In the process that the horizontal roller 214 and the mounting plate 215 move rightwards along with the traction roller 213 towards the paper board 3, the horizontal roller 214 can not directly move to the upper end of the film layer from the side end of the coated paper board 3 under the action of the inclined plane on the left guide block 218, so that the film layer edge is prevented from being turned up to influence the laminating effect of the film layer.
