Further, in an embodiment, in the case that the cabinet combining device includes the insulating operation rod 4, the step of completing the live connection of the first bus bar 11 and the second bus bar 21 further includes:
after one end of the double-ended connecting rod 2 is fed from one end of the second bus bar 21 far away from the second port 22 to be docked, an insulating operating rod 4 is inserted from one end of the second bus bar 21 far away from the second port 22 to be docked, and is movably connected with the double-ended connecting rod 3 positioned in the second bus bar 21; and operating the insulating operation rod 4 to screw the double-end connecting rod 3 into the second port to be docked 22, the second insulating sleeve docking head 23 and the first port to be docked 12.
Further, in an embodiment, in the case that the cabinet combining apparatus includes the first insulating sleeve sealing plate 51, the step of inserting the second insulating sleeve nipple 23 into the first insulating sleeve nipple 13 to enable the first bus bar 11 to communicate with the second bus bar 21 further includes:
the first insulating sleeve closure plate 51 is opened.
Further, in an embodiment, in the case that the cabinet combining device includes the second insulating sleeve sealing plate 52, after the step of completing the live connection between the first bus bar 11 and the second bus bar 21, the method further includes the following steps:

As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, it can be seen that in the embodiment of the present application, the double-ended connection rod 3 is in a positional relationship with the first port to be docked 12, the second insulating sleeve docking head 23 and the second port to be docked 22 in different states during the cabinet docking process.
Because the method uses the cabinet combining device in any technical scheme to carry out uninterrupted cabinet combining and fire receiving on the high-voltage switch cabinet, the method has all the beneficial effects of the cabinet combining device in the technical scheme and is not repeated herein.

the cabinet combining device comprises a first insulating sleeve butt joint (13), a second insulating sleeve butt joint (23), a double-head connecting rod (3) and an insulating operating rod (4);
a first bus (11) is arranged in the live switch cabinet (1), and the first insulating sleeve butt joint (13) is arranged on a first port (12) to be butt jointed of the first bus (11);
a second bus (21) is arranged in the switch cabinet (2) of the cabinet to be combined, and the second insulating sleeve butt joint (23) is arranged on a second port (22) to be butt-jointed of the second bus (21);
the first port (12) to be docked, the first insulating sleeve docking head (13), the second port (22) to be docked and the second insulating sleeve docking head (23) are coaxially arranged;
the insulating operation rod (4) is used for pushing the double-end connecting rod (3) to move, and the double-end connecting rod (3) is inserted into the first port (12) to be docked, the first insulating sleeve butt joint (13), the second insulating sleeve butt joint (23) and the second port (22) to be docked.
2. The cabinet combining apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the second insulating sleeve butt joint (23) is arranged inside the first insulating sleeve butt joint (13);
the double-head connecting rod (3) is in threaded connection with the first port (12) to be docked, the second insulating sleeve docking head (23) and the second port (22) to be docked;
one end of the insulating operation rod (4) is detachably connected to one end of the double-end connecting rod (3), and the insulating operation rod is used for screwing the double-end connecting rod (3) into the first port (12) to be docked, the second insulating sleeve docking head (23) and the second port (22) to be docked.
3. The cabinet combination according to claim 1, further comprising a first insulating sleeve closing plate (51) and a second insulating sleeve closing plate (52);
the first insulating sleeve sealing plate (51) is arranged at a port of the first insulating sleeve butt joint (13) for butt joint of the second insulating sleeve butt joint (23) and is used for closing or opening the first insulating sleeve butt joint (13);
the second insulating sleeve sealing plate (52) is arranged at an insulating sleeve butt joint port of one end, far away from the second port (22) to be docked, of the second bus bar (21) and is used for sealing or opening an insulating sleeve butt joint of one end, far away from the second port (22), of the second bus bar (21).

The cabinet combining device according to claim 1, characterized in that a limiting point (6) is arranged in the first port (12) to be docked, and is used for limiting one end, close to the first port (12), of the double-headed connecting rod (3) in the length direction of the first bus bar (11) and the second bus bar (21).
5. The cabinet combining device according to claim 1, further comprising an insulating sleeve holder (7), a first bus bar holder (14) and a second bus bar holder (24) for positioning the first bus bar (11) and the second bus bar (21);
one surface of the first bus base (14) is connected to the outer wall of the first port (12) to be docked, and the other surface of the first bus base is connected to the insulating sleeve base (7);
one surface of the second bus base (24) is connected to the outer wall of the second port (22) to be docked, and the other surface of the second bus base is also connected to the insulating sleeve base (7).
6. A method for a high voltage switchgear without power outage and cabinet switching, characterized in that the high voltage switchgear is subjected to power outage and cabinet switching by using the cabinet combining device according to any one of claims 1-5, comprising the following steps:
inserting the second insulating bushing butt joint (23) into the first insulating bushing butt joint (13) so that the first bus bar (11) and the second bus bar (21) are penetrated;
adjusting the first port (12) to be docked and the second port (22) to be docked so that the first bus bar (11) and the second bus bar (21) are on the same straight line;
feeding one end of the double-head connecting rod (3) from one end of the second bus bar (21) far away from the second port (22) to be docked;
inserting the insulating operation rod (4) from one end of the second bus (21) far away from the second port (22) to be docked, pushing the double-head connecting rod (3) to be inserted into the first port (12) to be docked, the second insulating sleeve butt joint (23) and the second port (22) to be docked, and completing charged connection of the first bus (11) and the second bus (21).
7. A method of uninterruptible and cabinet-firing high-voltage switchgear according to claim 6, characterized in that the step of completing the live connection of the first busbar (11) with the second busbar (21) further comprises:
after the insulating operation rod (4) is inserted from one end of the second bus bar (21) far away from the second port (22) to be docked, the insulating operation rod (4) is movably connected with the double-head connecting rod (3) positioned in the second bus bar (21);
and operating the insulating operation rod (4), and screwing the double-end connecting rod (3) into the second port (22) to be docked, the second insulating sleeve butt joint (23) and the first port (12) to be docked.

The method of uninterruptible power and cabinet-firing high voltage switchgear according to claim 6, characterized in that, in the case of the cabinet-doubling device comprising a first insulating sleeve closing plate (51), the step of inserting the second insulating sleeve abutment (23) into the first insulating sleeve abutment (13) so as to allow the first busbar (11) to pass through the second busbar (21) further comprises:
-opening the first insulating sleeve closure plate (51).

A method of uninterruptible and cabinet-firing high-voltage switchgear according to claim 7, characterized in that, in the case of the cabinet-doubling device comprising a second insulating sleeve closing plate (52), after the step of completing the live connection of the first busbar (11) with the second busbar (21), it further comprises the following steps:
the insulating operation rod (4) is pulled out from the end of the second bus bar (21) away from the second port (22) to be docked, and the second insulating sleeve closing plate (52) is closed.
