The cleaning power of the non-flammable water-based aerosol composition for metal cleansing and polishing prepared in example 3 of the present invention is significantly higher than that of the non-flammable water-based aerosol composition for metal cleansing and polishing prepared in comparative example 3, which shows that the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-9 and the surfactant Berol-226SA in the detergent of the present invention can interact, and a more excellent cleaning effect can be exerted in the system of the present invention.

As can be seen from Table 4, the non-combustible aqueous aerosol composition for metal cleaning and polishing prepared in example 3 of the present invention was free from rust when stored at 50℃for 90 days, whereas the non-combustible aqueous aerosol composition for metal cleaning and polishing prepared in comparative example 4 was slightly rust when stored at 50℃for 90 days, and thus it was found that the non-combustible aqueous aerosol composition for metal cleaning and polishing obtained in the present invention had more excellent rust inhibitive performance, which also demonstrated that triethanolamine borate and sodium benzoate in the corrosion inhibitive and rust inhibitive agent of the present invention were capable of interacting, and more excellent rust inhibitive performance was exhibited in the system of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The non-combustible water-based aerosol composition for metal cleaning and polishing comprises a phase A and a phase B, and is characterized in that the phase A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-78 parts of deionized water, 1-10 parts of compound emulsifier, 5-30 parts of white mineral oil, 1-10 parts of cleaning agent, 0.2-1 part of anti-corrosion and rust-preventing agent and 0.1-1 part of essence; the phase B is a propellant with the mass portion of 20-40 portions.
