Further, the flange 12 may be distributed along the edge of the trim body 10, i.e., the flange 12 may completely cover and abut the portion of the decorative layer 40 that wraps around the side 23 of the securing plate to provide overall protection to the decorative layer 40.
In some embodiments, the receiving cavity 33 is an annular receiving cavity around the edge 22 of the fixation plate 20.
In other embodiments, the receiving cavity 33 extends around the edge 22 of the trim body 10 facing the outer surface of the securing plate 20.
In still other embodiments, the receiving cavity 33 is an annular receiving cavity around the edge 22 of the securing plate 20, and the receiving cavity 33 extends around the edge of the trim body 10 facing the outer surface of the securing plate 20.
When the accommodating cavity 33 is an annular accommodating cavity, the edge of the decorative layer 40 is pressed in the annular accommodating cavity 33. By hiding the edge 41 of the decorative layer 40 in the annular accommodating cavity 33, the degree of compression on the edge of the decorative layer 40 can be further increased, and the probability of peeling, wrinkling or edge lifting due to the influence of high and low temperature environments and the like can be further reduced.
In a specific implementation, the accommodation chamber 33 with respect to the ring shape may be formed in various ways. For example, the middle region of the trim body 10 is sunk to form a sink 31, and the edge 22 of the fixing plate is sunk to form a protrusion 32 at the middle region of the fixing plate 20. For another example, the middle region of the ornament body 10 is protruded to form a protrusion 32, and the middle region of the fixing plate 20 is sunk to form a sink 31. The inner surface shape of the sink 31 is adapted to the outer surface shape of the projection 32.
In a specific implementation, the depth of the sinking groove 31 is smaller than the height of the protrusion 32, so that after the protrusion 32 is located in the sinking groove 31, a receiving cavity 33 is formed.
Further, the edge 41 of the decorative layer is accommodated by the annular accommodating cavity 33 formed between the decorative part body 10 and the fixing plate 20, the edge 41 of the decorative layer is hidden and pressed by the annular accommodating cavity 33, the refrigerator decorative part 1 can be realized without an additional edge sealing fixing part, the frame-free design of the refrigerator decorative part 1 is realized, the base material of the decorative layer 40 can not be observed on the side edge by a user, and the overall look and feel of the refrigerator decorative part 1 can be improved.
In some implementations, a first recess 24 is provided in a corner region of the fixing plate 20, the first recess 24 being for receiving a laminated portion of the decorative layer 40 in the corner region. The corner region is the intersection region of the two sides of the fixing plate 20 or a curved surface portion. When the decorative layer 40 covers the outer surface 21 of the fixing plate and the edge 22 of the fixing plate, there is a lamination of the edge 41 of the decorative layer at the corner region of the fixing plate 20, the thickness of the lamination portion is generally greater than that of the non-lamination portion, and the lamination portion can be accommodated by the first groove 24 provided so that the thickness of the edge 41 of the decorative layer in the accommodating cavity 33 is relatively uniform.
In other embodiments, the outer surface 11 of the trim body is provided with a second recess, which is provided in a position corresponding to the corner region of the securing plate 20. The second recess is for receiving the laminated portion of the decorative layer 40 in the corner region. The corner region is the intersection region of the two sides of the fixing plate 20. When the decorative layer 40 covers the outer surface 21 of the fixing plate and the edge 22 of the fixing plate, there is a lamination of the edge 41 of the decorative layer at the corner region of the fixing plate 20, the thickness of the lamination portion is generally greater than that of the non-lamination portion, and the lamination portion can be accommodated by the second groove provided so that the thickness of the edge 41 of the decorative layer in the accommodating cavity 33 is relatively uniform.
In a specific implementation, fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of B-B of fig. 6 in another embodiment, fig. 10 is a partial enlarged view of E of fig. 9, and in combination with fig. 9 and 10, a soft filler layer 50 is disposed between the outer surface 21 of the fixing plate and the decorative layer 40. The soft filling layer 50 can improve the softness of the refrigerator ornament 1 so as to improve the touch feeling of the refrigerator ornament 1.
Further, the outer surface of the fixing plate 20 is provided with a third groove. The third recess is for receiving the soft filler layer 50. By accommodating the soft filling layer 50 in the third recess, the flatness of the surface of the refrigerator ornament 1 can be considered while improving the softness of the refrigerator ornament 1.
In particular embodiments, the soft filler layer 50 may be a sponge layer, a silicone layer, or another soft or elastic material layer.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a refrigeration appliance. The refrigerator includes a refrigerator trim. The refrigerator ornament may be any one of the refrigerator ornament provided in the foregoing embodiments, and the specific structure of the refrigerator ornament may be described in the foregoing embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
Although specific embodiments have been described above, these embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure, even where only a single embodiment is described with respect to a particular feature. The characteristic examples provided in the present disclosure are intended to be illustrative, not limiting, unless stated differently. In practice, the features of one or more of the dependent claims may be combined with the features of the independent claims where technically possible, according to the actual needs, and the features from the respective independent claims may be combined in any appropriate way, not merely by the specific combinations enumerated in the claims.

Various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and the scope of the invention should be assessed accordingly to that of the appended claims.

Claims (16)

1. A refrigerator trim piece, comprising:
a trim body (10) having an outer surface;
-a fixing plate (20) connected to the trim body (10), the fixing plate (20) having an inner surface and an outer surface arranged opposite to each other, the inner surface (21) of the fixing plate facing the outer surface (11) of the trim body, wherein one of the outer surface (11) of the trim body and the inner surface (21) of the fixing plate is provided with a countersink (31), the other of the outer surface (11) of the trim body and the inner surface (21) of the fixing plate is provided with a protrusion (32), the protrusion (32) is adapted to the countersink (31) and such that a receiving cavity (33) is formed between the trim body (10) and the fixing plate (20), the receiving cavity (33) extending along at least part of the edge (22) of the fixing plate;
-a decorative layer (40) covering the outer surface of the fixing plate (20) and covering at least part of the edge (22) of the fixing plate, and at least part of the edge (41) of the decorative layer being located between the inner surface (21) of the fixing plate and the outer surface (11) of the trim body and within the accommodation cavity (33).
2. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 1, wherein said housing cavity (33) extends along at least one pair of opposite edges (22) of said fixed plate (20).
3. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 2, wherein the decorative layer (40) covers the outer surface of the fixing plate (20) in a tensioned state in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the accommodation chamber (33).
4. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 3, wherein the decorative layer (40) has a greater elasticity in a direction perpendicular to the direction of extension of the receiving cavity (33) than the decorative layer (40) has in the direction of extension of the receiving cavity (33).
5. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 2, wherein the ornament body (10) has a flange (12), the flange (12) extending along an edge of the ornament body (10) and from the ornament body (10) towards the fixing plate (20), the flange (12) abutting at least the other edges of the fixing plate (20), the other edges of the fixing plate (20) being edges of the fixing plate (20) other than the at least one pair of opposed edges.
6. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 5, wherein said flange (12) comprises a portion extending along the extension of said housing cavity (33), said flange (12) cooperating with said fixing plate (20) to press at least part of the edge (41) of said decorative layer.
7. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 1, wherein the receiving cavity (33) is an annular receiving cavity (33) surrounding the edge (22) of the fixing plate, and/or the receiving cavity (33) extends around the edge of the ornament body (10) facing the outer surface of the fixing plate (20).
8. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 7, wherein the edge of the decorative layer (40) is pressed against the annular receiving cavity (33).
9. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 7, wherein the intermediate region of the ornament body (10) is countersunk to form the countersink (31), and the edge (22) of the fixing plate is countersunk to form the projection (32) in the intermediate region of the fixing plate (20).
10. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 7, wherein the countersink (31) has a groove depth smaller than the height of the projection (32) to form the annular receiving cavity (33).
11. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 1, wherein the ornament body (10) comprises an outer surface facing the different sides, the decorative layer (40) at least completely covering the outer surface of the ornament body (10) facing the user side in the use state.
12. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 1, wherein a corner region of the fixing plate (20) is provided with a first recess (24), the first recess (24) being for accommodating a laminated portion of the decorative layer (40) at the corner region, the corner region being an intersecting region or curved surface portion of both sides of the fixing plate (20).
13. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface (11) of the ornament body is provided with a second recess provided at a position corresponding to a corner region of the fixing plate (20) where the decorative layer (40) is to be accommodated, the corner region being an intersecting region or curved surface portion of both sides of the fixing plate (20).
14. A refrigerator ornament according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the ornament body (10) and the fixing plate (20) is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the edge (41) of the decorative layer in the region of the receiving cavity (33).
15. The refrigerator trim piece of claim 1, wherein the trim piece body comprises any one of: storage device, door panel, door handle, drawer panel, wind channel apron.
16. A refrigerator appliance, characterized in that it comprises a refrigerator appliance trim (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 15.
