Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a form detection method provided by a second embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is refined based on the foregoing embodiment, and in this embodiment, specifically, an operation of performing at least one review detection on a modification result of the target form by a direct responsible party corresponding to the form modification module is implemented as follows: if the target form is detected to be re-marked as the modified form by the direct responsible party corresponding to the form modification module, acquiring a modification time length point matched with the re-marking time; when the correction time point is reached, performing first check detection on the correction result of the target form, and re-marking the target form as a form to be corrected when the check result is that the risk exists; pushing the target form to a form modification module to carry out form modification.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s210, acquiring a target form to be detected, and acquiring the form type and form data of the target form.
S220, determining a keyword checking rule matched with the target form according to the form type.
S230, detecting form data of the target form through the keyword checking rule, and marking a detection result of the target form.
And S240, when the detection result is that the risk exists, marking the target form as a form to be modified, and pushing the target form to a form modification module to modify the form.
If at least one keyword exists in a risk check point rule of form data of the target form, the detection result of the target form is that risk exists; if the risk check point rule of the form data of the target form does not have a keyword, the detection result of the target form is that the risk does not exist.
The form modification module can be a direct service person or a direct responsible person of the form.
And modifying or supplementing the data of the keywords with risks in the form instead of modifying or supplementing the data of the keywords with risks in the form.
S250, if the fact that the target form is re-marked as the modified form by the direct responsible party corresponding to the form modification module is detected, a modification time point matched with the re-marking time is obtained.
In this embodiment, the operation of re-marking the modified form may be performed by marking the form to be modified as a modified form through a "modified" button at the modification page of the insurance quality inspection system.
Wherein the correction time point is the twelve-point correction of the next day of the re-marking time; specifically, if the file a is modified on the first day eight and is marked as modified form by the direct responsible party of the form through the function button, and the file B is modified on the first day twenty and is marked as modified form by the direct responsible party of the form through the function button, the modification time points of the re-marking time matches of the file a and the file B are all twelve-point modification on the second day.
And S260, when the correction time point is reached, performing first check detection on the correction result of the target form, and when the check result is that the risk exists, re-marking the target form as the form to be corrected.
The first review detection method is consistent with the first detection mode of the target form.
Specifically, the first review detection operation may be:
acquiring a target form after modification to be detected, and acquiring the form type and form data of the target form after modification;
determining a keyword checking rule matched with the modified target form according to the form type;
detecting form data of the modified target form through the keyword checking rule, and marking a detection result of the modified target form;
and when the detection result is that the risk exists, marking the modified target form as a form to be modified, and pushing the modified target form to a form modification module to modify the form.
Optionally, detecting whether the rechecked times of the target form exceeds a preset time threshold;
if not, carrying out rechecking detection on the correction result of the target form, and updating the rechecked times;
if yes, the target form is re-marked as a form to be modified, so that only the target form is subjected to second rechecking detection
The preset frequency threshold is a manually set value, and can be set and adjusted manually.
In this embodiment, the initial number of times of checking the target form is set to 0, when the target form after one time detection is marked as the form to be corrected, the number of times of checking the target form is set to an initial value plus 1, and the obtained number of times of checking the target form is replaced with the initial value.
The initial rechecked times of the target form are set to be 0, the target form is marked as a form to be modified after the first detection, and after the form is modified, a direct responsible party marks the target form modification as the modified form and carries out first rechecking detection; if the checking result is that the risk exists, the target form is marked as the form to be corrected again, the checked times are updated to be the initial value plus one, namely the checked times are 1, and the obtained checked times are replaced by the initial value, namely the initial value is updated to be 1. It is easy to understand that after the first checking detection is performed for the nth time, if the checking result is that there is a risk at this time, the target form is marked as the form to be corrected again, and the checked times are recorded as the initial value plus one at this time, that is, the checked times are updated as n+1.
Optionally, performing a second review of the target form marked as the form to be modified includes:
and directly checking and detecting the correction result of the target form.
In this embodiment, when the number of times of the rechecking of the target form exceeds the preset number threshold, the first rechecking detection operation for the target form is stopped, and the second rechecking detection operation is only performed for the target form, so that the waste of the repeated operation on system resources is reduced, and the working efficiency of the method of this embodiment is improved.
S270, the fact that the target form is re-marked as the modified form by the direct responsible party corresponding to the form modification module is not detected, and real-time timing is conducted on the modification waiting time of the last time the target form is marked as the form to be modified from the current system time.
The modification waiting time is time when the insurance quality inspection system starts timing from detecting that the state of the target form to be modified is modified to the form to be modified, and stops timing when detecting that the state of the target form to be modified is marked as the modified form.
If the target form is checked twice and there is a risk after the second check, the target form is marked as a form to be corrected again after the second check fails, and real-time timing of the correction waiting time is performed, so that a time point T1, marked as a form to be corrected after the first check fails, of the target form is obtained, and a time point T2, marked as a form to be corrected after the second check fails, of the target form is compared with the distance between T1 and T2 and the current system time, and it is easy to understand that the distance between T2 and the current system time is closest, so that the time point, marked as the form to be corrected after the second check fails, of the target form is set as a real-time timing starting point for timing.
And S280, performing second rechecking detection on the target form marked as the form to be modified each time the modification waiting time reaches the preset modification time, marking the target form as the form to be modified again when the rechecking result is that the risk exists, and re-timing the modification waiting time.
The second review detection method is consistent with the first detection mode of the target form.
Further, the preset modification time period may be manually set or modified.
The preset modification time is set to be 48 hours, on the basis of S270, a time point T2 marked as a form to be modified after the second review is failed is set as a real-time timing starting point for timing, and when the form quality inspection system detects that the current system time reaches (48+t2), the form to be modified, which is not marked as the modified form in the collection system, is subjected to the second review detection, so that the automation of the risk inspection of the form is realized.
S290, pushing the target form to a form modification module to carry out form modification.
According to the technical scheme, the keyword checking rule of the form is determined through the acquisition of the form type and the form data of the target form, the form data is detected based on the keyword checking rule, the detection result of the target form is marked, finally, the form with risk is marked as the form to be modified and is pushed to a direct responsible party for modification of the form, the current system time is marked to determine the modification time point, and the modified form reaching the modification time point is rechecked, so that the problems that in the prior art, when the manual detection of the form keywords is low, all keywords cannot be detected comprehensively and accurately, whether the identified keywords are effectively modified cannot be detected are solved, the manual detection workload is reduced, the form detection accuracy is increased, and the form detection work efficiency is improved.
