The invention relates to the technical field of optical materials, and discloses a luminescent material composition and a luminescent device, wherein the luminescent material composition comprises a fluorescent material composition, a phosphorescent material composition, an LED composition and an OLED composition, the fluorescent material composition comprises a fluorescent dye and fluorescent powder, the proportion of the fluorescent dye is 0.1-10%, the proportion of the fluorescent powder is 10-50%, the phosphorescent material composition comprises phosphorescent powder, the proportion of the phosphorescent powder is 20-80%, the OLED composition comprises an organic material layer, the proportion of the organic material layer is 2-30%, the fluorescent material composition further comprises a solvent and an adhesive, and the solvent comprises a dissolving agent and a dispersing agent. According to the luminescent material composition and the luminescent device, the selected fluorescent material composition, phosphorescent material composition, LED composition and OLED composition are mixed according to a formula and a proper proportion, and the materials are coated on a proper material, so that the effect of improving the display color gamut and energy efficiency of the luminescent device can be achieved.

Phosphor compositions are a class of material systems used in the manufacture of light emitting devices (e.g., LEDs, OLEDs, etc.) that possess specific photophysical and optoelectrical properties capable of generating light by excitation of the excited state of the phosphor.

v: characteristic test and optimization, wherein the prepared luminescent material composition is subjected to characteristic test, such as photoelectric characteristic (brightness, wavelength and the like), stability, efficiency and the like, and parameters such as proportion, material quality and the like can be adjusted to improve the luminescent performance by optimizing according to test results;

Referring to fig. 1-2, a luminescent material composition includes a fluorescent material composition, a phosphorescent material composition, an LED composition, and an OLED composition, wherein the fluorescent material composition includes a fluorescent dye and a fluorescent powder, the ratio of the fluorescent dye is 0.1% -10%, the ratio of the fluorescent powder is 10% -50%, the phosphorescent material composition includes a phosphorescent powder, the ratio of the phosphorescent powder is 20% -80%, the OLED composition includes an organic material layer, and the ratio of the organic material layer is 2% -30%.
The phosphor composition further includes a solvent and a binder, the solvent including a dissolving agent and a dispersing agent.
The phosphor composition further includes a carrier material including a polymer carrier and a glass carrier.
The LED composition includes a semiconductor material, a metal wire, and an encapsulation material.
The OLED composition further comprises an electrode material and an encapsulating material, wherein the proportion of the motor material is 70% -90%.
