In practical application, the workflow processing device can also provide functions such as mouse single double click, keyboard shortcut, toolbar, flow import and export, printing, node navigation, flow copy and paste, flow verification and the like, so that a user can conveniently and rapidly establish a workflow.
In steps S510-S520 in this embodiment, when implementing the establishment of multiple workflows and the configuration of the workflows, a visualization component is provided to achieve a graphical visual effect, for example, designing graphics and setting the sequence relationship of the workflows in a dragging manner, so that the workflow engine has the graphical visual effect, and the user can intuitively determine the operation condition and process of the workflows, so that the user operation is very convenient.
Step S200: and starting a target workflow according to the service information.
In one embodiment, step S200 may include:

In this embodiment, a plurality of flow models obtained by the flow configuration module may be obtained by a workflow engine in the workflow processing system, and when a business operation is started, a target workflow is started according to a business number and/or business data.
Step S600: the service data is stored in the database in an encrypted manner.
Specifically, after receiving the service information, the workflow processing device may start a target workflow based on the service data after obtaining the service data to be circulated, and may encrypt and store the service data to be circulated in the database, specifically may store the service data in the database through the service data management module.
After the service data is stored in the database in an encrypted manner, a user can conveniently inquire the service data management module in the workflow processing system through an interface to acquire the service data when the user performs task processing on the work item management center of the workflow processing system, so that no matter how complex the workflow is, the service system does not need to write codes to manage the circulation of the service data, and the service data which the user needs to examine and approve can be acquired only by calling the service data management module of the workflow processing system through a universal interface.
Step S300: for any node of the target workflow, when operation information confirming the intervention of the workflow is acquired, an operation interface for selecting the intervention type and the intervention flow model is provided.
In particular, the intervention type may include a work order transfer and a work order assistance, and the intervention procedure model may include one or more of a plurality of procedure models.
When determining a target workflow and starting the target workflow, the workflow processing device may prompt at a task node whether to start the intervention of the workflow at the node, and when the user performs an operation of confirming the intervention of the workflow and obtains corresponding operation information, the workflow processing device may continue to provide an operation interface for selecting the intervention type and the intervention flow model, wherein the user considers that the node needs other intervention of the workflow when transacting the task.
Step S400: the target workflow is processed in response to a selection operation of the intervention type and the intervention flow model.
Specifically, step S400 may include:
step S410: generating first operation information in response to user selection of work order transfer and operation of selecting any interventional procedure model;

The workflow processing apparatus may generate first operation information in response to an operation of selecting a workflow transfer by a user and an operation of selecting any one of the intervention flow models including one or more flow models, then end the target workflow based on the first operation information, and start a first intervention flow corresponding to the first flow model until the first intervention flow ends.
As shown in the first example diagram of fig. 3, after the target workflow is started, at node 1 of the target workflow, the user selects a work order transfer, and after selecting a flow model to be intervened, the target workflow directly jumps to the end, and at the same time starts the flow transfer, executes a first intervention flow, and sequentially carries out nodes 1, 2 and 3 of the first intervention flow, and carries out auditing and handling by relevant handling staff until the first intervention flow ends, at this time, the processing procedure of the whole workflow is completed, and the work order transfer is realized.
Step S430: and generating second operation information in response to the operation of selecting the work order group by the user and the operation of selecting any intervention flow model.
Step S440: when second operation information is acquired, a second intervention flow corresponding to the second flow model is started, and when the second intervention flow is ended, the target workflow is continuously executed; wherein the second flow model is determined based on the second operational information.
Wherein initiating the second interventional procedure may include:
a second intervention procedure is initiated based on the business data stored in the database.
The workflow processing apparatus may generate second operation information in response to an operation of selecting a workflow assistance by the user and an operation of selecting any one of the intervention flow models including one or more flow models, then start a second intervention flow corresponding to the second flow model based on the second operation information, and continue executing the target workflow when the second intervention flow ends, until the target workflow ends.
As shown in the second example diagram of fig. 4, after the target workflow starts, at node 1 of the target workflow, the user selects a work order for assistance, and after selecting a to-be-interposed flow model, the target workflow pauses, simultaneously starts the flow for assistance, jumps to execute the second intervention flow, and sequentially performs nodes 1, 2 and 3 of the second intervention flow, and performs an audit by related staff until the second intervention flow ends, and then returns to node 1 of the target workflow, and continues to execute node 1, and subsequent nodes 2 and 3 of the target workflow until the target workflow ends, at this time, the whole workflow processing procedure is completed, and the work order for assistance is realized.
In this embodiment, there are two cases of processing the target workflow to implement service circulation:
in one case, the workflow processing device may respond to the selection operation of the user on the intervention type and the intervention flow model, generate first operation information, when the workflow processing device obtains the first operation information, end the target workflow at the node, meanwhile, parse the intervention flow model selected by the user and included in the first operation information as the first flow model, then determine the workflow corresponding to the first flow model as the first intervention flow, and start the first intervention flow, where the user may process at each node of the first intervention flow until the first intervention flow ends, and at the moment, all flows corresponding to the business content end, so as to realize workflow circulation from one workflow to another workflow.
In another case, the workflow processing device may respond to the selection operation of the user on the intervention type and the intervention flow model, generate second operation information, when the workflow processing device obtains the second operation information, parse the intervention flow model selected by the user and included in the second operation information at the node to be used as the second flow model, then determine the workflow corresponding to the second flow model to be used as the second intervention flow, and start the second intervention flow, where the user may process at each node of the second intervention flow until the second intervention flow ends, where the workflow is not ended, and return to the aforementioned node of the target workflow, where the user continues to process at the node until the last node of the target workflow is completed, where the target workflow ends, and where all flows corresponding to the business content are ended, so as to implement workflow circulation of inserting another workflow into one workflow.
It should be noted that, in the process of implementing two specific workflow flows in step S430 and step S440, relevant data in the service information may be carried, so that the processing objects of each node in the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow can be checked and processed correspondingly.
Step S430 and step S440 provide two modes for realizing service circulation, and no matter which mode, a user can configure the intervention type and the intervention flow model according to the needs, so that the configurable circulation of the workflow is realized, and the flexibility of the work order circulation is improved.
Through the two examples, the work order conversion configuration is realized. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the flexibility of the work order circulation is improved by selecting the work order flow transfer or the work order flow assistance according to the work order intervention type. It should be noted that in the implementation process of the two worksheet flows, based on the service data stored in the workflow engine in an encrypting manner, the other service flow can be started by directly carrying the service data during the worksheet flow, that is, the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow can be started based on the service data stored in the database, so that two corresponding worksheets of different services can be connected in series, more functions are realized, and more practical requirements are met. In addition, the processing process, the data source, the trigger condition judgment and the like of the work order flow can be all in a memory area of the work flow processing device, such as a memory space corresponding to the work flow processing system in the embodiment, and other areas of the memory area, such as the service system in the embodiment, are called, custom development and realization are not needed, and only interface call is realized through simple program improvement, so that the code invasion probability of the service system is reduced.
Further, "at the end of the second intervention procedure, continuing to execute the target workflow" in step S440 may include:
step S441: returning to any node and providing a manual confirmation interface when the second intervention flow is finished;
step S442: and when the operation information based on the manual confirmation interface is acquired, continuing to execute the target workflow until the target workflow is finished.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in S440, when returning to the node 1 of the target workflow, a manual confirmation interface may be provided, whereby the transactor of the node confirms, and after confirmation, continues to execute the target workflow until the end.
Step S700: and when the first intervention flow or the target workflow which is continuously executed is finished, calling a data warehousing interface according to the service number, and storing the service data.
Specifically, when the first intervention process is finished or the target workflow continuously executed is finished, that is, the approval of the last node is finished, all the processing procedures of the workflow are completed, and when the representative business process is finished, in the workflow processing device, the workflow engine can call an interface of the business system according to the business number, specifically call a data warehouse interface, and store the data in the final state into the business system, for example, store the approved business data into a database of the business system.
In one implementation manner of this embodiment, before step S520 "configure the associated service and the execution object of each node for each workflow to obtain a plurality of flow models", the method may further include:
step A1: acquiring operation information for configuring user rights, and acquiring user rights setting information; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
step A2: acquiring pre-stored user authority information to obtain user authority storage information;
step A3: and determining the execution object of each node in each workflow according to the user authority setting information or the user authority storage information.
Specifically, the workflow processing device may directly obtain operation information configuring the user rights to obtain user rights setting information, or may obtain pre-stored user rights information to obtain user rights storage information, and then determine a user group executed by each node, that is, an execution object, according to the user rights setting information or the user rights storage information.
Further, in the workflow processing device, the operation information for configuring the user permission can be directly obtained through the permission configuration module of the workflow processing system to obtain user permission setting information; the authority configuration module can also call an authority center of the service system to acquire pre-stored user authority information so as to acquire user authority storage information; and then the user authority setting information or the user authority storage information is sent to the flow configuration module through the authority configuration module, so that the flow configuration module can determine the execution object of each node in each workflow, and the step S520 can be normally executed.
In this embodiment, the execution object of each node in each workflow, that is, the data source of the permission configuration module, has two modes: one is that departments, roles, authorities and the like can be configured on a page to obtain user authority setting information, and then a specific execution object can be selected for node configuration when flow configuration is carried out; and the other is to acquire an organization authority structure in the service system in an interface calling mode, and then determine an execution object according to the acquired organization authority structure when the flow configuration is carried out, so that a node configuration specific execution object is selected.
In the first mode, the user directly uses the authority configuration function of the workflow processing system to set user information, and at the moment, the authority configuration module can not interact with the service system, so that the trans-regional information interaction process is less; in the second mode, the permission center of the service system is called through the interface, the permission configuration module needs to interact with the service system, and although the interaction process is increased, related execution objects can check tasks needing to be processed or workflow of service types associated with the tasks on a to-be-handled page of the service system, so that the convenience of a visual function and user operation is increased.
In another implementation of this embodiment, after the step S200 of "starting the target workflow according to the service information", the method may further include:
step B1: aiming at each node of the target workflow, the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow, displaying service data in a mode of calling a universal interface;
step B2: obtaining user processing comments of each node of a target workflow, a first intervention flow or a second intervention flow to obtain flow data;
step B3: the process data is stored in a database.
Specifically, since the business data related to the workflow is already stored in the database in an encrypted manner, when the user handles a task on the workflow processing device, for example, when the user handles a task in the business system or the workflow processing system, the business data can be directly acquired by calling the general interface and displayed to the user based on each node of the workflow, including each node of the target workflow, the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow.
The method avoids the need of developing relevant codes by developers when the tasks of each flow are transacted, and reduces business invasion.
Specifically, each node based on the workflow includes each node of the target workflow, the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow, and when the user is processing a task, the workflow processing device may store the user processing opinion, that is, the flow data, acquired on each node, and may specifically store the user processing opinion, that is, the flow data, into a database of the workflow processing system through the flow data management module. The method and the system can conveniently acquire the flow data in a call interface mode through the work item management center of the business system, and acquire the flow data of all nodes before the corresponding node of the current user so as to check corresponding user processing comments, such as the flow processing comments of the processed personnel of the workflow.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method may further include:
step S1000: and monitoring the processing state of each node in the target workflow, the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow.
Specifically, the workflow processing device may monitor the executing workflow in real time, including the processing state of each node of the target workflow, the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow, may monitor the analysis state of the flow model and the processing state of the workflow in real time, and may monitor the flow data of the workflow, so that the background user may check the working condition of the workflow engine and the processing condition of the business flow. The method can be realized by monitoring a workflow engine and a flow data management module through a flow monitoring module.
It should be noted that, the workflow engine to which the workflow processing method of the present embodiment is applied may support basic flow characteristics such as serial flow, parallel flow, sub-flow, conditional path, conditional personnel, common link, mechanism link, and countersign link, which are all in the prior art, besides supporting the workflow processing method of the present embodiment and flexibly supporting the flow processing of the worksheet, and are not described herein.
In practical application, the association relation between the business data and the workflow can be flexibly added according to the requirement, so that the business system does not need to modify own code logic to realize more functions under the condition of calling the workflow engine, and the risk of code invasion is further reduced.
The workflow defined by the workflow engine in the related art, whether serial or parallel, always defines a workflow according to a service correspondence, when the service has variation and needs the workflow to be transferred to other workflows, the other workflow can be started only by modifying the code of the service system, and in the process, the circulation of service data is involved; because the workflow of the business system already involves processing business data and flow data, the processing problem of the business data and the two flow data is involved, which increases the complexity of the workflow and increases more workload for the developer of the business system.
According to the workflow processing method provided by the embodiment, not only can the workflow of one service be defined when the flow is defined, but also the workflow can be configured by a user at one node of the workflow, and the workflow is transferred to another workflow, so that the workflow engine analyzes and starts the other workflow, and the circulation of the worksheet is realized; in the process, the business data of the workflow engine are stored in the database of the workflow engine in an encrypted mode, so that when the workflow engine is in the workflow process, the related flow data and business data are all kept in a memory area of the workflow engine, excessive data processing operation cannot be involved, and the business flow processing process is simplified.
For more details of the above method steps, reference may be made to the description of the specific implementation in the first embodiment, and for brevity of description, a detailed description will not be repeated here.
Example III
Based on the same inventive concept, referring to fig. 5 and 6, a first embodiment of the workflow processing system of the present invention is presented, which may be a virtual system, applied to a workflow processing apparatus.
The workflow processing system provided in this embodiment is described in detail below, and as shown in a functional block diagram in fig. 5, the workflow processing system may include a flow definition module, a flow configuration module, and a flow engine module that are sequentially connected.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the workflow processing system may further include a rights configuration module connected to the flow configuration module, a business data management module and a flow data management module connected to the flow engine module, and a database connected to the business data management module and the flow data management module, respectively. The authority configuration module can be connected with an authority center of the service system, and the service data management module and the flow data management module can be connected with a work item management center of the service system.
Wherein, as shown in the schematic diagram of the functional modules in fig. 6, the flow engine module may include:
an information acquisition unit for acquiring service information;
the flow starting unit is connected with the flow configuration module and is used for starting a target work flow according to the service information;
the man-machine interaction unit is used for providing an operation interface for selecting an intervention type and an intervention flow model when operation information for confirming flow intervention is acquired for any node of the target workflow;
a flow processing unit for processing the target workflow in response to a selection operation of the intervention type and the intervention flow model.
Further, a flow definition module for establishing a plurality of workflows based on the visualization component, the workflows comprising at least one node;
the flow configuration module is used for configuring associated services and execution objects of all nodes for all the workflows to obtain a plurality of flow models;
correspondingly, the flow starting unit is further used for determining a target flow model from the plurality of flow models according to the service information; analyzing the target flow model to obtain a target workflow corresponding to the target flow model; and starting the target workflow.
Further, the permission configuration module is used for acquiring operation information for configuring user permissions to obtain user permission setting information; or, obtaining pre-stored user authority information to obtain user authority storage information;
the flow configuration module is further configured to determine an execution object of each node in each workflow according to the user permission setting information or the user permission storage information.
The authority configuration module can acquire pre-stored user authority information through the authority center to acquire user authority storage information.
Further, the flow processing unit may include:
the first processing subunit is used for responding to the operation of selecting the work order transfer and selecting any one of the intervention flow models by a user to generate first operation information; ending the target workflow and starting a first intervention flow corresponding to a first flow model when the first operation information is acquired; wherein the first flow model is determined based on the first operational information;
the second processing subunit is used for responding to the operation of selecting the work order assistance and selecting any one of the intervention flow models by a user to generate second operation information;
When the second operation information is acquired, a second intervention flow corresponding to a second flow model is started, and when the second intervention flow is ended, the target workflow is continuously executed; wherein the second process model is determined based on the second operational information.
Further, the service information comprises service data to be circulated;
the business data management module is used for encrypting and storing the business data into a database;
the first processing subunit is further configured to start the first intervention procedure based on the service data stored in the database;
and the second processing subunit is further used for starting the second intervention flow based on the service data stored in the database.
Further, the service data management module is further configured to display the service data by calling a universal interface for each node of the target workflow, the first intervention flow, or the second intervention flow;
the flow data management module is used for acquiring user processing comments of each node of the target workflow, the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow to obtain flow data; and storing the flow data into the database.
Further, the service information further includes a service number;
the flow starting unit is also used for starting the target workflow according to the service number; the method can be used for determining a target flow model in the plurality of flow models according to the service number;
the business data management module is further configured to call a data warehouse entry interface according to the business number when the first intervention flow or the target workflow that continues to be executed is finished, and store the business data
The workflow processing system provided by the embodiment interacts with the service system, and the connection and interaction shown in fig. 5 are realized among the internal modules, so that when the service system needs to be accessed into the system, the function of flow approval can be used only by realizing a universal interface; the coupling degree of the flow data and the service is low, and the flexible decoupling can be configured, so that a pluggable system with simple access and decoupling is realized; the processing and the circulation of the workflow are both in a workflow processing system, and a business system does not need to be customized and developed, so that the business code invasion rate is reduced; the system can be applied to a general middle station operation management scene, is used as a pluggable system in a service middle station system, is used for providing a management entrance for general middle station capability, realizes work flow approval and has good effect.
It should be noted that, the functions that can be achieved by each module in the workflow processing system and the technical effects that can be achieved by corresponding modules in the workflow processing system provided in this embodiment may refer to descriptions of specific implementations in each embodiment of the workflow processing method of the present invention, and for brevity of description, details are not repeated here.
Example IV
Based on the same inventive concept, referring to the hardware configuration diagram of fig. 2, this embodiment provides a workflow processing apparatus, which may include a processor and a memory, where a workflow processing program is stored, and when the workflow processing program is executed by the processor, all or part of the steps of each embodiment of the workflow processing method of the present invention are implemented.
Specifically, the workflow processing device refers to a terminal device or a network device capable of realizing network connection, which may be a terminal device such as a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet computer, a portable computer, an embedded industrial personal computer, or a network device such as a server and a cloud platform.
It will be appreciated that the workflow processing device may also include a communication bus, a user interface and a network interface. Wherein the communication bus is used for realizing connection communication among the components; the user interface is used for connecting the client and carrying out data communication with the client, and can comprise an output unit such as a display screen, a loudspeaker and the like, and an input unit such as a keyboard, a microphone and the like; the network interface is used for connecting with the background server and carrying out data communication with the background server, and can comprise an input/output interface, such as a standard wired interface and a wireless interface, such as a Wi-Fi interface; the Memory is used to store various types of data, which may include, for example, instructions of any application or method in the workflow processing device, as well as application-related data, and may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), static random access Memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM), read-Only Memory (ROM), programmable Read-Only Memory (Programmable Read-Only Memory, PROM), erasable programmable Read-Only Memory (Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory, EPROM), electrically erasable programmable Read-Only Memory (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory, EEPROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic or optical disk, etc.; optionally, the memory may also be a processor-independent storage device; the processor, which may be an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), digital signal processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), digital signal processing device (Digital Signal Processing Device, DSPD), programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD), field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA), controller, microcontroller, microprocessor or other electronic component for performing all or part of the steps of the various embodiments of the workflow processing method described above, is used to invoke the workflow processing program stored in the memory and to perform the workflow processing method as described above.
It should be noted that the hardware configuration shown in fig. 2 is not limiting of the workflow processing apparatus of the present invention, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or may be a different arrangement of components.

1. A workflow processing method, the method comprising:
acquiring service information;
starting a target workflow according to the service information;
providing an operation interface for selecting an intervention type and an intervention flow model when operation information for confirming flow intervention is acquired for any node of the target workflow;
the target workflow is processed in response to a selection operation of the intervention type and the intervention flow model.
2. The workflow processing method of claim 1 wherein prior to the step of initiating a target workflow based on the business information, the method further comprises:
establishing a plurality of workflows based on the visualization component, the workflows comprising at least one node;
configuring associated services and execution objects of all nodes for each workflow to obtain a plurality of flow models;
the step of starting the target workflow according to the service information comprises the following steps:
determining a target flow model in the plurality of flow models according to the service information;
analyzing the target flow model to obtain a target workflow corresponding to the target flow model;
And starting the target workflow.
3. The workflow processing method of claim 2 wherein, before the step of obtaining a plurality of flow models, the method further comprises:
acquiring operation information for configuring user rights, and acquiring user rights setting information; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
acquiring pre-stored user authority information to obtain user authority storage information;
and determining the execution object of each node in each workflow according to the user authority setting information or the user authority storage information.
4. The workflow processing method of claim 1 wherein the intervention type comprises a work order transfer and a work order contribution, the intervention flow model comprising one or more of the plurality of flow models;
the step of processing the target workflow in response to a selection operation of the intervention type and the intervention flow model comprises:
generating first operation information in response to the user selecting the work order transfer and selecting any operation of the intervention flow model;
ending the target workflow and starting a first intervention flow corresponding to a first flow model when the first operation information is acquired; wherein the first flow model is determined based on the first operational information;
Generating second operation information in response to the user selecting the work order assistance and selecting any operation of the intervention flow model;
when the second operation information is acquired, a second intervention flow corresponding to a second flow model is started, and when the second intervention flow is ended, the target workflow is continuously executed; wherein the second process model is determined based on the second operational information.
5. The workflow processing method of claim 4 wherein the business information comprises business data to be streamed;
after the step of obtaining the service information, the method further includes:
encrypting and storing the service data into a database;
starting the first interventional procedure includes:
starting the first intervention flow based on the business data stored in the database;
starting the second interventional procedure includes:
and starting the second intervention flow based on the business data stored in the database.

For each node of the target workflow, the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow, displaying the service data by calling a universal interface;
obtaining user processing comments of each node of the target workflow, the first intervention flow or the second intervention flow to obtain flow data;
and storing the flow data into the database.
7. The workflow processing method of claim 5 wherein the business information further comprises a business number;
