Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种流体储存和供应装置、以及一种包括这种装置的载具和方法。
本发明更特别地涉及一种用于储存氢并将氢供应到使用者构件的流体储存和供应装置、尤其是机载装置,该流体储存和供应装置包括用于储存液化的流体的低温罐、以及抽取回路,该抽取回路包括第一抽取管线,该第一抽取管线具有连接至罐的上部的第一上游端以及旨在连接至使用者构件的第二下游端,该第一抽取管线包括位于罐外部的第一加热的热交换器以及位于罐内部的第二加热的热交换器,该抽取回路包括一个或多个阀的组件,该一个或多个阀的组件被配置成确保流体流在进入第一热交换器随后是第二热交换器的过程中或者在仅进入第一热交换器而不进入第二热交换器的过程中从第一端循环到第二端的通路。
例如,文件DE 4329566 A中描述了这种装置。
在供应氢燃料的载具上储存氢利用了压缩的气态氢或液体形式的氢。
如果所需储存容量大于50千克(kg),则优选液体形式的机载储存。液态氢通常在低压力(低于13巴(bar)绝对压力)储存在罐中。处于平衡时,氢的温度由罐中的压力通过液相与气相之间的饱和曲线来设定。这适用于氢的临界点,该临界点发生在略低于13巴绝对压力的情况下。
液态氢通常以接近大气压的压力生产,通常在1.15巴和1.3巴绝对压力之间,对应于20.8K和21.2K之间的温度。使用低温卡车和填充站将液态氢运输并传送到机载罐中。由于运输和传送是热量流入的来源,因此罐中氢的温度对应于约2巴绝对压力的饱和压力或22.9K。
燃料电池(或可能的氢动力内燃机“ICE”)通常以电池中心的绝对压力低于2巴运行。然而,出于各种操作原因,大多数制造商要求与罐的接口压力在3巴和7巴绝对压力之间。
由于满罐最初处于较低压力,于是有必要将其压力增至大于燃料电池(ICE)的压力,并在消耗气体时控制此压力。因此,有必要在罐中包括用于控制其压力的器件。
上述文件提供了罐中加压气体的供应。这使安装更加复杂。由于需要大量的气体,这种控制模式还未在工业中使用。
另一种解决方案在于使用电加热销,该电加热销优选地位于罐的液相中并且被配置用于蒸发液体以增加罐中的压力。这种选择具有实施简单的优点,但具有在故障情况下很难修复(接近罐)以及消耗电池的一些电力的主要缺点。
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的全部或一些缺点。
为此,根据本发明的、也符合以上前序部分中给出的一般定义的装置的基本特征在于,装置还包括用于使罐加压的系统,该系统包括从抽取回路分出的加压管线,并且包括分别连接至罐的上部和下部的两个端部、蒸发热交换器、以及一个或多个阀的组件,该一个或多个阀的组件被配置成允许从罐抽取液体、允许在蒸发热交换器中加热液体、以及允许将液体再引入到罐中。
此外,本发明的实施例可以包括以下特征中的一个或多个:
-一个或多个阀的组件包括三通阀,该三通阀的端口分别连接至第一热交换器的出口、第二热交换器的入口、以及经由抽取回路绕过第二热交换器的部分而连接至第二端,
-抽取回路具有第三热交换器,该第三热交换器串联设置在第二热交换器的下游,使得第三热交换器接收已经进入第二热交换器中的流,
-第一热交换器和第三热交换器以与至少一个传热流体流处于热交换关系地被容纳在同一个交换器壳体中,
-该第一热交换器和蒸发热交换器以与至少一个传热流体流处于热交换关系地被容纳在同一个交换器壳体中,
-第一热交换器、第三热交换器、以及蒸发热交换器以与至少一个传热流体流处于热交换关系地被容纳在同一个交换器壳体中,
-装置具有电子控制器,该电子控制器被配置成控制该装置的一个或多个阀的组件的全部或部分,
-装置包括在第二下游端处连接的燃料电池,
-装置具有在一个或多个阀的组件与第二下游端之间的流量限制和/或调节构件。
本发明还涉及一种包括根据上文或下文所述的任何一个特征的装置的载具、特别是船。
本发明还涉及一种用于借助于根据上文或下文所述的任何一个特征的装置或上述载具将流体供应到使用者构件的方法,其中,使用者构件连接至抽取回路的第二端,该方法包括以下步骤:经由第一抽取管线通过从罐抽取液化的流体来将流体从罐供应到使用者构件,该方法的特征在于,在流体供应步骤之前,如果罐内的压力小于所确定的阈值,则该方法包括以下步骤:经由用于使罐加压的系统将罐加压直至所确定的压力水平。

展示的流体储存和供应装置1可以是载具(船或其他载具)机载的装置,该装置用于储存氢并将氢供应至使用者构件,例如,燃料电池或电机。
装置1包括用于储存液化的流体的低温罐2,例如具有两个间隔开的壁的罐,这两个壁之间真空绝缘。
装置具有抽取回路,该抽取回路包括第一抽取管线3,该第一抽取管线具有连接至罐2的上部的第一上游端13和旨在连接至使用者构件的第二下游端23。
第一抽取管线3包括位于罐2外部的第一加热的热交换器4、以及位于罐2内部(优选地在液体部分中、也就是说在下部中)的第二加热的热交换器5。
抽取回路包括一个或多个阀6的组件,该组件被配置成确保流体流在进入第一热交换器4随后是第二热交换器5的过程中或者在仅进入第一热交换器4的过程中从第一端13循环到第二端23的通路。
也就是说,抽取回路具有管线和旁路部分,在该管线中第一热交换器4和第二热交换器5串联设置在第一端13与第二端23之间,该旁路部分将第一热交换器4的出口连接至第二端23,而无需经过第二热交换器5。
一个或多个阀6的组件包括例如三通阀,该三通阀的端口分别连接至第一热交换器4的出口、第二热交换器5的入口、以及经由绕过第二热交换器5的旁路部分7连接至第二端23。通阀6可以是比例型的(其中,例如,一些流体被引导到第二热交换器5)。当然,可以设想任何其他类型的阀以确保流体流的流送或分配。例如,三通阀可以由分别设置在供应第二交换器5的管线以及旁路管线7中的两个二通阀替代。
如所展示的,抽取回路可以具有第三热交换器12,该第三热交换器串联设置在第二热交换器5的下游,使得第三热交换器12接收已经进入第一热交换器4中然后进入第二热交换器5中的流。控制阀和/或安全阀17优选地设置在第三热交换器12的下游、第二端123处(使用者构件123的上游)。温度和/或压力传感器还可以设置在该热交换器12的出口(类似地,压力传感器可以设置在抽取回路的第一端13的位置20处)。
因此,一个或多个阀6的组件使得能够从罐2抽取气体,该气体在第二端23之前在第一热交换器4中、然后在第二热交换器5中、并且随后在第三热交换器12中循环。作为替代方案,一个或多个阀6的组件使得能够从罐2抽取气体,该气体在到达第二端23之前仅在第一热交换器4中循环。应当注意,流量调节和/或限制构件21优选地设置在一个或多个阀6的组件下游的回路中、以及旁路部分7中绕过第三热交换器12的第二下游端23。
可以是例如校准孔的这个构件允许热交换器5和热交换器12中的压力损失,特别是用于补偿。
第一热交换器4和第三热交换器12可以以与传热流体(水或任何其他流体)的至少一个流14处于热交换关系地被容纳在同一个交换器壳体15中。
如所展示的,优选地,具有压力释放阀的安全装置18设置在第一端13处,以将可能多余的压力从罐2排出。
装置1还包括用于使罐2加压的系统,该系统包括从抽取回路分出的加压管线8,并且包括分别连接至罐2的上部和下部的两个端部、蒸发热交换器9、以及一个或多个阀10、11的组件,该一个或多个阀的组件被配置成允许从罐2抽取液体、允许在蒸发热交换器9中加热液体、以及允许将液体再引入到罐2中。例如,两个阀设置在蒸发热交换器9的两侧上。
因此,这个辅助加压系统允许罐的初始加压,特别是允许连接至第二端123的燃料电池的启动,而无需使用抽取回路。
[图2]的实施例与[图1]的实施例的不同之处在于,蒸发热交换器9与第一热交换器4(以及,在适用的情况下,第三热交换器12)容纳在相同的交换器壳体15中,并且(例如,经由配备有一个或多个阀140、141的回路)与传热流体的至少一个流14处于热交换关系。
在这种情况下,为了在蒸发热交换器9中蒸发液体,蒸发热交换器可以被置于或通过使热水在传热流体的至少一个流14中循环来与较热的流体、与空气处于热交换关系。
应当注意,与示意图相反,这个相同的交换器壳体15优选地设置在罐2下方。
现在将描述用于向使用者构件123供应流体的装置的可能的操作模式。
当罐2中的压力小于所确定的阈值时,三通阀6可以被配置成将从罐2抽取(并在第一热交换器4中被加热)的流体传送到第二热交换器5(以便在罐2中供应热能并因此增加罐的压力)。然后,这个流体在被供应到使用者构件123之前在第三热交换器12中被再加热。
当罐中的压力大于所确定的水平时,三通阀6可以被配置成将从罐2抽取(并在第一热交换器4中被加热)的流体朝着使用者123传送,而流体无需经过位于罐2中的第二热交换器(优选地经由流量限制构件21)。在这个模式中,液相和气相可以在相同的温度保持热力学平衡。因此,在稳态操作中,罐2中抽取的气体是第二热交换器5引起的液体蒸发的结果。因为该气体作泡状通过罐中存在的液体,所以气体与液体处于热力学平衡。罐2中的压力因此由液体和气体的温度设定。因此,这个操作模式使得能够具有液体与气体处于平衡温度的罐2。在这种情况下,如果罐被摇晃,液相和气相的混合物不会影响压力,因为它们处于相同的温度。
如所展示的,电子控制器16(包括微处理器和/或计算机)可以被设置和配置成控制装置的一个或多个阀的组件的全部或部分。
气体部分的这种抽取比液体抽取更有利,因为它允许更好地再生气相。此外,它限制了该相的热梯度,并因此使偏离液相和气相之间的平衡的偏差最小化。
因此,如果合适的话,使得装置能够通过气体抽取以及用于液相内部再循环的环路来控制罐2中的压力。该装置可以是可移动的,特别是可以相对于三个轴线(Oxyz)经受大于五度°的旋转,并且沿着这些轴线的加速度大于0.5g(这可以导致液体/气体混合物,潜在地使现有技术装置中出现压力不稳定)。
装置可以是船、飞行器、固定站的卡车机载的,或处于“满空(plein contrevide)”的使用模式。
装置1有利地具有辅助加压加热器9,该辅助加压加热器用于罐的初始加压以及电池的启动,而无需流体的抽取(在上文描述的永久抽取的操作模式之前)。
因此,罐2通过加压系统与抽取回路分开加压,优选地仅用于确保启动。
Claims (10)
