the process of modifying the archive link at the position where the error occurs by the archive member comprises the following steps:
when a primary archiver has related errors in the process of inputting corresponding archival data and the content of an input link is required to be modified, submitting an input link modification application to an archive management platform, wherein the input link modification application comprises a modification reason, modification details, modification time and a modifier; checking the input link modification application by the file management platform, generating different digital passwords after the checking is passed, sending the different digital passwords to each member in the middle-level archives cluster in the area, uploading corresponding digital passwords by the members in the middle-level archives cluster, checking whether the uploaded digital passwords are matched with the generated digital passwords or not by the file management platform, if the matching is successful, granting the authority of the primary archives for modifying the input link, and if the matching is failed, not granting the authority of the primary archives for processing the input link; after finishing the modification, generating a corresponding input information modification node;
when a middle-level archiver generates related errors in the process of updating information and needs to modify the content of an update link, submitting an update link modification application to an archive management platform, wherein the update link modification application comprises a modification reason, modification content, modification time and a modifier; the file management platform examines the update link modification application, after the examination is passed, different digital passwords are generated and sent to each member in the advanced archiver cluster in the area, the members in the advanced archiver cluster upload corresponding digital passwords, the file management platform examines whether the uploaded digital passwords are matched with the generated digital passwords, if the matching is successful, the authority of modifying the update link of the intermediate archiver is granted, if the matching is failed, the authority of processing the update link of the intermediate archiver is not granted, and after the modification is completed, corresponding update modification nodes are generated;
when a senior archiver has related errors in the process of processing archives, and needs to modify the content of the processing link, submitting a processing link modification application to an archive management platform, wherein the processing link modification application comprises a modification reason, modification content, modification time and a modifier; the file management platform examines and verifies the processing link modification application, after the examination and verification are passed, different digital passwords are generated and sent to each member in the advanced archiver cluster in the area, the members in the advanced archiver cluster upload corresponding digital passwords, the file management platform examines and verifies whether the uploaded digital passwords are matched with the generated digital passwords, if the matching is failed, the authority of the advanced archiver for modifying the processing link is not granted, if the matching is successful, the authority of the advanced archiver for modifying the processing link is granted, and after modification is completed, corresponding processing modification nodes are generated;
it should be further noted that, in the implementation process, after the members in the senior archive member cluster or the senior archive member cluster receive the corresponding digital passwords, the receiving digital passwords need to be uploaded correctly by more than two thirds of the total number of the archive member cluster or the senior archive member cluster, so that the corresponding rights can be opened, and the situation that the members in the senior archive member cluster or the senior archive member cluster have an emergency and cannot receive or upload the digital passwords is avoided, so that the corresponding rights cannot be opened;
the data archiving module is used for receiving the archival links generated by the data link unit and the archival nodes generated by the data node unit, processing and storing the received archival nodes to avoid the loss of historical archival data, and the specific operation process comprises the following steps:
the data archiving module is provided with a historical data archiving unit and a data classifying unit;
the history data archiving unit is provided with a corresponding history storage space which is mutually related with the storage space in the cloud archive, the history storage space is used for storing a retrieval link of a corresponding archive, and after the data archiving module receives a corresponding update link and a corresponding processing link, archive data which is not updated and processed in the cloud archive are stored;
the data classifying unit classifies the processing of the archives according to archives, puts the received archives nodes into corresponding historical storage spaces in the historical data archiving unit, and stores the contents in the archives nodes;
it should be further noted that in the implementation process, the record time, the modification time and the transfer time of the archives are recorded and saved by the historical data archiving unit, so that the data loss caused by the updated archives is avoided.

Claims (1)

1. The archive management system based on the cloud archive comprises an archive management platform and is characterized in that the archive management platform is in communication connection with the cloud archive, an archive manager management module, a right management module, a data processing module and a data archiving module;
the cloud archive is used for storing personal data and various archive data of the archive staff;
the archiver management module is used for carrying out identity verification on the archivers and setting different grades according to the working contents and qualification of the archivers;
the authority management module is used for setting different authorities when the archiver manages archival materials according to different grades of the archiver and setting a corresponding identity verification method;
the data processing module is used for analyzing the identity data information of the archives, judging whether the archives are granted with corresponding permission for processing the archives, generating corresponding archives links and archives nodes from the archives processed by the archives after the identity verification, and sending the archives to the data archiving module;
the data archiving module is used for processing and storing the received archive links and archive nodes;
the cloud archive is provided with an area management unit, an archive retrieval unit, an archive information input unit, an archive information updating unit and an archive processing unit; the regional management unit is internally provided with a plurality of management regions, and the management regions are file management offices in different areas of the data in the shared cloud archive; the file retrieval unit is used for retrieving the file data in the cloud archive, the file information input unit is used for inputting various file information and performing corresponding classification processing on the file information, the file information updating unit is used for updating the file data, and the file processing unit is used for deleting and transferring the related file data;
the archive member management module is used for setting archive members as primary archive members, intermediate archive members and high-level archive members respectively; the middle-level archives are provided with middle-level archives clusters, wherein each middle-level archives cluster at least comprises three middle-level archives, and each middle-level archives corresponds to one management area; the high-level archives are provided with high-level archives clusters, wherein each high-level archives cluster at least comprises three high-level archives, and each high-level archives cluster corresponds to one management area;
the authority management module is used for setting different authorities for a primary archiver, a middle-level archiver and a high-level archiver, setting authorities for the primary archiver to enter the archives retrieval unit and the archives information input unit, carrying out identity verification on the archives by the ID card number and the name, setting authorities for the middle-level archiver to enter the archives updating unit, granting authorities for the primary archives, and carrying out identity verification on the archives by the face recognition photo; setting authority to enter the archive processing unit for the advanced archive member, granting authority to the intermediate archive member, and verifying the identity information of the archive member through the finger fingerprint for biological identification;
the data processing module is provided with a data acquisition unit and a data matching unit;
the data acquisition unit is provided with a face photo recognition subunit and a fingerprint recognition subunit, the face photo recognition subunit is used for acquiring face recognition photos of the archives, the fingerprint recognition subunit is used for acquiring fingerprint information of the archives, verifying identity information of the archives when the archives process archives, and sending the acquired face recognition photos and the acquired fingerprint information to the data matching unit;
the data matching unit is used for auditing the identity of the archiver, matching the face recognition photo and the fingerprint acquired by the data acquisition unit with the face recognition photo and the fingerprint in the cloud archive, and judging whether to grant corresponding permission to the archiver according to the matching result;
the data processing module is also provided with a data link unit which is used for a archiver to save the archives after the archives complete corresponding work, generate corresponding archives links and save the archives links, wherein the archives links are divided into input links, retrieval links, update links and processing links, and the archives links comprise archives personal data of the archives complete corresponding work, reasons of the archives complete corresponding work, contents of the archives complete corresponding work and time of the corresponding contents;
the data processing module is also provided with a data node unit, the data node unit is used for recording a place where an error exists and needs to be modified in the process of processing the archival data, when a primary archiver needs to modify the content of an input link, the input link modification application is required to be submitted to an archive management platform, the archive management platform is used for auditing the record link modification application, different digital passwords are generated and sent to each member in a middle-level archiver cluster in the management area after the record link modification application passes the audit, the members in the middle-level archiver cluster upload corresponding digital passwords, the digital passwords uploaded by the archiver cluster are matched with the generated digital passwords, whether the primary archiver is authorized to modify the input link is judged according to the matching result, and the corresponding input information modification node is generated after the modification is completed;
when the intermediate archiver needs to modify the update link or the advanced archiver needs to modify the processing link, the corresponding update link modification application or the processing link modification application is submitted to the archive management platform, the archive management platform examines the update link modification application or the processing link modification application, different digital passwords are generated and sent to each member in the advanced archiver cluster of the management area after the update link or the processing link modification application passes the examination, the members in the advanced archiver cluster upload the corresponding digital passwords, the archive management platform examines the uploaded digital passwords and matches the generated digital passwords, whether corresponding modification permission is granted is judged according to the matching result, and corresponding update modification nodes or processing modification nodes are generated after the modification is completed;
transmitting the generated corresponding archive node to a data archiving module;
the data archiving module is provided with a historical data archiving unit and a data classifying unit; the history data archiving unit is provided with a history storage space, the history storage space is used for storing a retrieval link of corresponding archives, and after the data archiving module receives a corresponding update link or a processing link, the archives which are not updated or processed are put into the corresponding history storage space for storage;
the data classification unit classifies the received archive nodes according to the processing of the archive data, and stores the received archive nodes in the corresponding history storage spaces in the history archive unit.
