致变色装置,其中所述装置在施加相对于对电极在±0.5至±10.0V范围内的电压的情况下显示出颜色变化。
9.根据权利要求6所述的电致变色装置,其中如果下涂层和如果在对电极中使用的话的情况下的互补涂层在所施加的电压值内没有光谱响应,则所述装置显示出上涂层的光谱响应,反之亦然。
10.根据权利要求6所述的电致变色装置,其中所述电解质包括包含H2SO4或基于Li+、Na+、K+和Al3+的盐或它们的混合物的溶液/分散体/聚合物膜。
11.根据权利要求6所述的电致变色装置,其中所述装置显示出由经受相对于对电极在±0.5至±10.0V范围内的电压的下涂层、上涂层和(如果在对电极中使用的情况下的)互补涂层引起的叠加光谱响应。
12.一种用于制备根据权利要求1所述的双层电致变色电极的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a.将钨粉溶解在50%H2O2中,同时搅拌24-36小时的时间,然后过滤,得到无色透明液体;
b.通过在80-90℃范围内的温度搅拌4-6小时的时间来使步骤(a)中得到的所述液体中的过量过氧化氢分解,得到深黄色溶液;
c.将步骤(b)中得到的所述溶液干燥,得到水合氧化钨粉末;
d.将步骤(c)中得到的所述水合氧化钨粉末分散在水中,然后超声处理7-10小时的时间,得到水合氧化钨[WO3.H2O]的溶液;
e.将步骤(c)中得到的所述水合氧化钨粉末分散在10%H2O2水溶液中,然后超声处理7-10小时的时间,得到a-WO3的溶液;
f.将20-30μL的步骤(d)中得到的所述溶液滴涂在干净的FTO衬底上,然后在50-80℃范围内的温度蒸发15-30分钟的时间,得到厚度在800至1000nm范围内的WO3.H2O的多晶层1;
g.将20-30μL的步骤(e)中得到的所述溶液滴涂在步骤(f)中得到的所述层上,然后在50-80℃范围内的温度蒸发15-30分钟的时间,得到厚度在600至1000nm范围内的a-WO3的多孔非晶层2。
13.一种用于制造根据权利要求6所述的电致变色装置的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a.将无水LiClO4、增塑剂和PMMA溶解在溶剂中,所述溶剂选自由以下各项组成的组:四氢呋喃、氯仿、DCM、DMSO、DMF、甲苯、乙酸乙酯、二乙醚、乙腈、四氯化碳、2-丙醇、己烷、苯和丙酮,然后在60-80℃范围内的温度搅拌12-24小时的时间,得到均匀混合物;
b.在80-90℃范围内的温度、在干燥氮流下蒸发所述溶剂,得到固体聚合物电解质;
c.将多晶WO3.H2O纳米片和多孔a-WO3层层叠,得到活性电极;
d.将步骤(b)中得到的厚度在130-250μm范围内的所述固体聚合物电解质嵌入所述活性电极和反射电极之间,得到所述电致变色装置。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述增塑剂独立地选自由以下各项组成的组:碳酸亚丙酯、4-(羟基甲基)-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷-2-酮、碳酸二丁酯、1-(3-羟基丙基)2-吡咯烷酮、1-辛基-2-吡咯烷酮;5-十二内酯、氯化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑鎓、氯化1-甲基-3-辛基咪唑鎓、2,2-二甲基-1,3-己二醇;2-甲基-1,3-戊二醇;1-环己基-2-甲基-1,3-戊二醇;2,4-二乙基-1,5-戊二醇;1,3-壬二醇;2-丁基-1,3-辛二醇;3-甲基戊烷-1,3,5-三醇;2-乙基-1,3-己二醇;苯甲醇;3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇;1-苯氧基-2-丙醇;2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇;磷酸双(2-乙基己基)酯;磷酸三丁酯;以及磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯;直链碳酸酯;环状碳酸酯;直链伯醇;直链和支链脂族二醇、直链和支链脂族三醇;苯甲醇;直链和环状脲;直链或环状氨基甲酸酯;硫脲;硫代氨基甲酸酯;直链硫代-氧代碳酸酯;吡咯烷酮-2-酮;二氢呋喃-2-酮;哌啶-2-酮和吡喃-2-酮。
15.根据权利要求6所述的双层装置,其中所述装置用于智能窗、智能镜、电子纸、智能显示器、头盔面罩、智能眼镜、光学数据存储装置、防眩装置、热和光传输调节器以及集成电荷储存装置。
