In the assembly process, the sealing assembly 4 can be assembled by only installing the connecting part 412 on the sealing sleeve 42, so that the assembly process can be effectively simplified; in the use process, the sealing sleeve 42 pulls the sealing part 411 to be opened through the connecting part 412, so that the outside of the sealing part 411 does not need to be guided, the locking caused by the guiding of the sliding groove can be effectively avoided, and the use reliability is further improved.

Further, in order to facilitate the ink tube 3 to drive the connecting tube 41 to slide in the pen holder 1, the other end portion of the connecting tube 41 is provided with a clamping portion 417, the ink tube 3 is further provided with a pushing portion 33, and the pushing portion 33 is used for abutting against the clamping portion 417 to push the connecting tube 41 to move relative to the pen holder 1.
Specifically, when the user presses the pen to move the ink tube 3 toward the direction of the access hole 11, the pushing portion 33 abuts against the engagement portion 417, so that the ink tube 3 drives the connecting tube 41 to move, and in the moving process of the connecting tube 41, the sealing sleeve 42 applies a force to the sealing portion 411 through the connecting portion 412, so that the first flexible portion 415 and the second flexible portion 416 are deformed, and finally the sealing portion 411 is separated from the port of the sealing sleeve 42 and moves to a position on one side of the sealing sleeve 42. The engagement means 417 and the pushing means 33 may be configured in a conventional manner, and are not limited thereto.
Since the stroke required for extending the pen tip 31 is large, the movement stroke of the connecting tube 41 is limited in order to avoid the flexible portion from being broken due to the excessive movement stroke of the connecting tube 41. For this reason, the engagement portion 417 is an elastic member disposed on the connection tube 41, a free end of the elastic member is configured to cooperate with the pushing portion 33, a limit protrusion 418 is disposed on an outer surface of the free end of the elastic member, and a limit hole 13 configured to cooperate with the limit protrusion 418 is disposed on a side wall of the pen holder 1; in a state where the sealing portion 411 is away from the port of the sealing sleeve 42 and is located at one side of the sealing sleeve 42, the limit projection 418 is caught in the limit hole 13.
Specifically, during the process that the ink tube 3 drives the connecting tube 41 to move towards the direction of the access hole 11, the pushing portion 33 will abut against the free end portion of the elastic member, at this time, the limiting protrusion 418 on the elastic member will abut against the inner wall of the pen holder 1, and the elastic member cannot be bent outwards due to the limitation of the inner wall of the pen holder 1, so that the pushing portion 33 can abut against the elastic member to drive the connecting tube 41 to move. When the limit protrusion 418 is moved and clamped into the position of the limit hole 13, the elastic member bends outwards, so that the free end of the elastic member is separated from the pushing portion 33. The pushing portion 33 continues to move along with the ink tube 3 and passes over the free end of the elastic member, and at this time, the connection tube 41 cannot continue to move due to the catching of the limit projection 418 in the limit hole 13.
Wherein the pushing portion 33 is a second step surface formed on the ink tube 3, and an edge of the second step surface forms a chamfer structure. Specifically, the chamfer structure of the second step surface can be in guiding fit with the free end of the elastic member, so that the pushing part 33 can smoothly pass through the elastic member, and further, the smoothness of pressing is ensured. In addition, the ink tube 3 may be of a variable diameter structure, in which the diameter of the ink tube 3 is small near the nib 31, and the diameter of the ink tube 3 is large far from the nib 31, so that a second stepped surface is formed at the intersection of the two. The diameter is changed, so that when the ink tube 3 drives the pen point 31 to retract, after the elastic member passes over the second step surface from the thicker part of the ink tube 3, the elastic member is not extruded by the wall of the thicker ink tube 3 and is elastically reset to separate from the limiting hole 13, and the connecting tube 41 can be reset along with the ink tube 3.
In order to enable the connection tube 41 to be reliably and effectively reset during retraction of the pen tip 31, the wall of the connection tube 41 is provided with a second guide groove 419, the wall of the ink tube 3 is provided with a second slider 34, and the second slider 34 is slidably disposed in the second guide groove 419. Specifically, the second guide groove 419 is matched with the second slide block 34, so that on one hand, the connecting pipe 41 and the ink tube 3 can slide smoothly relatively, and on the other hand, when the spring 2 drives the ink tube 3 to reset, the second slide block 34 is clamped at the end part of the second guide groove 419 to pull the connecting pipe 41 to move, and further effective resetting of the connecting pipe 41 is achieved. During the resetting process of the connecting tube 41, the first flexible portion 415 and the second flexible portion 416 are also elastically reset, so that the sealing portion 411 covers the port of the sealing sleeve 42.
Still further, the inner wall of the cartridge 1 is provided with a first guide groove 14 extending in the length direction, the outer wall of the connection pipe 41 is provided with a first slider 401, and the first slider 401 is slidably disposed in the first guide groove 14. Specifically, the connection pipe 41 is engaged with the first guide groove 14 by the first slider 401 during the movement to ensure smooth sliding. The outer surface of the connecting portion 412 is provided with a stopper 402, and the stopper 402 is also located in the first guiding groove 14. In this way, by means of the slider, the stopper and said first guide cooperating with each other, it is ensured that during assembly the operator guides the correct installation of the ink tube 3 and the connecting tube 41 via the first guide channel 14. As for the positioning portion 12, it may be an end surface of the first guide groove 14 near the access hole 11, and the corresponding protruding portion 421 is also located in the first guide groove 14 and abuts against an end portion of the first guide groove 14.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: according to the pressing writing utensil provided by the invention, the nib on the ink tube is sealed by arranging the sealing component, the sealing part on the connecting tube is matched with the sealing sleeve in a non-use state, the sealing part shields the port of the sealing sleeve to seal the nib in the sealing sleeve, when a user presses the writing pen to enable the nib to extend out of the access hole, the sealing sleeve pulls the sealing part to move through the connecting part, so that the sealing part leaves the port of the sealing sleeve, and the nib can extend out of the pen holder through the sealing sleeve.

Claims (10)

1. A push-type writing instrument, comprising:
the pen comprises a pen holder, wherein an access hole is formed in the head of the pen holder, an elastic part is arranged at the tail of the pen holder, and a first clamping part is arranged on the elastic part;
the ink tube is arranged at the head part of the ink tube, the tail part of the ink tube is provided with a pen cap, the ink tube is slidably arranged in the pen holder, and the pen point is close to the access hole;
the pen clip is provided with a second clamping part and is arranged at the tail part of the ink tube;
the spring is arranged in the pen holder and applies elastic force to the ink tube towards the direction of the pen clip;
the pen clip is configured to move along with the ink tube and drive the elastic component to deform, and the second clamping part is configured to be selectively clamped and positioned with the first clamping part after the pen clip moves along with the ink tube.
2. The pressing writing instrument of claim 1, wherein the second engaging portion engages with the first engaging portion after the nib protrudes from the barrel to outside the access hole; after the nib is retracted into the pen holder from the outside of the access hole, the second clamping part and the first clamping part are mutually separated.
3. The pressing type writing instrument of claim 1, wherein the elastic member is disposed along a length direction of the pen holder, and the first catching portion is a catching protrusion formed on the elastic member;
the pen clip comprises a clip, a connecting piece and a mounting piece, wherein one end part of the clip is arranged on the mounting piece through the connecting piece, the mounting piece is connected with the ink tube, a clamping groove is formed in the connecting piece, and the clamping groove is the second clamping part;
after the pen point extends out of the pen holder to the outside of the access hole, the clamping protrusion is clamped in the clamping groove and used for preventing the ink tube from retracting under the action of the spring.
4. A push-type writing instrument according to claim 3, wherein the side of the connecting member is further provided with the catching groove, the first guide surface, the second guide surface, and the third guide surface;
the direction from the tail to the head of the pen holder is a first direction, and the direction from the outer wall of the pen holder to the clip is a second direction;
the first guide surface, the clamping groove and the third guide surface are sequentially arranged along the second direction;
the first guide surface extends from the outer wall of the pen holder towards the clamping groove in an inclined mode along the first direction, the second guide surface extends from the clamping groove towards the third guide surface in an inclined mode along the back to the first direction, and the third guide surface extends to the edge of the connecting piece along the first direction.

The pressing type writing instrument of claim 4, wherein a side wall of the connecting member is provided with a first guide surface which is provided between the catching groove and the barrel and is arranged on a front side of the first guide surface in the first direction; the first guide surface is inclined from the outer wall of the barrel toward the outside of the connecting piece in the second direction.
6. A pressing writing instrument as recited in claim 5, wherein the side wall of the connector is provided with a second guide surface that is inclined from the first guide surface toward the inside of the connector in the first direction.

The pressing type writing instrument according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the second engaging portions are provided on both sides of the connecting member, respectively; the elastic component is provided with first guide way, first guide way is followed the length direction of pen holder extends, the both sides of first guide way are provided with the relative arrangement the joint is protruding, the afterbody of pen holder is provided with the intercommunication the breach of first guide way, the connecting piece slidable sets up in the first guide way.

10. The pressing writing instrument of claim 8, wherein the other end of the connecting tube is provided with a locking portion, and the ink tube is further provided with a pushing portion for abutting against the locking portion to push the connecting tube to move relative to the pen holder.
