Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a homeland space planning auxiliary compiling method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and the method specifically includes steps S01 to S06.
Step S01, a city and county remote sensing image map and a city and county administrative boundary map of a village and a county to be partitioned are obtained, and the city and county remote sensing image map is divided according to the city and county administrative boundary map, so as to obtain the village and county remote sensing image map of each village and town under the city and county planning.
Specifically, a city and county remote sensing image map, a city and county administrative boundary map and a preset map scale are obtained, and the city and county remote sensing image map and the city and county administrative boundary map are scaled in equal proportion according to the preset map scale so that the city and county remote sensing image map and the city and county administrative boundary map reach the size of the preset map scale, and the preset map scale is required to indicate the ratio of the length of a line segment on the map to the actual length corresponding to the ground, wherein the large scale map is 1:500, 1:1000, 1:2000, 1:5000, 1:1 ten thousand and the like; the middle scale map has 1:2.5 ten thousand, 1:5 ten thousand, 1:10 ten thousand and the like; the small scale map has 1:25 ten thousand, 1:50 ten thousand, 1:100 ten thousand and the like.
Further, the city and county remote sensing image map and the city and county administrative boundary map are overlapped, the boundary line of the city and county administrative boundary map is mapped to the city and county remote sensing image map, the city and county remote sensing image map with the boundary line is obtained, and then the city and county remote sensing image map area is divided according to the boundary line on the city and county remote sensing image map, so that the town remote sensing image map of each town under the city and county planning is obtained.
Step S02, determining a target remote sensing image corresponding to the villages and towns to be partitioned according to the village and towns remote sensing image of each village and towns, and marking the boundary of the target remote sensing image to obtain a target remote sensing image with a boundary line.
In this embodiment, although the town remote sensing image maps of each town are divided, there may be some town remote sensing image maps that are not needed by the user, i.e. planned or temporarily not needed, so that, in order to make the display interface more concise, and also to facilitate subsequent recognition and improve recognition efficiency, other boundaries except for the boundary of the target remote sensing image map in the city and county remote sensing image map with boundary lines are removed, and specifically, the boundary of the target remote sensing image map remaining in the city and county remote sensing image map may be displayed in high light.
And S03, identifying an ecological protection area, a farmland area and a town area in the target remote sensing image with the boundary line, and respectively calculating an actual first ecological protection area, a first farmland area and a first town area.
Specifically, before each area is identified, firstly, calculating the shortest interval distance between adjacent target remote sensing image images with boundaries according to the target remote sensing image images with boundaries, namely, respectively obtaining boundary coordinate points of the adjacent target remote sensing image images with boundaries, wherein the boundary coordinate points can be longitude and latitude data, calculating distance values between boundary coordinate points positioned on the boundaries of different target remote sensing image images, taking the minimum distance value as the shortest interval distance, then judging whether the interval distance is smaller than a preset distance, if the interval distance is not smaller than the preset distance, respectively identifying an ecological protection area, a farmland area and a town area in the adjacent target remote sensing image images with boundaries, and respectively calculating an actual first ecological protection area, a first farmland area and a first town area, if the interval distance is smaller than the preset distance, determining a target line segment with the shortest interval distance, and expanding the preset distance to two sides in parallel by taking the target line segment as a base line, and determining an edge line segment between the adjacent target remote sensing image images with the boundaries; determining a closed area enclosed according to the edge line segments and the adjacent target remote sensing image with the boundary; calculating the area of the closed area, and judging whether the area of the closed area is smaller than a preset area or not; if the space adjacency between villages and towns is described, the adjacent target remote sensing image graphs with boundaries are combined to obtain an overall remote sensing image graph, and it can be understood that after the villages and towns are combined, the respective targets are converted into common targets, namely, the target ecological protection area, the target permanent basic farmland area and the target town development area are considered integrally.
In this embodiment, in order to calculate the actual first ecological protection area, the first farmland area and the first town area respectively, specifically, obtain the target feature points corresponding to the ecological protection area, the farmland area and the town area, identify the ecological protection area, the farmland area and the town area in the target remote sensing image map with boundary lines according to the target feature points, it should be noted that the ecological protection area refers to a green plant with a certain scale, a water area and the like, the corresponding target feature points of the ecological protection area are the feature points of green plants and water areas, the target feature points of the farmland area are the feature points of crops and ridges, the target feature points of the town area are the feature points of buildings and streets, the target feature points are taken as training items for image identification, and an image identification model is established, so that when an image is input, the corresponding area is identified according to the target feature points, in addition, in order to improve the identification accuracy of the image identification model, for example, the feature points of green plants in the ecological protection area may exist in the rural greening area, the feature points may be prevented from being mistakenly identified in the green greening area, and if the feature points in the rural greening area may be identified in the green greening area, and the other feature points may be considered as not belonging to the green greening area.
Further, according to a preset map scale, the actual first ecological protection area, the first farmland area and the first town area corresponding to the ecological protection area, the farmland area and the first town area in the target remote sensing image with the boundary are calculated respectively, and it is required to explain that a mapping model is firstly established, the mapping model is established based on the three parameters of the preset map scale, the actual area of the boundary remote sensing image and the area of a single pixel point, the mapping model is used for inputting the preset map scale, the corresponding area of the single pixel point is output, specifically, when the mapping model is established, firstly, a remote sensing image map with the known map scale is obtained, and the boundary of the target area in the remote sensing image map is marked manually and/or automatically, meanwhile, the number of all pixel points circled by the boundary is determined, and as the actual area of the target area is known (determined through real land exploration), the actual area represented by the single pixel point can be determined, by the same method, the corresponding area of the single pixel point can be established under different map scales, and the calculated according to the number of the calculated corresponding pixels in the preset map area and the actual area.
Step S04, obtaining a target ecological protection area, a target permanent basic farmland area and a target town development area of the villages and towns to be partitioned, and respectively calculating a second ecological protection area, a second farmland area and a second town area which need to be planned according to the first ecological protection area, the first farmland area and the first town area.
The second ecological protection area, the second farmland area and the second town area are differences among the target ecological protection area, the target permanent basic farmland area and the target town development area of the villages and towns to be partitioned, and the corresponding first ecological protection area, first farmland area and first town area.
And step S05, adjusting the ecological protection area, the farmland area and the town area in sequence according to the planning sequence of the second ecological protection area, the second farmland area and the second town area, and respectively drawing corresponding target boundary lines according to adjustment results.
Specifically, whether the ecological protection area needs to be enlarged is judged according to the second ecological protection area, wherein when the target ecological protection area is larger than the first ecological protection area, the ecological protection area needs to be enlarged is described, if the ecological protection area needs to be enlarged, roads which are located outside the ecological protection area and are adjacent to the ecological protection area in the target remote sensing image map are marked, wherein the roads comprise expressways, national roads, provincials and the like, the marked roads are drawn, and a first target closed area is drawn, wherein the first target closed area can be a minimum closed area formed by combining different roads.
And then identifying the first target closed area, judging whether a target barrier exists in the first target closed area, wherein the target barrier can be a residential building, a breeding base and the like, if the target barrier does not exist in the first target closed area, controlling the ecological protection area to expand outwards in the target closed area according to the second ecological protection area to obtain an expanded ecological protection area, drawing a first target boundary line, and if the target barrier exists in the first target closed area, judging whether the target barrier is positioned on the same side in the first target closed area, if the target barrier exists in the first target closed area, controlling the ecological protection area to expand towards the other side of the target barrier in the target closed area, obtaining the expanded ecological protection area, and drawing the first target boundary line.
Further, judging whether the farmland area needs to be enlarged according to the second farmland area, wherein when the target permanent basic farmland area is larger than the first farmland area, the farmland area needs to be enlarged, if the farmland area needs to be enlarged, acquiring the farmland area, expanding the farmland area according to a preset rule to obtain an expandable area, specifically, based on the current farmland area, outwardly extending a farmland subarea with a preset unit area, wherein the farmland subarea is rectangular, then drawing a target area meeting the second farmland area in the expandable area according to the second farmland area, combining the target area with the farmland area, and drawing a second target boundary line. In addition, in towns, there are often many farmland areas, and in order to ensure the quality of farmland, in this embodiment, harvest conditions of historical farmland areas are obtained, and a target expanded farmland area is determined according to the harvest conditions, that is, the farmland area is preferentially expanded from the target expanded farmland area.
In addition, judging whether the town area needs to be enlarged according to the second town area, and similarly, when the target town development area is larger than the first town area, indicating that the town area needs to be enlarged, if the target town area needs to be enlarged, marking roads which are positioned outside the town area and are adjacent to the town area in the target remote sensing image map, wherein the roads comprise highways, national roads, provinces and the like, drawing a second target closed area, controlling the town area to be outwardly expanded in the second target closed area according to the second town area, obtaining the expanded town area, and drawing a third target boundary line.
Finally, whether the second target boundary line and the third target boundary line intersect with the first target boundary line is judged, and the principle of reconciling the three boundary contradictions is that the first target boundary line is prioritized, namely, the village construction land and the farmland to be vacated are only increased and not decreased in the first target boundary line, so when the second target boundary line and the third target boundary line intersect with the first target boundary line, the area of the intersecting part is obtained, the intersecting area is determined according to the area of the intersecting part, the area of the intersecting part is removed from the area framed by the first target boundary line, the farmland area and the town area are controlled to be expanded towards the direction far from the area framed by the first target boundary line according to the intersecting area, and the target boundary line is drawn again.
In this embodiment, on the premise of ensuring that the second target boundary line and the third target boundary line do not intersect with the first target boundary line, if the second target boundary line and the third target boundary line intersect, the second target boundary line and the third target boundary line may be defined in an interactive manner, that is, the second target boundary line and the third target boundary line may be embedded with each other, but do not intersect with each other.
Step S06, outputting a remote sensing image with the target boundary line for reference of a user.
