In order to limit the moving position and distance of the sliding ring 25, a plurality of clamping grooves 251 are formed in the outer side wall of the sliding tube 22 and the inner side wall of the sliding ring 25 in an annular arrangement, clamping pins 27 are fixedly inserted into the clamping grooves 251 on the sliding tube 22, one end of the sliding tube 22 close to the cylinder body 11 is connected with a baffle plate 28 through a screw, the baffle plate 28 fixes the clamping pins 27 on the sliding tube 22, the clamping pins 27 are I-shaped, the clamping grooves 251 and the clamping pins 27 on the sliding ring 25 are arranged in a sliding mode, the sliding distance of the sliding ring 25 and the sliding position are limited through the clamping pins 27, the liquid discharging groove 252 always corresponds to the position of the auxiliary tube 26, simultaneously the sliding ring 25 is prevented from sliding from the sliding tube 22, and the sealing of a cavity between the sliding tube 22 and the sleeve 21 is ensured by the sliding ring 25.
In order to facilitate the maintenance personnel to disassemble and maintain the liquid pushing piece, the liquid pushing piece 13 is in threaded connection with the rubber sleeve 14, one side of one of the liquid pushing pieces 13 is in threaded connection with the push rod 15, one end of the push rod 15 penetrates through one of the sealing blocks 213 and extends out, the rubber sleeve 14 is sleeved on the rubber sleeve 14, the rubber sleeve 14 is in tight contact with the cylinder body 11, the rubber sleeve 14 is directly sleeved on the center block 12 through threaded connection between the center block 12 and the liquid pushing piece 13 when the rubber sleeve 14 is replaced, the liquid pushing piece 13 is in threaded connection with the center block 12, the rubber sleeve 14 does not need to be sleeved on the center block 12 through pulling, and the installation of the rubber sleeve 14 by the maintenance personnel is facilitated.
The workflow in the device use state is described below:
when in normal use: the auxiliary pipes 26 on the two cylinder liners 2 are closed by valves, one main pipe 24 receives hydraulic oil, so that the hydraulic oil enters the liquid cavity 23, the hydraulic oil entering the liquid cavity 23 enters the inside of the slide pipe 22 through a liquid leakage hole, flows into the inside of the cylinder body 11 from the inside of the slide pipe 22, pushes a liquid pushing member arranged in the cylinder body 11, makes the liquid pushing member approach the other cylinder liner 2, and the hydraulic oil on the other side of the liquid pushing member is extruded into the cylinder liner 2 and is discharged through the main pipe 24 in the other cylinder liner 2.
Before unloading operation, hydraulic oil is continuously injected into the cylinder 11, the abutting ring 16 on the hydraulic pushing piece is contacted with the side wall of the sliding ring 25, the sliding ring 25 moves on the sliding pipe 22, the auxiliary pipe 26 on the cylinder sleeve 2 pressed by the abutting ring 16 is opened in the moving process of the sliding ring 25, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cavity 23 and the cylinder 11 is discharged outwards through the main pipe 24 and the auxiliary pipe 26, and because the auxiliary pipe 26 is arranged at the lower side of the main pipe 24, the precipitated hydraulic oil is discharged through the auxiliary pipe 26, so that the impurity of the hydraulic oil is removed.
When the slip ring 25 plugs one end of the main pipe 24, hydraulic oil does not flow into the main pipe 24, meanwhile hydraulic oil in the liquid chamber 23 is extruded by the slip ring 25 to be discharged through the auxiliary pipe 26, and hydraulic oil on the side of the slip ring 25 close to the cylinder 11 enters into the auxiliary pipe 26 through the liquid discharging groove 252, so that hydraulic oil accumulated in the cylinder liner 2 is reduced.
When dismantling, after the support ring 16 pushes the slip ring 25 to move and not move any more, the main pipe 24 is closed by using a valve, the threaded sleeve 212 is rotated to separate the threaded sleeve 212 from the external threaded block 17, the bolt 211 is pulled out of the cylinder body 11, the cylinder part 1 and the cylinder sleeve 2 are separated, the quick dismantling is realized, and after the dismantling, the leakage of hydraulic oil is reduced.
