when the electric power parameter of the household line needs to be measured, the plug (38) is pulled upwards, thereby the left wire (32) is driven to rotate anticlockwise and gradually extend upwards through the wire groove (23) on the left baffle plate (22), and then the left rotary rod (3) is driven to rotate anticlockwise, so that the left coil spring (36) rotates anticlockwise and gradually tightens up, the rotary rod (3) drives the left ratchet wheel (4) to rotate anticlockwise, the ratchet wheel (4) is not blocked by the limiting rod (42), after the left wire (32) reaches the required length, pulling is stopped, at this time, the coil spring (36) has a tendency of rotating clockwise to reset, however, under the action of the limiting rod (42), the ratchet wheel (4) cannot rotate clockwise, so that the wire (32) can stop at any position, then the plug (38) is inserted into a socket of the household line, the measuring instrument body (11) can be connected, and similarly, when the electric power parameter of the external power line needs to be measured, the wire clamp (39) is pulled upwards, the right wire (32) can also be clamped at any position of the right coil spring (36) and the right ratchet wheel (4) and the right limiting rod (42) to be clamped on the measuring instrument body through the measuring screen (11).
