Abstract
The application relates to an information searching method, an information searching device, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product, which can be applied to the field of artificial intelligence. Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of search technology, and in particular, to an information search method, apparatus, computer device, storage medium, and computer program product.
Background
With the development of internet technology, internet platforms are diversified, such as social platforms, shopping platforms, video platforms, and the like. To facilitate objects to find content of interest on an internet platform, the internet platform typically provides a search function.
In the conventional technology, after an object inputs query information on an internet platform and clicks on search, the internet platform displays data related to the query information in a platform database.
However, the object cannot quickly find the information to be known in the mode, the searching efficiency is low, and the flow resource waste caused by multiple searching exists.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide an information search method, apparatus, computer device, computer-readable storage medium, and computer program product that can reduce traffic resource waste.
In a first aspect, the present application provides an information searching method. The method comprises the following steps:
responding to the search operation, and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in a search result display area;
a networking interaction portal exhibiting an associated search operation;

In some embodiments, the target application is a sub-application integrated in a preset application; the first response module is specifically configured to: responding to a sub-application set page unfolding operation occurring in a preset application, and displaying a sub-application set page in the preset application, wherein the sub-application set page comprises application controls corresponding to each sub-application integrated in the preset application; and responding to the triggering operation of the application control corresponding to the target application, and displaying the functional page provided by the target application.

In some embodiments, the third response module is further configured to display, in the networking interaction area, related recommended sentences of keywords corresponding to the search operation, where a similarity between the related recommended sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation is smaller than a similarity between the target sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation, and the similarity between the target sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation meets a preset condition.
In some embodiments, the fourth response module is specifically configured to: responding to the recommended statement selection operation occurring in the networking interaction area, and displaying the target recommended statement selected by the recommended statement selection operation and the response result corresponding to the target recommended statement in a session form in the networking interaction area; and displaying related recommended sentences with the similarity with the target recommended sentences meeting a preset range in the networking interaction area.
In some embodiments, the fourth response module is specifically configured to: responding to the sentence input operation occurring in the networking interaction area, displaying query sentences input by the sentence input operation in a session form in the networking interaction area, and response results corresponding to the query sentences; and displaying related recommended sentences with the similarity with the query sentences meeting a preset range in the networking interaction area.
In some embodiments, the first response module is specifically configured to: carrying out intention recognition on keywords corresponding to the search operation through an intention recognition model to obtain an intention recognition result; when the intent recognition result indicates that the search intent is the preset scene intent, screening target sentences with the similarity of the keywords corresponding to the search operation meeting preset conditions from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene through an information matching model based on the keywords corresponding to the search operation, and obtaining response results corresponding to the target sentences.
In some embodiments, the first response module is specifically configured to: preprocessing keywords corresponding to the search operation to obtain a preprocessing result; inputting the preprocessing result into the intention recognition model, and taking the classification result output by the intention recognition model as the intention recognition result.
In some embodiments, the first response module is specifically configured to: extracting the characteristics of the keywords corresponding to the search operation through a first characteristic extraction network of the information matching model to obtain the characteristics of the keywords; extracting the characteristics of each candidate sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene through a second characteristic extraction network of the information matching model to obtain sentence characteristics corresponding to each candidate sentence; determining the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence based on the keyword features and the sentence features corresponding to each candidate sentence; determining the maximum similarity from the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence; and under the condition that the maximum similarity is larger than a preset similarity threshold, taking the candidate sentence corresponding to the maximum similarity as a target sentence, and searching from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene to obtain a response result corresponding to the target sentence.
In some embodiments, the first response module is further to: matching the keywords input by the keyword input operation with each candidate term in the search library respectively to obtain the matching degree corresponding to each candidate term; and screening the candidate vocabulary entries to obtain candidate recommended vocabulary entries based on the matching degree corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry and the searching frequency corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry.
On the other hand, the application also provides computer equipment. The computer device comprises a memory storing a computer program and a processor implementing the information search method provided in the first aspect when the processor executes the computer program.
In another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the information search method provided in the first aspect.
In another aspect, the present application also provides a computer program product. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the information search method provided in the first aspect.
The information searching method, the information searching device, the computer equipment, the storage medium and the computer program product can display search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in a search result display area in response to the search operation; and displaying a networking interaction entry of the associated search operation; under the condition that the object is interested in the search statement and the search result displayed in the search result display area, a triggering operation can be executed on the search result display area, and a search result detail page can be displayed in response to the triggering operation, wherein the search result detail page contains the complete contents of the search statement and the search result, so that when the search statement and the search result displayed in the search result display area are incomplete, the object can check the complete contents of the search statement and the search result on the search result detail page; when the object wants to consult by using the networking interaction function, a triggering operation can be executed on the networking interaction entrance, and the networking interaction area independent of the search result display area can be displayed in response to the triggering operation; the object may perform an interactive operation in the networking interactive region to input a question to be consulted, and in response to the interactive operation occurring in the networking interactive region, a networking search result corresponding to the interactive operation may be presented in the networking interactive region for viewing by the object. and responding to the interactive operation occurring in the networking interactive area, and displaying the networking search result corresponding to the interactive operation in the networking interactive area.
On the other hand, the application also provides an information searching device, which comprises:

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The information searching method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104 or may be located on the cloud or other servers. The information searching method provided by the embodiment of the application can be independently executed by the terminal 102 or can be cooperatively executed by the terminal 102 and the server 104. In other words, artificial intelligence is an integrated technology of computer science that attempts to understand the essence of intelligence and to produce a new intelligent machine that can react in a similar way to human intelligence. Artificial intelligence, i.e. research on design principles and implementation methods of various intelligent machines, enables the machines to have functions of sensing, reasoning and decision.
The information searching method provided by the embodiment of the application relates to an intention recognition model and an information matching model, wherein the two models can be realized through Machine Learning (ML), and the Machine Learning is a multi-field intersection subject and relates to a plurality of subjects such as probability theory, statistics, approximation theory, convex analysis, algorithm complexity theory and the like. It is specially studied how a computer simulates or implements learning behavior of a human to acquire new knowledge or skills, and reorganizes existing knowledge structures to continuously improve own performance. Machine learning is the core of artificial intelligence, a fundamental approach to letting computers have intelligence, which is applied throughout various areas of artificial intelligence. Machine learning and deep learning typically include techniques such as artificial neural networks, confidence networks, reinforcement learning, transfer learning, induction learning, teaching learning, and the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, an information searching method is provided, and the method is applied to a computer device, which may be the terminal 102 in fig. 1 or a system formed by the terminal 102 and the server 104. The information searching method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps:
Step 202, responding to the search operation, and displaying the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement in a search result display area.
The search operation may be an operation performed when the object searches for the target keyword, and the search operation may include a keyword input operation by which the object may input a keyword to be searched. The target keyword may be a keyword input by the object through a keyword input operation, or may be a keyword selected by the object in an alternative recommended term displayed by the computer device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In a specific implementation, the computer device is provided with a target application, and the object can perform a search operation in the target application, and in this case, the information search method provided by the embodiment of the application can be performed by the target application. The target application may be an application program (APP) installed independently, or may be a sub-application integrated in a preset application. The preset application may be an application program with a capability of integrating sub-applications, and the preset application may be a social application, a shopping application, a video application, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, in the case that the target application is an independently installed application program, the object may perform a triggering operation on the target application, in response to the triggering operation, the target application may display a function page provided by the target application, the object may trigger a searching operation on the function page, in response to the searching operation, the target application may display, in a search result display area, a search statement indicated by the searching operation and a search result corresponding to the search statement.
In some embodiments, when the target application is a sub-application integrated in the preset application, the object may trigger a sub-application set page expansion operation in the preset application, and in response to the expansion operation, the preset application may display a sub-application set page, where the sub-application set page includes application controls corresponding to each sub-application integrated in the preset application, the object may execute a trigger operation on the application control corresponding to the target application in the sub-application set page, in response to the trigger operation, the target application may display a function page provided by the target application, and in response to the search operation, the target application may display a search statement indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search statement in a search result display area.
The computer equipment responds to the search operation, can determine keywords corresponding to the search operation, determines search intention based on the keywords corresponding to the search operation, acquires search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences under the condition that the search intention is preset scene intention, and displays the search sentences indicated by the search operation and the search results corresponding to the search sentences in a search result display area.
The search statement indicated by the search operation may be a statement that the similarity of the keyword corresponding to the search operation satisfies a preset condition. The keywords corresponding to the search operation may be keywords input by the object through the keyword input operation, or may be keywords selected by the object in the candidate recommended terms displayed by the target application.
When each user of the target application makes a question through the networking interaction function, the target application stores a question sentence and a response result of the target application to the question sentence into an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene.
The preset scene may be a preset scene providing a content expansion function, and exemplary, the preset scene may be a hot scene such as a medical insurance query scene, a disease query scene, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The computer equipment can acquire sentences with the similarity of the keywords corresponding to the search operation meeting preset conditions from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene.
In a specific implementation, the computer device may obtain, from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene, a sentence having a similarity of a keyword corresponding to a search operation greater than a preset threshold, and use the obtained sentence as a search sentence indicated by the search operation.
After obtaining the search statement indicated by the search operation, the computer device can search and obtain a response result corresponding to the search statement from the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene, and the response result is used as a search result corresponding to the search statement.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement, the computer device may display a search result page including a search result display area, may display the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement in the search result display area, and may display other service functions in other areas under a preset scenario.
The preset scene is an example of a medical insurance query scene, the computer device may display a search sentence indicated by a search operation and a search result corresponding to the search sentence in a search result display area, and display other service functions in the medical insurance query scene in other areas, such as: electronic medical insurance card checking function, medical insurance code display function and the like.
It should be noted that: the computer device can obtain sentences with the similarity of the keywords corresponding to the search operation meeting preset conditions from the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene, take the obtained sentences as search sentences indicated by the search operation, take response results corresponding to the obtained sentences as search results corresponding to the search sentences, display the search sentences indicated by the search operation and the search results corresponding to the search sentences in the search result display area, and can not display the search result display area under the condition that the search results are not obtained. Thus, the relevance of the search statement displayed in the search result display area as the keyword corresponding to the search operation can be ensured.
Step 204, a networked interaction portal for an associated search operation is presented.
The networking interaction portal is used for triggering the computer equipment to display the networking interaction area. The computer device may expose a networked interaction portal associated with the search operation on a search results page. The networking interaction portal may be displayed around the search result display area, for example, above, below, left, or right the search result display area, and the display position of the networking interaction portal is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a schematic illustration of a search results page presented by a computer device, the search results page of FIG. 3 including a search results presentation area and a networked interaction portal associated with a search operation, the networked interaction portal being below the search results presentation area. The computer device may display the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement in the search result display area, and after the object triggers the networking interaction portal, the computer device jumps to the networking interaction area independent of the search result display area. The search result page also displays a search box control and a cancel control, wherein the search box control is used for displaying keywords corresponding to search operations, and the keywords corresponding to the search operations in fig. 3 are: inquiring the number of the medical insurance card; after the object triggers the cancel control, the computer device may return to the previous page of the search results page. The search result page also displays a payment mode consultation control, and after the object triggers the payment mode consultation control, the target application can jump to the networking interaction area, and the object can consult in the networking interaction area and the problems related to the payment mode. The search results page also displays a medical insurance code control, and after the object triggers the medical insurance code control, the computer equipment can jump to an interface containing the medical insurance code of the object. The search results page also shows available mechanism controls, and after the object triggers an available mechanism control, the target application can jump to an interface containing an organization list supporting use of the medical insurance card. The search results page also displays more service controls, and after the object triggers the more service controls, the target application can jump to an interface containing more service functions.
In step 206, in response to the triggering operation on the search result display area, a search result detail page is displayed, wherein the search result detail page contains the complete contents of the search statement and the search result.
The triggering operation on the search result display area may be any form of operation capable of triggering the computer device to display the search result detail page, and by way of example, the triggering operation may be a click operation, a double click operation, a sliding operation, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, referring to fig. 4, since the search result display area is relatively small, and the search statement indicated by the search operation may have relatively large content of the search result corresponding to the search statement, in this case, the search result display area may only display part of the content of the search statement and the search result, and in the case that the object is interested in the search statement and the search result displayed in the search result display area, a trigger operation may be performed on the search result display area, and in response to the trigger operation, the computer device may display a search result detail page, where the result detail page includes the complete content of the search statement and the search result for the object to view.
In response to a triggering operation of the networking interaction portal, a networking interaction region independent of the search result presentation region is presented, step 208.
The triggering operation of the networking interaction portal may be any form of operation capable of triggering the computer device to display the networking interaction area, and the triggering operation may be, for example, a click operation, a double click operation, a sliding operation, etc., which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
Wherein the networking interaction area contains associated controls for performing the interaction through which the object can perform the interaction. In a specific implementation, the related controls for performing the interactive operation may include an input box control and a send control, through which the object performs the interactive operation. The related controls for performing the interactive operation may include a recommended statement presentation control through which the object performs the interactive operation, in addition to the input box control and the transmission control.
For example, referring to fig. 5, in the event that an object is not interested in a search statement and search result presented by the search result presentation area, a triggering operation may be performed on the networked interaction portal, in response to which the computer device may present a networked interaction area independent of the search result presentation area, which may include an input box control and a send control through which the object may perform an interaction operation in the networked interaction area.
In step 210, in response to the interaction operation occurring in the networking interaction area, a networking search result corresponding to the interaction operation is displayed in the networking interaction area.
Wherein the networking interaction area contains associated controls for performing the interaction through which the object can perform the interaction.
In some embodiments, the related controls for performing the interactive operations may include an input box control and a send control, and the interactive operations may include: the object is subjected to sentence input operation executed by the input box control and trigger operation executed by the sending control after the sentence input operation is executed, and after the computer equipment detects the interactive operation, the corresponding networking search result can be obtained based on the query sentence input by the sentence input operation. And displaying the query statement and the networking search result in a session form in the networking interaction area.
In some embodiments, the related control for performing the interactive operation may further include a recommended sentence presentation control, in addition to the input box control and the transmission control, where the recommended sentence presentation control is used to present a related recommended sentence of the keyword corresponding to the search operation, and the interactive operation may include: after the computer equipment detects the interactive operation, the corresponding networking search results can be obtained based on the related recommended sentences displayed by the recommended sentence display control, and the related recommended sentences and the networking search results are displayed in a session mode in the networking interactive area.
In the above embodiment, in response to the search operation, the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement may be displayed in the search result display area; and displaying a networking interaction entry of the associated search operation; under the condition that the object is interested in the search statement and the search result displayed in the search result display area, a triggering operation can be executed on the search result display area, and a search result detail page can be displayed in response to the triggering operation, wherein the search result detail page contains the complete contents of the search statement and the search result, so that when the search statement and the search result displayed in the search result display area are incomplete, the object can check the complete contents of the search statement and the search result on the search result detail page; when the object wants to consult by using the networking interaction function, a triggering operation can be executed on the networking interaction entrance, and the networking interaction area independent of the search result display area can be displayed in response to the triggering operation; the object may perform an interactive operation in the networking interactive region to input a question to be consulted, and in response to the interactive operation occurring in the networking interactive region, a networking search result corresponding to the interactive operation may be presented in the networking interactive region for viewing by the object. The search result display area and the networking interaction entrance are expanded on the search result page, so that the object can quickly find interesting information, the search efficiency is greatly improved, and the flow resource waste caused by multiple invalid searches is reduced.
In some embodiments, in response to a search operation, in a search result presentation area, presenting a search statement indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search statement, including: responding to the search operation, and when the search intention is the preset scene intention, acquiring a target sentence of which the similarity of the keyword corresponding to the search operation meets the preset condition and a response result corresponding to the target sentence from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene; taking the target sentence as a search sentence indicated by the search operation, and taking a response result corresponding to the target sentence as a search result corresponding to the search sentence; and displaying the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement in the search result display area.
In response to the search operation, the computer device may obtain keywords corresponding to the search operation, and determine whether the search intention is a preset scene intention based on the keywords corresponding to the search operation.
In a specific implementation, the computer device may perform intent recognition on the keyword corresponding to the search operation through the intent recognition model to obtain an intent recognition result, where the intent recognition result is used to indicate whether the search intent is a preset scene intent.
When the intent recognition result indicates that the search intent is the preset scene intent, the computer device may obtain, from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene, a target sentence whose similarity of the keyword corresponding to the search operation satisfies a preset condition, and a response result corresponding to the target sentence.
The method comprises the steps that when a user of the target application asks through the networking interactive function, the target application takes a questioning sentence and a response result made by the target application for the questioning sentence as a group of interactive data, and the interaction data are stored in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene.
In some embodiments, the computer device may calculate a similarity of each sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene and the keyword corresponding to the search operation, and determine the target sentence whose similarity of the keyword corresponding to the search operation satisfies the preset condition.
In some embodiments, the computer device may search for a sentence with the greatest similarity to the keyword corresponding to the search operation in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene, compare the similarity corresponding to the sentence with a preset similarity threshold, and use the sentence as the target sentence if the similarity corresponding to the sentence is greater than the preset similarity threshold, and search for a response result corresponding to the target sentence from the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the target sentence and the response result corresponding to the target sentence, the computer device may use the target sentence as a search sentence indicated by the search operation, and use the response result corresponding to the target sentence as a search result corresponding to the search sentence, where the computer device displays a search result page including a search result display area, and the search result display area displays the search sentence indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search sentence. That is, when the search intention is a preset scene intention and the target sentence can be acquired, the computer device performs the content expansion processing on the search result page.
In some embodiments, the computer device presents a search result page that does not include a search result presentation area when the intent recognition result indicates that the search intent is not a preset scene intent. That is, when the search intention is not the preset scene intention, the computer device does not perform the content expansion process on the search result page.
In the above embodiment, after the search operation is detected, whether the search intention is a preset scene intention is first determined, and if the search intention is determined to be the preset scene intention, a search result page including a search result display area is displayed, where the search result display area displays search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences; when the intention recognition result indicates that the search intention is not the preset scene intention, displaying a search result page which does not contain a search result display area, wherein the preset scene can be a hot scene such as a medical insurance query scene, a disease query scene and the like, and the processing resource waste caused by executing expansion processing when the search intention is a cold scene intention can be avoided.
In some embodiments, in response to a search operation, in a search result presentation area, presenting a search statement indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search statement, including: responding to triggering operation of the target application, and displaying a function page provided by the target application; and responding to the search operation triggered on the functional page, displaying a search result page, wherein the search result page comprises a search result display area, and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in the search result display area.
The computer equipment is provided with a target application, and the target application can be an independently installed application program or a sub-application integrated in a preset application.
In some embodiments, in the case where the target application is an independently installed application, the object may perform a triggering operation on the target application, in response to which the target application may display a function page provided by the target application, on which the object may trigger a search operation, in response to which the target application may display a search result page including a search result display area in which search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences are displayed.
In some embodiments, in the case that the target application is a sub-application integrated in the preset application, the object may open a function page provided by the target application through the preset application, and similar to an application program that the target application is independently installed, the object may trigger a search operation on the function page, and in response to the search operation, the target application may display a search result page, where the search result page includes a search result display area in which search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences are displayed.
In the above embodiment, the computer device is provided with the target application, and the object may perform a search operation on a function page of the target application, and in response to the search operation, the target application presents a search result page including a search result presentation area in which a search sentence indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search sentence are presented. The mode of integrating the search function into the target application ensures that the target application has stronger functionality and improves the use experience of the target application.
In some embodiments, the target application is a sub-application integrated in a preset application; responding to the triggering operation of the target application, displaying the functional page provided by the target application, and comprising the following steps: responding to a sub-application set page unfolding operation occurring in a preset application, and displaying a sub-application set page in the preset application, wherein the sub-application set page comprises application controls corresponding to each sub-application integrated in the preset application; and responding to the triggering operation of the application control corresponding to the target application, and displaying the functional page provided by the target application.
The preset application may be an application program with a capability of integrating sub-applications, and the preset application may be a social application, a shopping application, a video application, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The sub-application set page expanding operation may include a sliding operation on a designated page, a triggering operation of an entry control on the sub-application set page, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The sub-application set page comprises application controls corresponding to the sub-applications integrated in the preset application, the object can execute triggering operation on the application control corresponding to the target application, and the computer equipment displays the functional page provided by the target application in response to the triggering operation.
In a specific implementation, the functional page provided by the target application includes an application homepage, and the computer device can display the application homepage in response to a trigger operation of an application control corresponding to the target application.
For example, referring to fig. 6, the object may perform a sliding operation on a designated page of a preset application, and in response to the sliding operation, the preset application displays a sub-application set page, where the sub-application set page shown in fig. 6 includes an application control corresponding to a sub-application 1, an application control corresponding to a sub-application 2, and an application control corresponding to a target application. Referring to fig. 7, an object may perform a trigger operation on an application control corresponding to a target application, and in response to the trigger operation, an application homepage provided by the target application may be displayed. The subsequent object may trigger a search operation on the application home page.
In the above embodiment, the target application is a sub-application in the preset application, and the object may open a function page of the target application through the preset application, and perform a search operation on the function page.
In some embodiments, the function page includes: an application homepage and a search page; responsive to a search operation triggered at the functional page, a search results page is presented, including: responding to the occurrence of search triggering operation on an application homepage, and displaying a search page, wherein the search page comprises a keyword input area and a search triggering control; displaying alternative recommended entries in response to a keyword input operation occurring in the keyword input area; responding to the triggering operation of the searching triggering control, and displaying a searching result page corresponding to the keyword input by the keyword input operation; or, in response to the entry selection operation on the candidate recommended entries, displaying the search result page corresponding to the recommended entry selected by the entry selection operation.
Wherein, in response to a triggering operation to the target application, the computer device may present an application homepage provided by the target application. In a specific implementation, in the case that the target application is a sub-application integrated in a preset application, in response to a sub-application set page expanding operation occurring in the preset application, the computer device may display a sub-application set page in the preset application, and in response to a triggering operation of an application control corresponding to the target application, the computer device may display an application homepage provided by the target application. The specific implementation process refers to the description of the foregoing embodiments.
The search triggering operation occurring in the application homepage may be a triggering operation of a search control on the application homepage by an object, and the search control may be a search bar, a search icon, or the like.
Wherein, in response to a search triggering operation occurring at the application homepage, the computer device may present a search page including a keyword input area and a search triggering control, and further including popular search terms, historical search records, and the like.
Wherein, in response to the keyword input operation occurring in the keyword input area, the computer device may obtain the candidate recommended term based on the keyword input by the keyword input operation, and display the candidate recommended term for the object to select.
In the case that the alternative recommended term does not meet the object expectation, the object can directly execute a triggering operation on the search triggering control, and in response to the triggering operation, the computer equipment can display a search result page corresponding to the keyword input by the keyword input operation. In the case that a certain candidate recommended term meets the object expectation, the object may perform a term selection operation on the candidate recommended term, and the computer device may display a search result page corresponding to the recommended term selected by the term selection operation.
For example, referring to fig. 8, the application homepage includes a search bar, a search trigger operation is a trigger operation of an object on the search bar, and in response to the search trigger operation, a search page may be displayed, the search page includes a keyword input area and a search trigger control, the search page further includes a hot search and a history search, the hot search includes two terms of terms 1 and 2, and the history search includes two keywords of keywords 1 and 2. Referring to fig. 9, the object may perform a keyword input operation in a keyword input area, where keywords input by the keyword input operation are, for example: the medical insurance card number is queried, the computer device can obtain the alternative recommended vocabulary entry based on the keyword input by the keyword input operation, and display the alternative recommended vocabulary entry, as shown in fig. 9, where the alternative recommended vocabulary entry includes, for example: inquiring the medical insurance card, inquiring the balance of the medical insurance card, and the like. Referring to fig. 10, in case that the alternative recommended term does not conform to the object expectation, the object may directly perform a triggering operation on the search triggering control, and in response to the triggering operation, the computer device may present a search result page corresponding to the keyword input by the keyword input operation. Referring to fig. 11, in a case where the candidate recommended term of the balance of the inquiring medical insurance card meets the object expectation, the object may perform a term selection operation on the candidate recommended term, and the computer device may display a search result page corresponding to the recommended term selected by the term selection operation.
In the above embodiment, after the object executes the search triggering operation on the application homepage, the computer device may jump to the search page, where the search page displays a keyword input area and a search triggering control, after the object executes the keyword input operation on the keyword input area, the computer device may display an alternative recommended term for the object to select, where the computer device displays a search result page corresponding to the keyword input by the keyword input operation in the case that the object executes the touch operation on the search triggering control, and where the computer device displays a search result page corresponding to the recommended term selected by the term selecting operation in the case that the object executes the term selecting operation on a certain alternative recommended term, where the method of displaying the alternative recommended term predicts the search expectation of the object, thereby improving the search experience of the object, and reducing the occupation of computer processing resources caused by multiple searches but failing to hit the interested search result.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and displaying related recommended sentences of the keywords corresponding to the search operation in the networking interaction area, wherein the similarity of the related recommended sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation is smaller than that of the target sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation, and the similarity of the target sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation meets the preset condition.
When the object has performed the keyword input operation and further has performed the trigger operation on the search trigger control, the computer device may use the keyword input by the keyword input operation as the keyword corresponding to the search operation. When the object performs the keyword input operation and performs the entry selection operation on a certain candidate recommended entry, the computer device may use the recommended entry selected by the entry selection operation as the keyword corresponding to the search operation.
Under the condition that the triggering operation is executed on the networking interaction entrance by the object, the computer equipment responds to the triggering operation, and can acquire related recommended sentences of the keywords corresponding to the searching operation, and the computer equipment can further display the networking interaction area independent of the searching result display area and display the related recommended sentences in the networking interaction area.
In a specific implementation, the computer device may calculate the similarity between each sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene and the keyword corresponding to the search operation, find the sentence with the maximum similarity between the keyword corresponding to the search operation, compare the similarity corresponding to the sentence with the preset similarity threshold, and use the sentence as the target sentence when the similarity corresponding to the sentence is greater than the preset similarity threshold, and use the sentence with the similarity smaller than the target sentence and with the similarity ranked in the preset number in front as the related recommended sentence of the keyword corresponding to the search operation.
In the above embodiment, related recommended sentences of the keywords corresponding to the search operation may be displayed in the networking interaction area, and under the condition that a certain related recommended sentence accords with the object expectation, the object may perform a triggering operation on the related recommended sentence, and the networking interaction area may display a response result corresponding to the related recommended sentence, so that the object may quickly locate the information to be searched, thereby improving the search efficiency.
In some embodiments, in response to an interaction occurring at a networking interaction region, presenting networking search results corresponding to the interaction at the networking interaction region, including: responding to the recommended statement selection operation occurring in the networking interaction area, and displaying the target recommended statement selected by the recommended statement selection operation and the response result corresponding to the target recommended statement in a session form in the networking interaction area; and displaying related recommended sentences with the similarity with the target recommended sentences meeting a preset range in the networking interaction area.
The method comprises the steps that a plurality of related recommended sentences are displayed in a networking interaction area, under the condition that an object is interested in a certain related recommended sentence, a recommended sentence selection operation can be executed on the related recommended sentence, in response to the recommended sentence selection operation, a computer device obtains a target recommended sentence selected by the recommended sentence selection operation, and obtains a response result corresponding to the target recommended sentence, and the target recommended sentence and the response result corresponding to the target recommended sentence are displayed in a session mode in the networking interaction area.
In some embodiments, the computer device may further obtain a related recommendation sentence whose similarity with the target recommendation sentence satisfies the preset range, and when displaying the target recommendation sentence and the answer result corresponding to the target recommendation sentence in the form of a session, may further display the related recommendation sentence whose similarity with the target recommendation sentence satisfies the preset range for the object to select.
The answer result corresponding to the target recommended statement and the related recommended statement with the similarity meeting the preset range can be used as the networking search result corresponding to the interaction operation occurring in the networking interaction area.
In a specific implementation, the computer device may display the target recommended sentence selected by the recommended sentence selection operation on the right side of the networking interaction area, and display the answer result corresponding to the target recommended sentence and the related recommended sentence with the similarity to the target recommended sentence satisfying the preset range on the left side of the networking interaction area.
The computer equipment can store the target recommended sentences selected by the recommended sentence selection operation and the response results corresponding to the target recommended sentences in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene.
The computer device may calculate the similarity between each sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene and the target recommended sentence, and use the sentence with the similarity greater than the preset threshold as the related recommended sentence with the similarity meeting the preset range, or rank the similarity in the previous preset number of sentences as the related recommended sentence with the similarity meeting the preset range.
For example, referring to fig. 12, in the case that the object performs a triggering operation on the web interaction portal, the computer device obtains 3 related recommended sentences, and the computer device may present the 3 related recommended sentences in the web interaction region. Assuming that the object performs a triggering operation on the related recommendation sentence 1, the computer device obtains a response result corresponding to the related recommendation sentence 1, and the related recommendation sentence whose similarity with the related recommendation sentence 1 satisfies the preset range, and assuming that the related recommendation sentence whose similarity with the related recommendation sentence 1 satisfies the preset range includes: the related recommended sentences 4 and 5 are displayed on the right side of the networking interaction area, and the corresponding answer results of the related recommended sentences 1 and the related recommended sentences with the similarity of the related recommended sentences 1 meeting the preset range are displayed on the left side of the networking interaction area.
In the above embodiment, related recommended sentences of the keywords corresponding to the search operation are displayed in the networking interaction area, the object can execute the recommended sentence selection operation on a related recommended sentence of interest, and the computer device can display the corresponding response result in the networking interaction area, so that the object can quickly locate the information to be searched, and the search efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, in response to an interaction occurring at a networking interaction region, presenting networking search results corresponding to the interaction at the networking interaction region, including: responding to the sentence input operation occurring in the networking interaction area, displaying query sentences input by the sentence input operation in a session form in the networking interaction area, and response results corresponding to the query sentences; and displaying related recommended sentences with the similarity with the query sentences meeting a preset range in the networking interaction area.
The networking interaction area contains related controls for executing interaction operation, the related controls for executing interaction operation can comprise input box controls and sending controls, an object can execute statement input operation through the input box controls, after the statement input operation is executed, the sending controls can be triggered, after the triggering operation is detected by the computer equipment, corresponding response results can be obtained based on query statements input by the statement input operation, query statements input by the statement input operation and response results corresponding to the query statements are displayed in a session mode in the networking interaction area.
In some embodiments, the computer device may further obtain related recommended sentences having a similarity with the query sentence that satisfies the preset range, and when displaying the query sentence and the response result corresponding to the query sentence in a session form, may further display the related recommended sentences having a similarity with the query sentence that satisfies the preset range for the object to select.
The answer results corresponding to the query sentences and the related recommended sentences with the similarity meeting the preset range can be used as networking search results corresponding to the interaction operation occurring in the networking interaction area.
In a specific implementation, the computer device may display the query sentence on the right side of the networking interaction area, and display the answer result corresponding to the query sentence and the related recommended sentence with the similarity to the query sentence satisfying the preset range on the left side of the networking interaction area.
The computer device may store the query statement and the response result corresponding to the query statement in an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene.
The computer device may calculate the similarity between each sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene and the query sentence, and use the sentence with the similarity greater than the preset threshold value as the related recommended sentence with the similarity between the sentence and the query sentence meeting the preset range, or use the sentence with the similarity arranged in the preset number in front as the related recommended sentence with the similarity between the sentence and the query sentence meeting the preset range.
For example, referring to fig. 13, assuming that the object performs a sentence input operation through the input box control, after the object performs the sentence input operation, the object performs a trigger operation on the sending control, and the computer device obtains a response result corresponding to the query sentence input by the sentence input operation, and a related recommended sentence whose similarity with the query sentence satisfies a preset range, and assuming that the related recommended sentence whose similarity with the query sentence satisfies the preset range includes: the related recommended sentences 6 and 7 are displayed on the right side of the networking interaction area, and the response results corresponding to the query sentences and the related recommended sentences with the similarity meeting the preset range are displayed on the left side of the networking interaction area.
In the above embodiment, the object may perform the sentence input operation in the networking interaction area, and the computer device may display the corresponding response result in the networking interaction area, so that the object may quickly locate the information to be searched, thereby improving the searching efficiency.
In some embodiments, when the search intention is a preset scene intention, obtaining, from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene, a target sentence whose similarity of a keyword corresponding to the search operation satisfies a preset condition, and a response result corresponding to the target sentence, where the response result includes: carrying out intention recognition on keywords corresponding to the search operation through an intention recognition model to obtain an intention recognition result; when the intent recognition result indicates that the search intent is the preset scene intent, screening target sentences with the similarity of the keywords corresponding to the search operation meeting preset conditions from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene through an information matching model based on the keywords corresponding to the search operation, and obtaining response results corresponding to the target sentences.
The computer equipment can acquire the intention recognition model, input keywords corresponding to the search operation into the intention recognition model, and take the classification result output by the intention recognition model as an intention recognition result.
In some embodiments, the computer device may obtain the intent recognition model by: obtaining a training sample, wherein the training sample comprises: the system comprises a sample sentence and a classification label, wherein the classification label is used for indicating whether the search intention of the sample sentence is a preset scene intention or not; predicting the search intention of the sample sentence through an intention recognition model to be trained to obtain an intention prediction result; determining model loss based on the intention prediction result and the classification label, and performing parameter adjustment on the intention recognition model to be trained based on the model loss until stopping when the stopping condition of model training is met, so as to obtain a trained intention recognition model; and carrying out parameter distillation treatment on the recognition model after training to obtain the intention recognition model.
Referring to fig. 14, the computer device may extract an object search log from a database, where the object search log includes keywords corresponding to each search operation that occurs historically, and may use each keyword in the object search log as a sample sentence, and may make corpus labeling on the sample sentence, that is, label whether the search intention of the sample sentence is a preset scene intention, to obtain a classification label corresponding to the sample sentence. Training the intention recognition model to be trained by adopting a training sample to obtain a trained intention recognition model. The trained intent recognition model has the ability to recognize whether the search intent of the inputted keyword is a preset scene intent. Considering that the parameter scale of the trained intention recognition model is larger, the trained recognition model can be subjected to parameter distillation treatment to obtain an intention recognition model with smaller parameter scale, wherein the intention recognition model with smaller parameter scale is the model used for carrying out intention recognition on the keywords corresponding to the search operation in the embodiment of the application, and the process can be executed in an off-line stage. When the intention recognition model is in an on-line stage, keywords corresponding to search operation can be input into the intention recognition model, and classification results output by the intention recognition model are used as intention recognition results.
The structure of the intent recognition model may adopt a language characterization model (Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers, abbreviated as BERT), and the computer device may further determine whether the search intent is a preset scene intent through direct word list matching, or determine whether the search intent is a preset scene intent through rule template parsing, where the rule template parsing includes processes of word segmentation, part-of-speech labeling, named entity recognition, and the like.
When the intent recognition result indicates that the search intent is the preset scene intent, the computer device may obtain, through an information matching model, a similarity between each candidate sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene and the keyword corresponding to the search operation based on the keyword corresponding to the search operation, and screen, based on the similarity, a target sentence in which the similarity of the keyword corresponding to the search operation meets a preset condition and a response result corresponding to the target sentence from the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene.
In the above embodiment, the intent recognition is performed on the keyword corresponding to the search operation through the intent recognition model to obtain the intent recognition result; when the intention recognition result indicates that the search intention is the preset scene intention, the target sentences and the response results corresponding to the target sentences, the similarity of which meets the preset conditions, are screened from the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene through the information matching model based on the keywords corresponding to the search operation, the search result page containing a search result display area is displayed, the search result display area displays the search sentences indicated by the search operation and the search results corresponding to the search sentences, and the processing resource waste caused by executing expansion processing when the search intention is not the preset scene intention can be avoided.
In some embodiments, through an intention recognition model, intention recognition is performed on keywords corresponding to a search operation to obtain an intention recognition result, including: preprocessing keywords corresponding to the search operation to obtain a preprocessing result; inputting the preprocessing result into the intention recognition model, and taking the classification result output by the intention recognition model as the intention recognition result.
Wherein, the preprocessing may be a process of converting keywords corresponding to the search operation into a more efficient representation form. In a specific implementation, the preprocessing may include: important word extraction processing, noise and redundant information removal processing, standard format conversion processing, and the like.
In some embodiments, the important term extraction process may include removing nonsensical words or symbols from keywords corresponding to the search operation. The extraction processing of the important words can be realized by means of stem extraction, part-of-speech tagging, entity recognition and the like. The noise and redundant information removal process may include: and correcting spelling errors in the keywords corresponding to the search operation. The standard format conversion process may include converting a spoken language of a keyword corresponding to the search operation into standard terms.
After the computer equipment obtains the preprocessing result, the preprocessing result is input into the intention recognition model, and the computer equipment can take the classification result output by the intention recognition model as the intention recognition result.
In the above embodiment, before the intent recognition is performed on the keyword corresponding to the search operation through the intent recognition model, the keyword corresponding to the search operation is preprocessed, and the intent recognition is performed based on the preprocessing result, so that the intent recognition result is more accurate.
In some embodiments, based on keywords corresponding to a search operation, through an information matching model, a target sentence with similarity meeting a preset condition of the keywords corresponding to the search operation and a response result corresponding to the target sentence are screened from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene, where the screening includes: extracting the characteristics of the keywords corresponding to the search operation through a first characteristic extraction network of the information matching model to obtain the characteristics of the keywords; extracting the characteristics of each candidate sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene through a second characteristic extraction network of the information matching model to obtain sentence characteristics corresponding to each candidate sentence; determining the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence based on the keyword features and the sentence features corresponding to each candidate sentence; determining the maximum similarity from the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence; and under the condition that the maximum similarity is larger than a preset similarity threshold, taking the candidate sentence corresponding to the maximum similarity as a target sentence, and searching from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene to obtain a response result corresponding to the target sentence.
The computer equipment can acquire an information matching model, can perform feature extraction on keywords corresponding to search operation through the information matching model to obtain keyword features, and can also perform feature extraction on candidate sentences in an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene through the information matching model to obtain sentence features corresponding to the candidate sentences.
In a specific implementation, the information matching model comprises a first feature extraction network and a second feature extraction network, the computer equipment can input keywords corresponding to the search operation into the first feature extraction network, and the first feature extraction network performs feature extraction on the keywords corresponding to the search operation to obtain keyword features; for each candidate sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene, the candidate sentence can be input into a second feature extraction network, feature extraction is carried out on the candidate sentence by the second feature extraction network, sentence features corresponding to the candidate sentence are obtained, and sentence features corresponding to each candidate sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene can be obtained in the same way.
The computer equipment can store sentence characteristics corresponding to each candidate sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene into the vector index library, and after keyword characteristics are obtained, the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence can be determined through the vector index library; and determining the maximum similarity from the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence, and acquiring the candidate sentence corresponding to the maximum similarity.
The vector index library may be an Elastic Search (Elastic Search) index library for distributed full-text Search, a fast neighbor vector Search (Annoy) index library, a vector Search (Faiss) index library, a vector Search engine (Milvus) index library, or the like, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
The computer device may compare the maximum similarity with a preset similarity threshold, and use a candidate sentence corresponding to the maximum similarity as the target sentence when the maximum similarity is greater than the preset similarity threshold. And searching and obtaining a response result corresponding to the target sentence from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene.
The computer device may obtain the information matching model by: obtaining a training sample, wherein the training sample comprises a first sample sentence, a second sample sentence and a similar label between the first sample sentence and the second sample sentence; performing feature extraction on the first sample sentence through a first feature extraction network in the information matching model to be trained to obtain a first sentence feature; performing feature extraction on the second sample sentence through a second feature extraction network in the information matching model to be trained to obtain a second sentence feature; determining model loss based on the first sentence characteristic, the second sentence characteristic and the similar label, and performing parameter adjustment on the information matching model to be trained based on the model loss until stopping when the stopping condition of model training is met, so as to obtain the information matching model after training is completed.
Wherein the computer device may use a contrast learning strategy (simcsc), a language-characterized mean strategy (BERT-avg), or a language-characterized whitening strategy (BERT-avg) to train the information matching model to be trained.
Referring to fig. 15, the computer device may construct a text matching data set, that is, obtain training samples, and train the information matching model to be trained using the training samples to obtain a trained information matching model. Splitting the trained information matching model to obtain a question library tower model (a second feature extraction network) and a query tower model (a first feature extraction network), wherein the computer equipment can respectively input each candidate sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene into the question library tower model to obtain sentence features corresponding to each candidate sentence, and can store the sentence features corresponding to each candidate sentence into a vector index library. The above-described process may be performed in an offline phase. When the information matching model is in an online stage, the computer equipment can input keywords corresponding to search operation into the query tower model to obtain keyword characteristics, obtain candidate sentences with the largest similarity and corresponding similarity through the vector index library, and take the candidate sentences as target sentences under the condition that the similarity of the candidate sentences is larger than a preset similarity threshold value.
In some embodiments, when the intent recognition result indicates that the search intent is the preset scene intent, judging whether a keyword corresponding to the search operation is used for inquiring rule information in the preset scene, if yes, negotiating with the object to obtain position information of the object, searching a response result related to the rule information from response results contained in an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene, searching a target response result matched with the position information in the searched response results, taking a question sentence corresponding to the target response result in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene as a search sentence, and taking the target response result as a search result. The preset scene may be a medical insurance query scene, and the rule information may be medical insurance rule information. The object can view the medical insurance rule information of the position of the object in the search result display area.
In the above embodiment, a process of searching for a target sentence and a response result corresponding to the target sentence from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene through an information matching model is described, so that the similarity between the target sentence determined in this way and a keyword corresponding to a search operation is large, the possibility that an object is interested in the response result corresponding to the target sentence is large, the object can be helped to quickly locate information to be queried, and the information searching efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the information searching method provided by the embodiment of the present application further includes: matching the keywords input by the keyword input operation with each candidate term in the search library respectively to obtain the matching degree corresponding to each candidate term; and screening the candidate vocabulary entries to obtain candidate recommended vocabulary entries based on the matching degree corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry and the searching frequency corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry.
And for each candidate term in the search library, performing term matching on the keyword input by the keyword input operation and the candidate term to obtain the matching degree corresponding to the candidate term.
The term matching comprises at least one of prefix matching, word matching, character matching, pinyin matching, simple spelling matching and pinyin word segmentation matching.
The search frequency corresponding to the candidate term may be the number of times the candidate term is searched in a preset time period, where the preset time period may be 1 day, 1 hour, 1 minute, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
After obtaining the matching degree corresponding to each candidate term in the search library, the computer equipment multiplies the matching degree corresponding to the candidate term and the search frequency to obtain a candidate term sorting score, sorts each candidate term according to the sorting score corresponding to each candidate term, and uses the candidate terms with the preset number arranged in front as candidate recommended terms.
Referring to fig. 16, after obtaining a keyword input by a keyword input operation, the computer device executes recall processing, specifically, prefix matching, word matching, character matching, pinyin matching, simple spelling matching, and pinyin word segmentation matching are performed on each candidate term in the search library and the keyword input by the keyword input operation, so as to obtain a matching degree corresponding to each candidate term, a preset number of candidate terms with the matching degree arranged in front are used as recall results, based on search frequencies corresponding to the candidate terms contained in the recall results, weighting processing is performed on the matching degree corresponding to each candidate term contained in the recall results, so as to obtain a ranking score of the candidate terms, the computer device ranks each candidate term according to the ranking score corresponding to each candidate term, and the preset number of candidate terms arranged in front are used as candidate recommended terms.
In the above embodiment, in response to a keyword input operation occurring in a keyword input area, matching keywords input by the keyword input operation with each candidate term in a search library, respectively, to obtain a matching degree corresponding to each candidate term; and screening the candidate vocabulary entries to obtain candidate recommended vocabulary entries based on the matching degree corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry and the searching frequency corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry, and displaying the candidate recommended vocabulary entries. In the case that a certain candidate recommended term meets the object expectation, the object may perform a term selection operation on the candidate recommended term, and the computer device may display a search result page corresponding to the recommended term selected by the term selection operation. The method for displaying the alternative recommended words can predict the search expectation of the object, improves the search experience of the object, and reduces the occupation of computer processing resources caused by repeated searching but incapacitated interesting search results.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 17, an information searching method is provided, and the method is applied to a computer device, which may be the terminal 102 in fig. 1 or a system formed by the terminal 102 and the server 104. The information searching method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps:
in step 1701, in response to the search operation, in the search result display area, a search sentence indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search sentence are displayed.
The search operation may be an operation performed when the object searches for the target keyword. The computer device is provided with a target application, and the object can execute a search operation in the target application, in which case the information search method provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed by the target application.
The computer equipment responds to the search operation, can display a search result page comprising a search result display area, can display search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in the search result display area, and can display other service functions in a preset scene in other areas.
Referring to FIG. 18, FIG. 18 is another schematic diagram of a search results page presented by a computer device, the search results page shown in FIG. 18 including a search results presentation area. The computer device may present the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement in the search result presentation area. The search result page also displays a search box control and a cancel control, wherein the search box control is used for displaying keywords corresponding to a search operation, and the keywords corresponding to the search operation in fig. 18 are: inquiring the number of the medical insurance card; after the object triggers the cancel control, the computer device may return to the previous page of the search results page. The search result page also displays a payment mode consultation control, and after the object triggers the payment mode consultation control, the target application can jump to the networking interaction area, and the object can consult in the networking interaction area and the problems related to the payment mode. The search results page also displays a medical insurance code control, and after the object triggers the medical insurance code control, the computer equipment can jump to an interface containing the medical insurance code of the object. The search results page also shows available mechanism controls, and after the object triggers an available mechanism control, the target application can jump to an interface containing an organization list supporting use of the medical insurance card. The search results page also displays more service controls, and after the object triggers the more service controls, the target application can jump to an interface containing more service functions.
In step 1702, a networked interaction region is presented that is independent of a search result presentation region in response to a triggering operation on the search result presentation region.
The triggering operation on the search result display area may be any form of operation capable of triggering the computer device to display the search result detail page, and by way of example, the triggering operation may be a click operation, a double click operation, a sliding operation, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Step 1703, the complete content of the search statement and search results is displayed in the networked interaction area.
The area of the search result display area is smaller, and the search statement indicated by the search operation and the content of the search result corresponding to the search statement may be relatively more, in this case, the area of the search result display area can only display part of the content of the search statement and the search result, and in response to the triggering operation of the search result display area, the networking interaction area independent of the search result display area can be displayed, and the complete content of the search statement and the search result is displayed in the networking interaction area for viewing by the object.
In some embodiments, the computer device responds to the search operation, and when the search intention is the preset scene intention, the target sentence with the similarity of the keyword corresponding to the search operation meeting the preset condition and the response result corresponding to the target sentence are obtained from the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene; taking the target sentence as a search sentence indicated by the search operation, and taking a response result corresponding to the target sentence as a search result corresponding to the search sentence; and displaying the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement in the search result display area. The specific implementation process refers to the foregoing embodiment, and the embodiments of the present application are not described herein again.
In some embodiments, the target application is a sub-application integrated in a preset application, and the computer device responds to a sub-application set page expanding operation occurring in the preset application, and displays a sub-application set page in the preset application, wherein the sub-application set page comprises application controls corresponding to each sub-application integrated in the preset application; responding to triggering operation of an application control corresponding to a target application, and displaying a functional page provided by the target application; the target application is a sub-application integrated in a preset application; and responding to the search operation triggered on the functional page, displaying a search result page, wherein the search result page comprises a search result display area, and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in the search result display area. The specific implementation process refers to the foregoing embodiment, and the embodiments of the present application are not described herein again.
For example, referring to FIG. 19, an object may perform a triggering operation on a search result presentation area, in response to which a computer device may present a networked interaction area independent of the search result presentation area, and display complete content of search sentences and search results in conversations at the networked interaction area.
In step 1704, in response to the interaction occurring in the networking interaction region, a networking search result corresponding to the interaction is presented in the networking interaction region.
Wherein the networking interaction area contains associated controls for performing the interaction through which the object can perform the interaction.
In some embodiments, the related controls for executing the interactive operation may include an input box control and a sending control, the object may execute a sentence input operation through the input box control, after executing the sentence input operation, the sending control may be triggered, after detecting the triggering operation, the computer device may obtain a corresponding response result based on a query sentence input by the sentence input operation, and display the query sentence input by the sentence input operation and the response result corresponding to the query sentence in a session form in the networking interactive area.
In some embodiments, the related control for executing the interactive operation may further include a recommended statement display control, in addition to the input box control and the sending control, where the recommended statement display control is used to display a related recommended statement of the keyword corresponding to the search operation, the object may trigger the recommended statement display control, after the computer device detects the triggering operation, the relevant recommended statement displayed by the recommended statement display control may obtain a corresponding answer result, and display the relevant recommended statement and the corresponding answer result in a session form in the networked interactive area.
This embodiment differs from the previous embodiment in that, referring to fig. 3 and 18, a networking interaction portal is provided in fig. 3, and an object may perform a triggering operation on the networking interaction portal, so that the computer device may display a networking interaction area. Without the networking interaction portal set in FIG. 18, the object may perform a triggering operation on the search result presentation area and the computer device may present the networking interaction area. The complete content of the search statement and the search result in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3 is shown through a search result detail page, and the complete content of the search statement and the search result in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 18 is shown through a networking interaction area. The repeated content of this embodiment and the foregoing embodiments may be referred to the description of the foregoing embodiments, and the embodiments of the present application are not repeated here.
In the above embodiment, in response to the search operation, in the search result display area, the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement are displayed; in the case that the object is interested in the search statement and the search result displayed in the search result display area, a triggering operation can be performed on the search result display area, and in response to the triggering operation, a networking interaction area independent of the search result display area is displayed; displaying the complete contents of the search statement and the search result in the networking interaction area; when the object wants to consult by using the networking interaction function, the interaction operation can be triggered in the networking interaction area, and the networking search result corresponding to the interaction operation is displayed in the networking interaction area for the object to view in response to the interaction operation. The search result display area is expanded on the search result page, so that the object can quickly find the interested information, the search efficiency is greatly improved, and the flow resource waste caused by multiple invalid searches is reduced.
In some embodiments, an information searching method is provided, which is described by way of example as being executed by a computer device, the method comprising the steps of:
responding to a sub-application set page unfolding operation occurring in a preset application, and displaying a sub-application set page in the preset application, wherein the sub-application set page comprises application controls corresponding to each sub-application integrated in the preset application; and responding to the triggering operation of the application control corresponding to the target application, and displaying the functional page provided by the target application. The function page includes: an application homepage and a search page; responding to the occurrence of search triggering operation on an application homepage, and displaying a search page, wherein the search page comprises a keyword input area and a search triggering control; in response to a keyword input operation occurring in the keyword input area, alternative recommended terms are presented.

In some embodiments, there is also provided an information searching method, which is described as being executed by a computer device, the method including the steps of:
responding to a sub-application set page unfolding operation occurring in a preset application, and displaying a sub-application set page in the preset application, wherein the sub-application set page comprises application controls corresponding to each sub-application integrated in the preset application; and responding to the triggering operation of the application control corresponding to the target application, and displaying the functional page provided by the target application. The function page includes: an application homepage and a search page; responding to the occurrence of search triggering operation on an application homepage, and displaying a search page, wherein the search page comprises a keyword input area and a search triggering control; in response to a keyword input operation occurring in the keyword input area, alternative recommended terms are presented.

In the above embodiment, in response to the search operation, in the search result display area, the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement are displayed; in the case that the object is interested in the search statement and the search result displayed in the search result display area, a triggering operation can be performed on the search result display area, and in response to the triggering operation, a networking interaction area independent of the search result display area is displayed; displaying the complete contents of the search statement and the search result in the networking interaction area; when the object wants to consult by using the networking interaction function, the interaction operation can be triggered in the networking interaction area, and the networking search result corresponding to the interaction operation is displayed in the networking interaction area for the object to view in response to the interaction operation. The setting of the search result display area enables the object to quickly find the interested information, greatly improves the search efficiency, and reduces the flow resource waste caused by multiple invalid searches.
In some possible scenarios, referring to fig. 20, the information searching method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a health information searching platform, where the health information searching platform may include a terminal and a server, a target application is installed on the terminal, the target application is a health application, and the server may include a recommendation module, a keyword preprocessing module, an intention recognition module, an information matching module, an expansion display module, and an intelligent question-answering module. The workflow of the framework shown in fig. 20 is shown in fig. 21, where the object may perform a keyword input operation in the health application, and in response to the keyword input operation, the health application may send the keyword input by the keyword input operation to the recommendation module, where the recommendation module performs prefix matching, word matching, character matching, pinyin matching, simple spelling matching, pinyin word matching with each candidate term in the search library, to obtain an alternative recommended term, and returns the alternative recommended term to the health application, where the health application displays the received alternative recommended term for viewing by the object. The object can directly execute the triggering operation on the searching triggering control in the health application, and in the case, the health application takes the keywords input by the keyword input operation as keywords corresponding to the searching operation; alternatively, the object may also perform an entry selection operation on the candidate recommended entries, in which case the health application uses the recommended entry selected by the entry selection operation as a keyword corresponding to the search operation. The health application sends the keywords corresponding to the search operation to a keyword preprocessing module, and the keyword preprocessing module preprocesses the keywords corresponding to the search operation, specifically including removal of special characters, word segmentation, lower case letter conversion, named entity recognition (Named Entity Recognition, NER for short), format conversion and the like. The keyword preprocessing module can input preprocessing results into the intention recognition module, the intention recognition module comprises an intention recognition model, the intention recognition model can be obtained through the processes of extracting logs, corpus labels, model training and model distillation, when the intention recognition model determines that the search intention is a medical insurance query intention, the intention recognition module inputs keywords corresponding to search operations into the information matching module, the information matching module comprises an information matching model, the information matching model can be obtained through the processes of constructing a data set, model training, vector warehousing, splitting models and the like, after the sentence with the largest similarity and the corresponding similarity are determined through the information matching model, whether the similarity is larger than a preset similarity threshold value is judged, and in the case that the judgment result is yes, the answer result corresponding to the sentence is searched from an interaction database corresponding to a medical insurance query scene, the information matching module transmits the search sentence and the search result to the expansion display module, the expansion display module returns the search sentence and the search result to a health application, the health application displays the search sentence and the search result in a search result display area, after the interactive input trigger operation is performed on the networking input shown in fig. 4 or the interactive input operation shown in the networking region is performed on the networking operation shown in fig. 18, the interactive operation is correspondingly, the interactive operation can be performed on the intelligent application area, the interactive operation is correspondingly displayed in the intelligent application region is interacted, and the interactive operation is correspondingly is checked, and the interactive operation is correspondingly is displayed in the intelligent region is correspondingly.
It should be noted that, the application scenario provided above is only used to illustrate the information searching method of the present application, and the application of the information searching method provided by the present application is not limited to the application scenario provided above. For example, the method and the device can be applied to an electronic shopping scene, a video searching scene and the like, and the embodiment of the application is not limited to the method and the device.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides an information searching device for realizing the above related information searching method. The implementation of the solution provided by the device is similar to the implementation described in the above method, so the specific limitation in one or more embodiments of the information searching device provided below may refer to the limitation of the information searching method hereinabove, and will not be repeated herein.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 22, there is provided an information search apparatus including:
the first response module is used for responding to the search operation and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in a search result display area; a networking interaction portal exhibiting an associated search operation;
the second response module is used for responding to the triggering operation of the search result display area and displaying a search result detail page, wherein the search result detail page comprises a search statement and the complete content of a search result;
the third response module is used for responding to the triggering operation of the networking interaction entrance and displaying the networking interaction area independent of the search result display area;
and the fourth response module is used for responding to the interaction operation occurring in the networking interaction area and displaying the networking search result corresponding to the interaction operation in the networking interaction area.

In some embodiments, the third response module is further configured to display, in the networking interaction area, related recommended sentences of keywords corresponding to the search operation, where a similarity between the related recommended sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation is smaller than a similarity between the target sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation, and the similarity between the target sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation meets a preset condition.
In some embodiments, the fourth response module is specifically configured to: responding to the recommended statement selection operation occurring in the networking interaction area, and displaying the target recommended statement selected by the recommended statement selection operation and the response result corresponding to the target recommended statement in a session form in the networking interaction area; and displaying related recommended sentences with the similarity with the target recommended sentences meeting a preset range in the networking interaction area.
In some embodiments, the fourth response module is specifically configured to: responding to the sentence input operation occurring in the networking interaction area, displaying query sentences input by the sentence input operation in a session form in the networking interaction area, and response results corresponding to the query sentences; and displaying related recommended sentences with the similarity with the query sentences meeting a preset range in the networking interaction area.
In some embodiments, the first response module is specifically configured to: carrying out intention recognition on keywords corresponding to the search operation through an intention recognition model to obtain an intention recognition result; when the intent recognition result indicates that the search intent is the preset scene intent, screening target sentences with the similarity of the keywords corresponding to the search operation meeting preset conditions from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene through an information matching model based on the keywords corresponding to the search operation, and obtaining response results corresponding to the target sentences.
In some embodiments, the first response module is specifically configured to: preprocessing keywords corresponding to the search operation to obtain a preprocessing result; inputting the preprocessing result into the intention recognition model, and taking the classification result output by the intention recognition model as the intention recognition result.
In some embodiments, the first response module is specifically configured to: extracting the characteristics of the keywords corresponding to the search operation through a first characteristic extraction network of the information matching model to obtain the characteristics of the keywords; extracting the characteristics of each candidate sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene through a second characteristic extraction network of the information matching model to obtain sentence characteristics corresponding to each candidate sentence; determining the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence based on the keyword features and the sentence features corresponding to each candidate sentence; determining the maximum similarity from the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence; and under the condition that the maximum similarity is larger than a preset similarity threshold, taking the candidate sentence corresponding to the maximum similarity as a target sentence, and searching from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene to obtain a response result corresponding to the target sentence.
In some embodiments, the first response module is further to: matching the keywords input by the keyword input operation with each candidate term in the search library respectively to obtain the matching degree corresponding to each candidate term; and screening the candidate vocabulary entries to obtain candidate recommended vocabulary entries based on the matching degree corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry and the searching frequency corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 23, there is provided an information search apparatus including:
the first response module is used for responding to the search operation and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in a search result display area;
the second response module is used for responding to the triggering operation of the search result display area and displaying a networking interaction area independent of the search result display area; displaying the complete contents of the search statement and the search result in the networking interaction area;
and the third response module is used for responding to the interaction operation occurring in the networking interaction area and displaying the networking search result corresponding to the interaction operation in the networking interaction area.
In some embodiments, the first response module is specifically configured to, in response to a search operation, when a search intention is a preset scene intention, obtain, from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene, a target sentence whose similarity of a keyword corresponding to the search operation meets a preset condition, and a response result corresponding to the target sentence; taking the target sentence as a search sentence indicated by the search operation, and taking a response result corresponding to the target sentence as a search result corresponding to the search sentence; and displaying the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement in the search result display area.
In some embodiments, the first response module is specifically configured to, in response to a sub-application set page expansion operation that occurs in a preset application, display a sub-application set page in the preset application, where the sub-application set page includes application controls that are integrated in each sub-application in the preset application and that correspond to each other; responding to triggering operation of an application control corresponding to a target application, and displaying a functional page provided by the target application; the target application is a sub-application integrated in a preset application; and responding to the search operation triggered on the functional page, displaying a search result page, wherein the search result page comprises a search result display area, and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in the search result display area.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, and the computer device may be a terminal, or a system formed by the terminal and a server, and the internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 24. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input means. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an information search method. The display unit of the computer equipment is used for forming a visual picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device, wherein the display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on a shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 24 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.

Claims (20)
1. An information search method, the method comprising:
responding to a search operation, and displaying a search sentence indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search sentence in a search result display area;
a networking interaction portal exhibiting an associated search operation;
responding to the triggering operation of the search result display area, displaying a search result detail page, wherein the search result detail page comprises the search statement and the complete content of the search result;
Responsive to a triggering operation of the networking interaction portal, presenting a networking interaction region independent of the search result presentation region;
and responding to the interaction operation occurring in the networking interaction area, and displaying networking search results corresponding to the interaction operation in the networking interaction area.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the presenting, in response to a search operation, in a search result presentation area, a search sentence indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search sentence, includes:
responding to a search operation, and when the search intention is a preset scene intention, acquiring a target sentence of which the similarity of a keyword corresponding to the search operation meets a preset condition and a response result corresponding to the target sentence from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene;
taking the target sentence as a search sentence indicated by the search operation, and taking a response result corresponding to the target sentence as a search result corresponding to the search sentence;
and displaying the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement in a search result display area.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the presenting, in response to a search operation, in a search result presentation area, a search sentence indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search sentence, includes:
Responding to triggering operation of the target application, and displaying a function page provided by the target application;
and responding to the search operation triggered on the functional page, displaying a search result page, wherein the search result page comprises a search result display area, and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in the search result display area.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the target application is a sub-application integrated in a preset application; the responding to the triggering operation to the target application displays the function page provided by the target application, and comprises the following steps:
responding to a sub-application set page unfolding operation occurring in a preset application, and displaying a sub-application set page in the preset application, wherein the sub-application set page comprises application controls corresponding to all sub-applications integrated in the preset application;
and responding to the triggering operation of the application control corresponding to the target application, and displaying the functional page provided by the target application.
5. A method according to claim 3, wherein the function page comprises: an application homepage and a search page; the response to the search operation triggered on the functional page displays a search result page, which comprises the following steps:
Responding to search triggering operation in an application homepage, and displaying the search page, wherein the search page comprises a keyword input area and a search triggering control;
displaying alternative recommended entries in response to a keyword input operation occurring in the keyword input area;
responding to the triggering operation of the searching triggering control, and displaying a searching result page corresponding to the keyword input by the keyword input operation; or, in response to an entry selection operation on the candidate recommended entries, displaying a search result page corresponding to the recommended entry selected by the entry selection operation.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and displaying related recommended sentences of the keywords corresponding to the search operation in the networking interaction area, wherein the similarity of the related recommended sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation is smaller than that of the target sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation, and the similarity of the target sentences and the keywords corresponding to the search operation meets preset conditions.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the presenting, in the networking interaction region, the networking search results corresponding to the interactions in response to the interactions occurring in the networking interaction region comprises:
Responding to a recommended statement selection operation occurring in the networking interaction area, and displaying a target recommended statement selected by the recommended statement selection operation and a response result corresponding to the target recommended statement in a session form in the networking interaction area;
and displaying related recommended sentences with the similarity with the target recommended sentences meeting a preset range in the networking interaction area.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the presenting, in the networking interaction region, the networking search results corresponding to the interactions in response to the interactions occurring in the networking interaction region comprises:
responding to statement input operation occurring in the networking interaction area, and displaying query statements input by the statement input operation and response results corresponding to the query statements in a session form in the networking interaction area;
and displaying related recommended sentences with the similarity with the query sentences meeting a preset range in the networking interaction area.

The method according to claim 2, wherein when the search intention is a preset scene intention, obtaining, from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene, a target sentence whose similarity of a keyword corresponding to the search operation satisfies a preset condition, and a response result corresponding to the target sentence, includes:
Carrying out intention recognition on the keywords corresponding to the search operation through an intention recognition model to obtain an intention recognition result;
when the intention recognition result indicates that the search intention is the intention of a preset scene, screening target sentences with similarity meeting preset conditions of the keywords corresponding to the search operation and response results corresponding to the target sentences from an interaction database corresponding to the preset scene through an information matching model based on the keywords corresponding to the search operation.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the performing, by using the intent recognition model, intent recognition on the keyword corresponding to the search operation to obtain an intent recognition result includes:
preprocessing keywords corresponding to the search operation to obtain a preprocessing result;
inputting the preprocessing result into an intention recognition model, and taking a classification result output by the intention recognition model as an intention recognition result.
11. The method according to claim 9, wherein the step of screening, based on the keywords corresponding to the search operation, target sentences having similarity satisfying a preset condition from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene and response results corresponding to the target sentences by using an information matching model, includes:
Extracting the characteristics of the keywords corresponding to the search operation through a first characteristic extraction network of the information matching model to obtain keyword characteristics;
extracting the characteristics of each candidate sentence in the interaction database corresponding to the preset scene through a second characteristic extraction network of the information matching model to obtain sentence characteristics corresponding to each candidate sentence;
determining the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence based on the keyword features and the sentence features corresponding to each candidate sentence;
determining the maximum similarity from the similarity corresponding to each candidate sentence;
and under the condition that the maximum similarity is larger than a preset similarity threshold, taking the candidate sentence corresponding to the maximum similarity as a target sentence, and searching an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene to obtain a response result corresponding to the target sentence.
12. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
matching the keywords input by the keyword input operation with each candidate term in the search library respectively to obtain the matching degree corresponding to each candidate term;
and screening the candidate vocabulary entries to obtain candidate recommended vocabulary entries based on the matching degree corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry and the searching frequency corresponding to each candidate vocabulary entry.
13. An information search method, the method comprising:
responding to a search operation, and displaying a search sentence indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search sentence in a search result display area;
responsive to a triggering operation on the search result presentation area, presenting a networked interaction area independent of the search result presentation area;
displaying the complete content of the search statement and the search result in the networking interaction area;
and responding to the interaction operation occurring in the networking interaction area, and displaying networking search results corresponding to the interaction operation in the networking interaction area.
14. The method according to claim 13, wherein the presenting, in response to a search operation, in a search result presentation area, a search sentence indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search sentence, includes:
responding to a search operation, and when the search intention is a preset scene intention, acquiring a target sentence of which the similarity of a keyword corresponding to the search operation meets a preset condition and a response result corresponding to the target sentence from an interaction database corresponding to a preset scene;
Taking the target sentence as a search sentence indicated by the search operation, and taking a response result corresponding to the target sentence as a search result corresponding to the search sentence;
and displaying the search statement indicated by the search operation and the search result corresponding to the search statement in a search result display area.
15. The method according to claim 13, wherein the presenting, in response to a search operation, in a search result presentation area, a search sentence indicated by the search operation and a search result corresponding to the search sentence, includes:
responding to a sub-application set page unfolding operation occurring in a preset application, and displaying a sub-application set page in the preset application, wherein the sub-application set page comprises application controls corresponding to all sub-applications integrated in the preset application;
responding to triggering operation of an application control corresponding to a target application, and displaying a functional page provided by the target application; the target application is a sub-application integrated in a preset application;
and responding to the search operation triggered on the functional page, displaying a search result page, wherein the search result page comprises a search result display area, and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in the search result display area.
16. An information search apparatus, comprising:
the first response module is used for responding to the search operation and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in a search result display area; a networking interaction portal exhibiting an associated search operation;
the second response module is used for responding to the triggering operation of the search result display area and displaying a search result detail page, wherein the search result detail page comprises the search statement and the complete content of the search result;
a third response module for displaying a networked interaction area independent of the search result display area in response to a triggering operation of the networked interaction portal;
and the fourth response module is used for responding to the interaction operation occurring in the networking interaction area and displaying the networking search result corresponding to the interaction operation in the networking interaction area.

the first response module is used for responding to the search operation and displaying search sentences indicated by the search operation and search results corresponding to the search sentences in a search result display area;
A second response module for displaying a networked interaction region independent of the search result display region in response to a triggering operation on the search result display region; displaying the complete content of the search statement and the search result in the networking interaction area;
and the third response module is used for responding to the interaction operation occurring in the networking interaction area and displaying the networking search result corresponding to the interaction operation in the networking interaction area.
18. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
19. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 15.
20. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 15.
