Claims (10)
1. A telemedicine method for craniocerebral war trauma treatment comprising:
acquiring site information and wounded related information; the site information comprises environment information and medical supply information; the wounded person related information comprises the cranium image information, personal injury information and wounded person quantity information of the wounded person;
determining medical supply residual information according to the medical supply information and the personal injury information;
determining emergency treatment measures of all wounded persons according to the residual information of the medical supplies, the environmental information, the personal injury information and the craniocerebral image information; the emergency treatment measures comprise on-site emergency medical treatment of medical staff, remote assistance treatment of a rear medical center and emergency transportation treatment of wounded persons;
and determining a final wounded handling result according to the wounded number information and the emergency handling measures of each wounded.
2. The telemedicine method for the rescue of craniocerebral war wounds according to claim 1, wherein said determining emergency treatment measures for individual wounded persons based on said medical item remaining information, environmental information, personal injury information and craniocerebral image information includes:
determining craniocerebral treatment measures of the wounded person according to the craniocerebral image information, the environmental information and the residual information of the medical supplies;
judging whether other fatal injuries exist except for craniocerebral injuries of the wounded person according to personal injury information and environmental information;
if the information exists, determining the wounded condition treatment measures according to the personal wounded condition information and the craniocerebral treatment measures;
and determining emergency treatment measures of all the wounded persons according to the wounded condition treatment measures and the residual information of the medical supplies.
3. The telemedicine method for the rescue of craniocerebral war wounds according to claim 2, wherein said determining craniocerebral treatment measures for a wounded person based on said craniocerebral image information, environmental information and medical supply remaining information includes:
performing similarity comparison on the brain image information and a preset brain image in a preset brain image information base to obtain a similarity value; the preset craniocerebral image information base comprises a preset craniocerebral image and a standard processing step corresponding to the preset craniocerebral image;
comparing the similarity value with a preset similarity threshold, and if the similarity value is not smaller than the preset similarity threshold, obtaining a standard processing step corresponding to the craniocerebral image information according to a preset craniocerebral image information base;
and determining craniocerebral treatment measures according to the standard treatment steps, the environmental information and the residual information of the medical supplies.
4. The telemedicine method for the treatment of craniocerebral war wounds, according to claim 3, wherein said determining craniocerebral treatment measures according to said standard processing steps, environmental information and medical article remaining information, includes:
determining standard required environmental information and standard required medical supply information according to the standard processing step;
obtaining an environment judgment result according to the environment information and the environment information required by the standard, wherein the environment judgment result comprises an environment required by the current environment meeting the standard and an environment required by the current environment not meeting the standard;
obtaining a medical product judging result according to the medical product information required by the standard and the medical product residual information, wherein the medical product judging result comprises the medical product required by the standard and the medical product required by the non-standard;
when the environment judgment result is that the current environment meets the standard required environment and the medical supplies are the rest medical supplies meet the standard required medical supplies, the craniocerebral processing measure is to carry out on-site emergency medical assistance on the wounded person according to the standard processing step;
otherwise, the craniocerebral treatment measures are to transport the wounded person to a rear medical center for medical assistance.
5. The telemedicine method for the rescue of craniocerebral war wounds, according to claim 4, wherein prior to the on-site emergency medical assistance to a wounded person, further comprising:
judging whether on-site medical staff can finish on-site emergency medical assistance on wounded persons according to standard processing steps;
if not, receiving remote medical guidance information provided by a rear medical center, wherein the remote medical guidance information comprises video information and text information;
and determining the treatment step of the site wounded person according to the remote medical guidance information.
6. The telemedicine method for the treatment of craniocerebral war trauma according to claim 3, wherein after comparing the similarity value with a preset similarity threshold, if the similarity values are both less than the preset similarity threshold, further comprising:
calculating the difference between each similarity value and a preset similarity threshold value to obtain a similarity difference value;
comparing the similarity difference value with a preset difference value threshold, screening out preset cranium images corresponding to the similarity difference value which is not more than the preset difference value threshold, and marking the preset cranium images as preset cranium images to be processed;
comparing standard processing steps corresponding to the preset cranium images to be processed, screening the preset cranium images to be processed similar to the standard processing steps, and forming a plurality of preset images to be processed from the preset cranium images to be processed;
determining an image quantity value and an image similarity value contained in an image group to be processed; the image quantity value refers to the sum of the quantity of each preset cranium image to be processed in the image group to be processed; the image similarity value refers to the similarity value of each preset cranium image to be processed in the image group to be processed;
calculating the ratio of the image similarity value to the image quantity value to obtain a unit comparison value of the image group to be processed; the unit comparison value refers to a similarity value corresponding to a unit number;
obtaining diagnostic probability values of each image group to be processed according to the unit comparison values and a preset image probability range table;
obtaining remote medical diagnosis information according to the diagnosis probability value;
and determining craniocerebral treatment measures according to the remote medical diagnosis information, the environment information and the medical supplies residual information.
7. The telemedicine method for the rescue of craniocerebral war wounds, according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining wounded information includes collecting wounded information according to a preset monitoring device.
8. A telemedicine system for craniocerebral war trauma treatment comprising:
the acquisition module (1) is used for acquiring field information and wounded related information; the site information comprises environment information and medical supply information; the wounded person related information comprises the cranium image information, personal injury information and wounded person quantity information of the wounded person;
a determining module (2) for determining medical supply remaining information according to the medical supply information and personal injury information;
the analysis module (3) is used for determining emergency treatment measures of all wounded persons according to the residual information, the environmental information, the personal injury information and the craniocerebral image information of the medical supplies; the emergency treatment measures comprise on-site emergency medical treatment of medical staff, remote assistance treatment of a rear medical center and emergency transportation treatment of wounded persons;
and the processing module (4) is used for determining a final wounded processing result according to the wounded quantity information and the emergency processing measures of each wounded.
9. A terminal comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon computer program instructions capable of being loaded by the processor and performing the method according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor and which performs the method according to any of claims 1-7.
