The above measured state of relaxation is a terminal state of relaxation, for example: the terminal mobility state evaluated when the terminal performs the relaxation measurement is low mobility or mobility stops.
The above-described cell information for performing the measurements may be used to represent cells for relaxed measurements, such as: the cell information may include neighbor cells and/or serving cells for neighbor cells and/or for serving cells.
The BWP information to perform the measurement may be BWP information to perform relaxation.
The prohibit timer is used for prohibiting the terminal from reporting information, specifically, the prohibit timer is started after each time of reporting information, and the terminal is allowed to report only after the prohibit timer is overtime.
The relationship between the execution time of the measurement and the report inhibit timer (inhibit timer) may include: whether the measured execution time is within the start time of the prohibit timer or the time difference between the start time of the prohibit timer and the measured execution time, etc.; alternatively, it may include: whether the recording time of the measurement is within the time of prohibiting the starting of the timer or the time difference between the starting time of the timer and the recording time of the measurement is prohibited, etc.
The relationship between the end time of the measurement and the report prohibition timer may include: whether the measured end time is within the start time of the forbidden timer or the time difference between the start time of the forbidden timer and the measured end time, etc.; alternatively, it may include: whether the recording time of the measurement is within the starting time of the prohibiting timer or the time difference between the starting time of the prohibiting timer and the recording time of the measurement is finished, etc.
In this embodiment, the network side can acquire the measurement relaxation more detailed information of the terminal through the measured parameter information, so that the network side can better control and decide the terminal, and further improve the performance of the terminal.
As an alternative embodiment, the terminal records the measurement relaxation information in at least one of:
SONMDT related information;
RRM measurement information;
EMR measurement information;
terminal assistance information.
For the above-mentioned SONMDT related information, it may be that if the terminal is in a relaxed measurement state and/or satisfies a measurement relaxation condition when the MHI is recorded at RLF, HOF, SHR, the terminal records the above-mentioned measurement relaxation information in the SONMDT related information, for example, records the current measurement result as a result under a relaxation mechanism.
The RRM measurement information may be event triggered measurement reporting or periodic measurement reporting, where the terminal records the measurement relaxation information in the RRM measurement information, for example, records the current measurement result as a result under a relaxation mechanism and/or satisfies a measurement relaxation condition.
For the EMR measurement information, when early measurement is performed for cells on different frequency points, the terminal records the measurement relaxation information in the EMR measurement, for example, records the current measurement result as a result under a relaxation mechanism and/or satisfies a measurement relaxation condition.
The terminal auxiliary information may be the measurement relaxation information recorded in the terminal auxiliary information when the measurement relaxation condition is satisfied and/or the measurement relaxation state is in a relaxation state.
Optionally, the terminal reports part or all of the measurement relaxation information by at least one of:
SONMDT related information;
RRM measurement information;
EMR measurement information;
terminal assistance information.
The reporting of the above-mentioned SONMDT related information may be that the terminal adds measurement relaxation information in the SONMDT related information record, and reports the measurement relaxation information to the network side. For example: when RLF, HOF, SHR or recording MHI, the terminal adds measurement relaxation information in the SONMDT related information record type; or, a relaxation mechanism record type is independently added in the SONMDT related information record to record measurement relaxation information, and the terminal can add a relaxation record available indication in the available indication type to wait for the network to acquire the relaxation measurement record so as to report the measurement relaxation information in a request mode.
The reporting of the RRM measurement information may be that the terminal adds measurement relaxation information to the RRM measurement reporting information, and reports the information, for example: and when the event-triggered measurement report or the periodic measurement report is performed, increasing measurement relaxation information in RRM measurement report information and reporting.
The reporting of the EMR measurement information may be that the terminal records and reports the measurement relaxation information in the EMR measurement, for example: when the cells on different frequency points are measured in advance, the measurement relaxation information is added to the EMR measurement information, and the measurement relaxation information is reported to the network side after the subsequent connection state is entered.
The terminal auxiliary information reporting may be that the terminal adds measurement relaxation information and reports the measurement relaxation information when the terminal auxiliary information reports.
In this embodiment, by reporting measurement relaxation information through at least one of the above-mentioned items, since additional reporting information is not required to be added, on the premise that power consumption and signaling overhead of a terminal can be reduced, on the premise that power consumption and signaling overhead of the terminal are reduced, information about terminal execution conditions of more relaxation mechanisms on a network side is realized, so that a network is convenient to control the terminal and optimize relevant parameters.
As an optional implementation manner, the terminal reports part or all of the measurement relaxation information when at least one of the following occurs:
RLF;
HOF;
SHR;
sending a random access report;
PSCell change fails;
SN change fails;
the MHI is recorded.
In this embodiment, part or all of the measurement relaxation information may be reported under at least one condition, so that timely reporting of the measurement relaxation information to the network side may be achieved.
As an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
the terminal reports the available indication information of the measurement relaxation information to network equipment;
the terminal receives an acquisition request of the measurement relaxation information sent by the network equipment based on the available indication information.
In the embodiment, the on-demand reporting can be realized through the available indication information, so that the problem that the measurement relaxation information is reported by a terminal which does not need to measure the relaxation information on a network side and reporting waste is avoided, and the effect of saving reporting expenditure is achieved.
As an alternative embodiment, the first part of information in the measurement relaxation information is recorded as a whole, and the second part of information in the measurement relaxation information is recorded separately; or alternatively
The measurement relaxation information comprises at least one item, and each item records record information of one moment; or alternatively
The measurement relaxation information includes at least one entry, each entry recording information of one time interval.
The first partial information may be recording information that the measurement relaxation information may be general, for example: configuration information, and the second part information may be dynamic detail information, such as time information and frequency information of loosening detail content records. Since the first partial information is recorded as a whole and the second partial information is separately recorded, recording overhead can be saved.
The recording information of each item recording one time may be recording in different items according to a relaxed execution and/or closing time sequence, or the recording information of each item recording one time may be recording time stamp information, cell measurement information, location information, etc. when each item corresponds to a relaxed execution or closing.
The above-mentioned record information of each entry recording one time interval may be that each entry corresponds to a period of time from execution to closing of relaxation, and simultaneously record timestamp information, relaxation execution length information, cell measurement information, location information, and the like within the period of relaxation execution.
In this embodiment, support for multiple recording modes may be implemented to meet different requirements.
In the embodiment of the application, a terminal applies a relaxation mechanism to execute measurement and records measurement relaxation information, wherein the measurement relaxation information comprises relevant information for executing the measurement by applying the relaxation mechanism; and the terminal reports part or all of the measurement relaxation information. Therefore, the network side can acquire more information about the relaxation mechanism by measuring part or all of the relaxation information, so that the influence of the network equipment on the control and decision of the terminal is reduced, and the performance of the terminal is further improved.

It should be noted that, as an implementation manner of the network device corresponding to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, a specific implementation manner of the embodiment may refer to a related description of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, so that in order to avoid repeated description, the embodiment is not described again, and the same beneficial effects may be achieved.
The method provided by the embodiments of the present application is illustrated by the following examples:
embodiment one:
this embodiment is illustrated with a relaxation mechanism record in SONMDT reporting:
for the relaxation mechanism of the terminal, the manner of SONMDT may be used to record the association information of measurement relaxation of the terminal (which may also be called as detailed measurement relaxation information), and specifically may include one or more of:
The network sends the relaxation mechanism configuration information to the terminal;
the terminal measures results aiming at a relaxation mechanism;
the type and threshold of the trigger release mechanism start of the terminal, for example, the type is that the terminal is not at the cell edge or the terminal is in a low mobility state; the threshold is the threshold value reached by the terminal when triggering and releasing;
the measurement type of the terminal performing the relaxation measurement, such as RRM/RLM/BFD measurement;

performing relaxed cell information, e.g., for neighbor cell relaxation, and/or for serving cell relaxation;
cell identification of the terminal triggering/closing relaxation mechanism, and/or measurement results, wherein the measurement results comprise cell level/beam level signal strength and/or signal quality of a current serving cell and/or a neighboring cell; wherein the serving cell may include at least one of PCell, PSCell, and SCell;
Performing relaxed BWP information;
when the record of execution/leaving is relaxed, the relation with a prohibit timer (prohibit timer), for example, whether the current recording time is within the start time of the prohibit timer or the time difference between the start time of the prohibit timer and the current recording time, etc.;
location information when the terminal triggers/turns off the relaxation mechanism, etc.
The recording mode of the relaxed association information can be one of the following modes:
recording as a whole content, recording the relaxed time information/frequency information again in the detail content; or in a relaxed execution/closure time order, into different entries. Or alternatively
Each entry corresponds to execution or closing of relaxation, and simultaneously records time stamp information, cell measurement information, terminal position information, and the like at the time of execution/closing of the relaxation. Or alternatively
Each entry corresponds to a length of time from execution to closing, and simultaneously records timestamp information in the section of relaxation execution, relaxation execution length information, cell measurement information, terminal position information and the like.
Regarding the reporting manner of the information, available indication (available indicator) information can be set for the terminal release record. The loose availability indication information is carried when the terminal transmits RRC messages such as connection establishment completion/connection restoration completion/reconfiguration completion/reestablishment completion. When the network requests the terminal to report the relaxation related information, the terminal sends the record content of the relaxation measurement to the network. Wherein the terminal may be implemented by a terminal information request (ueinfomation request) and/or a terminal information response (ueinfomation response) message.
Embodiment two:
this embodiment is also illustrated with a record of the relaxation mechanism in the SONMDT report:
for the relaxation mechanism of the terminal, a SONMDT mode can be used, and when the terminal records the existing measurement result related to the SONMDT, at least one of indication information related to the relaxation mechanism, detailed information such as relaxation execution configuration and measurement result of the terminal and the like is recorded at the same time, and the information is sent to the network side through a UEInformationresponse message.
Taking HOF as an example, the method comprises the following steps:
step one: the terminal determines that HOF is occurring and stores measurement data related to the HOF.
Step two: the terminal determines that the measurement data is in a measurement relaxation state in the process of obtaining the measurement data, and adds indication information (also called relaxation indication information) of measurement relaxation and/or associated information (also called detailed measurement relaxation information) of measurement relaxation;
step three: and the terminal sends the SONMDT measurement data and/or measurement relaxation information to a network side.
Or:
step one: the terminal determines that HOF is occurring and stores measurement data related to the HOF.
Step two: the terminal records relaxation indication information when the current HOF occurs, for example, relaxation is being performed/a measured relaxation condition is met, or relaxation is not performed; or the terminal records the association information of measurement relaxation when the current HOF occurs.
Step three: and the terminal transmits the SONMDT measurement data and/or possible measurement relaxation information to a network side.
Regarding the reporting of measurement relaxation information, on the basis of the first embodiment, the association information of the relaxation mechanism and the measurement type related to the SONMDT may be added, for example, after triggering the activation of the relaxation mechanism, the time length from the occurrence of RLF/HOF/CEF, etc.
Embodiment III:
this embodiment is illustrated with RRM measurement report and relaxation mechanism record:
the connected terminal needs to execute RRM measurement configured by the network side and report in time, and sends a measurement result to the network side through measurement report (MeasurementReport) information for mobility judgment of the subsequent network to the terminal. If the terminal is configured with a relaxed measurement mechanism in the connected state, relevant information can be carried when RRM measurements are reported. For example only reporting indication information of measurement relaxation (which may also be referred to as relaxation indication information), and/or associated information of measurement relaxation (which may also be referred to as detailed measurement relaxation information).
When the relaxation indication information is reported through RRM measurement, the result reported by the current RRM measurement can be indicated to be obtained by indicating whether a relaxation mechanism is applied or a measurement relaxation condition is met while the RRM measurement is reported;
When detailed measurement relaxation information is reported by RRM measurement, the recording content measures the relaxation information content in detail as described in embodiment one.
Example 4:
this embodiment is illustrated with EMR report and relaxation mechanism records:
the non-connected state terminal needs to perform EMR measurement when the network is configured with EMR and the EMR timer does not time out and send an available indication request report to the network after the terminal enters the connected state, the network can request the terminal to report the EMR measurement result and be used for subsequent rapid CA/DC configuration/recovery. If the terminal is configured with a relaxation measurement mechanism in the disconnected state, relevant information can be carried when the EMR measurement is reported. For example only reporting indication information of measurement relaxation (which may also be referred to as relaxation indication information), and/or associated information of measurement relaxation (which may also be referred to as detailed measurement relaxation information).
When the relaxation indication information is reported through EMR measurement, the measurement result of the time point of each EMR measurement record of the indication terminal can be obtained by applying a relaxation mechanism/meeting a measurement relaxation condition while the EMR measurement is reported;
when detailed measurement relaxation information is reported by EMR measurement, the content and recording mode of the detailed measurement relaxation information are as described in embodiment one.
Fifth embodiment:
the embodiment is illustrated by reporting and relaxing mechanism records of terminal auxiliary information:
the current terminal auxiliary information already carries indication information of release execution/release departure to the network side. Further, in order to provide more relaxation information to the network and optimize the network parameter configuration, more relaxation-related measurement relaxation association information (which may also be referred to as detailed measurement relaxation information) may be further carried in the terminal assistance information. Recording content and recording mode the relaxation information content and recording mode are measured in detail as described in embodiment one.
The reporting in the terminal auxiliary information is in the form of a single reporting when the terminal relaxes the execution/departure.
Example six:
this embodiment is exemplified by the process of receiving the relaxation mechanism record at the network side:
the terminal may record and report the indication information of measurement relaxation (which may also be referred to as relaxation indication information) of relaxation measurement and/or the associated information of measurement relaxation (which may also be referred to as detailed measurement relaxation information) in various manners such as the above-mentioned SONMDT measurement report, RRM measurement report, EMR measurement report, terminal auxiliary information report, etc. By receiving the above information, the network side can perform at least one of the following:
Flexibly judging whether the currently received result is adopted, namely whether a relaxed measurement result is adopted to carry out strategy judgment;
and judging the rationality of the relaxation mechanism setting and the parameter configuration. For example: counting how many terminals adopting a loosening mechanism fail at the same place, and counting how many terminals record loosening information in the starting of a prohibit timer (prohibit timer), or the network side can judge whether the loosening mechanism should be configured for the terminals at present and whether parameters of the configured loosening mechanism are reasonable by comparing big data of measurement reports of the terminals executing the loosening mechanism and the terminals not executing the loosening mechanism, so as to adjust subsequent parameters, such as adjusting the prohibit timer to be a more reasonable value;
taking optimization measures based on the results, such as: by acquiring the information, mobile robustness (mobility robustness optimization, MRO) optimization and the like are respectively performed for the terminal reporting results without adopting a relaxation mechanism and with adopting the relaxation mechanism.
