and fifthly, determining the operation target and the strategy of the telecom value-added service system through an operation target and strategy determining unit in an operation strategy management module, planning and developing products and contents of the value-added service through a service planning and developing unit, enabling a service operation and monitoring unit to be responsible for daily operation and monitoring of the system, enabling a channel management and cooperation unit to be responsible for cooperation and maintenance with telecom operators, content providers and other cooperation partners, and enabling a user relationship management unit to manage relationship with users.
Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the application, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. A diversified telecommunications value added service system, comprising:
the user management module is used for managing information of user registration, identity verification and account management;
the charging management module is used for charging the user for using the value-added service;
the business management module is used for managing the access and configuration of various value-added services;
the value added service application module is used for specific functions and applications of various value added services;
the user interface module is used for providing a user interface so that a user can conveniently browse and select the value-added service;
the data analysis module is used for analyzing and processing the user data;
the personalized recommendation module is used for providing personalized value-added service recommendation according to the requirements and the use habits of the user;
and the operation policy management module is used for formulating and managing the value-added service policy of the telecom operator.
2. The diversified telecommunications value added service system of claim 1 wherein the subscriber management module comprises:
the user registration and authentication unit is used for processing the registration and authentication process of the user;
the user login and security unit is used for verifying the identity of the user and taking necessary security measures;
a user information management unit for managing personal information of a user;
the user service ordering and managing unit is used for ordering and managing various value added services by the user;
the user bill and payment unit is used for managing the bill and payment condition of the user;
and the user feedback and support unit is used for processing the feedback of the user and providing technical support.
3. The diversified telecommunications value added service system of claim 1 wherein the billing management module comprises:
the tariff policy management unit is used for defining and managing tariff policies of different value-added services;
the tariff package management unit is used for managing different tariff packages;
a charging period management unit for managing a charging period and a settlement period;
the bill generation and management unit is used for generating and managing bill information of the user;
a payment management unit for managing a payment operation of the user;
and the balance management unit is used for managing the balance information of the user.
4. The diversified telecommunications value added service system of claim 1 wherein the traffic management module comprises:
the service release management unit is used for managing and releasing various telecom value-added services;
the service configuration management unit is used for configuring and managing parameters and options of various value added services;
the service monitoring management unit is used for monitoring and managing the running states and performance indexes of various value added services;
a user authority management unit for managing authority and access control of a user;
and the report generation and analysis unit is used for generating and analyzing reports and statistical data related to various businesses.
5. The diversified telecommunications value added service system of claim 1 wherein the value added service application module comprises:
the service ordering and payment unit is used for processing the ordering and payment flow of the user on the value added service;
the service execution and processing unit is used for actually executing and processing logic and functions of the value-added service;
a service user interface unit for providing an interface for accessing and operating the value added service for the user;
the service interaction and recommendation unit is used for interacting with the user and recommending proper value-added service to the user;
and the service evaluation and feedback unit is used for evaluating and providing feedback about the experience and satisfaction degree of the value added service for the user.
6. The diversified telecommunications value added service system of claim 1 wherein the user interface module comprises:
a main interface unit for providing an entrance for a user to enter the value added service system;
the classified searching unit is used for searching the value added service which is interested by the user through classification or keyword searching;
a service detail unit for displaying detailed information about a specific value-added service;
the order payment unit is used for processing the order and payment flow of the value added service by the user;
and the account management unit is used for managing the account related information of the user.
7. The diversified telecommunications value added service system of claim 1 wherein the data analysis module comprises:
the data collection unit is used for receiving data from a plurality of data sources of user behaviors, transaction records and service use conditions, and integrating and storing the data;
the data cleaning and preprocessing unit is used for cleaning and preprocessing the collected original data so as to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data;
the data storage and management unit is used for storing and managing the cleaned and preprocessed data;
the data analysis and mining unit is used for executing various data analysis and mining tasks;
and the visualization and reporting unit is used for visualizing the analysis result and generating a report.
8. The diversified telecommunications value added service system of claim 1 wherein the personalized recommendation module comprises:
a user data collecting and processing unit for collecting and processing relevant data of the user;
the user data analysis unit is used for analyzing the user data and predicting the value-added service possibly liked by the user;
the recommendation strategy and optimization unit is used for formulating a recommendation strategy according to different business targets and requirements;
the recommendation result presenting and interacting unit is used for presenting the personalized recommendation result to the user and interacting with the user;
and the real-time monitoring and feedback unit is used for monitoring the recommendation effect and collecting user feedback in real time.
9. The diversified telecommunications value added service system of claim 1 wherein the operational policy management module comprises:
an operation target and strategy determining unit for determining the operation target and strategy of the telecom value-added service system;
the service planning and developing unit is used for planning and developing the products and contents of the value-added service;
the business operation and monitoring unit is used for being responsible for daily operation and monitoring of the system;
the channel management and cooperation unit is used for being responsible for cooperation and maintenance with telecom operators, content providers and other partners;
and the user relationship management unit is used for managing the relationship with the user.
10. A method of diversifying a telecommunication value added service using a diversified telecommunication value added service system according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
step one, a user registration and authentication process is processed by a user registration and authentication unit in a user management module, a user registration and security unit verifies the identity of a user and takes necessary security measures, a user information management unit manages personal information of the user, a user service ordering and management unit orders and manages various value added services, a user bill and payment unit manages the bill and payment condition of the user, a user feedback and support unit processes feedback and provides technical support of the user, a tariff policy of different value added services is defined and managed by a tariff policy management unit in a charging management module, a tariff package management unit manages different tariff packages, a charging period management unit manages charging periods and settlement periods, a bill generation and management unit generates and manages bill information of the user, a payment management unit manages payment operation of the user, and a balance management unit manages balance information of the user;
step two, various telecom value-added services are managed and released through a service release management unit in a service management module, a service configuration management unit configures and manages parameters and options of various value-added services, a service monitoring management unit monitors and manages operation states and performance indexes of various value-added services, a user authority management unit manages authority and access control of users, a report generation and analysis unit generates and analyzes reports and statistical data related to various services, a service ordering and payment unit in a value-added service application module processes ordering and payment flow of the user on the value-added services, a service execution and processing unit actually executes and processes logic and functions of the value-added services, a service user interface unit provides an interface for accessing and operating the value-added services for the users, a service interaction and recommendation unit interacts with the users and recommends proper value-added services to the users, and a service evaluation and feedback unit evaluates and provides feedback experience and satisfaction about the value-added services;
step three, providing an entry for a user to enter a value-added service system through a main interface unit in a user interface module, searching for interesting value-added services by a user through classification or keyword searching by a classification searching unit, displaying detailed information about specific value-added services by a service detail unit, processing the ordering and payment flow of the user on the value-added services by an ordering and payment unit, managing account related information of the user by an account management unit, receiving data from a plurality of data sources of user behaviors, transaction records and service use conditions by a data collecting unit in a data analysis module, integrating and storing the data, cleaning and preprocessing the collected original data by a data cleaning and preprocessing unit so as to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data, storing and managing the cleaned and preprocessed data by a data storing and mining unit, executing various data analysis and mining tasks by a visualization and reporting unit, visualizing analysis results and generating reports;
step four, collecting and processing relevant data of a user through a user data collecting and processing unit in the personalized recommendation module, analyzing the user data by a user data analyzing unit, predicting value added services possibly liked by the user, formulating a recommendation strategy by a recommendation strategy and optimizing unit according to different service targets and requirements, presenting the personalized recommendation result to the user by a recommendation result presenting and interacting unit, monitoring the recommendation effect in real time by a real-time monitoring and feedback unit and collecting user feedback;
and fifthly, determining the operation target and the strategy of the telecom value-added service system through an operation target and strategy determining unit in an operation strategy management module, planning and developing products and contents of the value-added service through a service planning and developing unit, enabling a service operation and monitoring unit to be responsible for daily operation and monitoring of the system, enabling a channel management and cooperation unit to be responsible for cooperation and maintenance with telecom operators, content providers and other cooperation partners, and enabling a user relationship management unit to manage relationship with users.
