In order to solve the problems that in the prior art, the air outlet effect of an air conditioner is poor, and the number of driving motors is large due to the arrangement of a plurality of wind direction plates, the embodiment of the invention provides a wind direction adjusting component of the air conditioner. Specifically, the wind direction adjusting assembly of the air conditioner provided in the present embodiment includes a base, a movable member, and a driving part.
Further, in the wind direction adjusting unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the base is fixedly provided inside the first ventilation opening 11 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner. The fixed connection mode of the base and the indoor unit of the air conditioner comprises, but is not limited to, threaded connection, spline connection, wedge pin connection and the like. In this embodiment, the base is not rotatable with respect to the indoor unit.
Further, in the wind direction adjusting assembly of the air conditioner according to the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the movable assembly includes a main wind direction control plate 1, an auxiliary wind direction control plate 2, a main connection member 3, and an auxiliary connection member 4. One end of the main connecting member 3 is fixedly connected with the main wind direction control plate 1, and the other end is pivotally arranged on the base through a first rotating shaft 5. One end of the auxiliary connecting member 4 is fixedly connected with the auxiliary wind direction control plate 2, and the other end is pivotally arranged on the base through a second rotating shaft 6. The ends of the main connecting member 3 and the auxiliary connecting member 4 near the base are pivotally connected together by a third rotation shaft 7. The second rotating shaft 6 and the third rotating shaft 7 are arranged in a guide track 8 on the base. The drive means is connected to the main connecting member 3 to drive the main connecting member 3 to rotate about the first axis of rotation 5 relative to the base. That is, the main connecting member 3 is used to drive the main wind direction control board 1 to rotate around the first rotation axis 5 relative to the base, and the auxiliary connecting member 4 is used to drive the auxiliary wind direction control board 2 to rotate around the second rotation axis 6 relative to the base. In addition, since the main connecting member 3 and the auxiliary connecting member 4 are connected together through the third rotating shaft 7, the driving part drives the main connecting member 3 to rotate, so that the auxiliary connecting member 4 can be driven to rotate, and the second rotating shaft 6 and the third rotating shaft 7 are driven to move along the shape of the guide track 8. In this embodiment, the main connecting member 3 and the auxiliary connecting member 4 are each in a plate-like structure to provide better support for the main wind direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary wind direction control plate 2. Of course, the main connecting member 3 and the auxiliary connecting member 4 may also be rod-shaped to save space and make the air conditioner lighter. The specific structure of the main connecting member 3 and the auxiliary connecting member 4 can be determined by those skilled in the art according to actual requirements, and the main connecting member 3 and the auxiliary connecting member 4 can be selected to have different structures to achieve a better balance between the supporting effect and the light weight.
Further, in the wind direction adjusting assembly of the air conditioner according to the present invention, referring to fig. 1, when the driving part drives the main connection member 3 in the first direction, the main connection member 3 is driven to rotate about the first rotation shaft 5, and the auxiliary connection member 4 is linked to rotate about the second rotation shaft 6 through the third rotation shaft 7 to drive the main wind direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary wind direction control plate 2 to move from the closed state to the first opened state exposing the first ventilation opening 11. With the continuous driving of the driving part, the main connecting member 3 drives the second rotating shaft 6 and the third rotating shaft 7 to move along the guide track 8 through the third rotating shaft 7, so as to drive the main wind direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary wind direction control plate 2 to move from the first open state to the second open state inclined downwards relative to the first ventilation opening 11. That is, the wind direction adjustment assembly provided in this embodiment has three states of a closed state, a first open state, and a second open state. Referring to fig. 1, in a closed state, the main air direction control panel 1 and the auxiliary air direction control panel 2 cover the first ventilation opening 11 to close the first ventilation opening 11, which can be understood as an indoor unit of the air conditioner being in a closed state. Referring to fig. 2, in the first opened state, the main air direction control panel 1 and the auxiliary air direction control panel 2 open the first ventilation opening 11, which can be understood as an indoor unit of the air conditioner is in an operating state and blows air in a direction parallel to the first ventilation opening 11. Referring to fig. 3, in the second opened state, the main air direction control board 1 and the auxiliary air direction control board 2 open the first ventilation opening 11 and incline downward with respect to the first ventilation opening 11, which can be understood as an indoor unit of the air conditioner is in an operating state and blows air in a downward direction with respect to the first ventilation opening 11.

The first direction is a direction in which the output shaft of the driving member rotates. And the rotation direction of the auxiliary wind direction control plate 2 is the opposite direction to the first direction. In this way, the driving means drives the main connecting member 3 in the first direction, and the main wind direction control board 1 and the auxiliary wind direction control board 2 are driven to rotate in the direction away from each other, so that the main wind direction control board 1 and the auxiliary wind direction control board 2 are driven from the closed state to the first open state. And, the output shaft of the driving part continues to rotate in the first direction, the main wind direction control board 1 continues to rotate in the first direction, and the second rotating shaft 6 and the third rotating shaft 7 at this time move along the guide track 8 and drive the auxiliary wind direction control board 2 to rotate in the opposite direction to the rotating direction when the main wind direction control board 1 and the auxiliary wind direction control board 2 are in the first open state from the closed state. It will also be appreciated that in this embodiment the drive means may also drive the main connecting member 3 in a second direction opposite to the first direction, so that the main wind direction control panel 1 and the auxiliary wind direction control panel 2 may be moved from the second open state to the first open state and to the closed state.
Further, in the wind direction adjusting unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, by providing two wind direction control plates, such as the main wind direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary wind direction control plate 2, the opening area of the indoor unit wind direction control plate of the air conditioner can be increased, and thus the ventilation resistance can be reduced, and the ventilation effect can be improved. And, set up the main connecting element 3 that drives main wind direction control panel 1 pivoted and drive auxiliary wind direction control panel 2 pivoted auxiliary connecting element 4 through the rotatable mode of third pivot 7, only need set up a drive unit for main connecting element 3 and just can drive auxiliary connecting element 4 linkage auxiliary wind direction control panel 2 and rotate, need not to set up drive unit respectively for main connecting element 3 and auxiliary connecting element 4, saved the arranging cost, reduced the arranging degree of difficulty. In addition, since the second rotating shaft 6 and the third rotating shaft 7 can move in the guide rail 8, when the driving part drives the main connecting member 3, the end of the auxiliary connecting member 4 can also be driven to move relative to the base, so that the air outlet direction limited by the main air direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary air direction control plate 2 can be regulated, the indoor unit can blow towards the ground or a specific direction, and the ventilation effect is further improved.

Referring to fig. 3, in the second open state, the main air direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary air direction control plate 2 are parallel to each other and inclined downward with respect to the opening direction of the first ventilation opening 11. With such a structure, the air outlet direction of the first ventilation opening 11 can be adjusted by the main air direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary air direction control plate 2, so that the indoor unit of the air conditioner blows air in a predetermined direction, and the ventilation effect is improved.
Further, in the wind direction adjusting assembly of the air conditioner according to the present invention, a plurality of adjusting blades are further included. The regulating blades are disposed inside the main airflow direction control plate 1 and/or the auxiliary airflow direction control plate 2, are equally spaced along the longitudinal direction of the first ventilation opening 11, and are arranged parallel to each other. Each of the regulating blades is rotatable in the longitudinal direction of the first ventilation opening 11 about an axis parallel to the width direction of the first ventilation opening 11 to regulate the direction of the wind blown out from the first ventilation opening 11 in the longitudinal direction of the first ventilation opening 11. That is, the adjusting blades may be installed at the inner side of the main wind direction control board 1 or the auxiliary wind direction control board 2, or at the inner sides of both the main wind direction control board 1 and the auxiliary wind direction control board 2, to control the direction of the wind blown out from the first ventilation opening 11 in the horizontal direction. Specifically, the adjustment blades are flat, extend in the width direction of the first ventilation opening 11, and are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals. The person skilled in the art can set the spacing between adjacent adjusting blades according to the actual requirements. It should be noted that, the plurality of adjusting blades are connected via the same lever to synchronously control all the adjusting blades. The joystick may be provided manually or may be additionally provided with a driving motor for driving, which is not limited in this embodiment. With such a structure, since the adjusting blade is provided to adjust the direction of the wind blown out from the first ventilation opening 11 in the longitudinal direction of the first ventilation opening 11, the direction of the wind blown out from the first ventilation opening 11 is adjustable not only in the vertical direction but also in the horizontal direction, and the indoor unit can realize blowing toward a specific direction via the adjusting blade and the wind direction control board, improving ventilation effect.
Next, an operation of the wind direction adjusting assembly of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment will be described. It should be noted that this embodiment describes only a process in which the wind direction adjustment assembly is moved from the closed state to the first open state and to the second open state. However, for the process of moving from the second open state to the first open state and to the closed state, those skilled in the art can easily understand that this embodiment will not be repeated.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in a stopped state, the main air direction control panel 1 and the auxiliary air direction control panel 2 are in a closed state. At this time, the main air direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary air direction control plate 2 completely cover the first ventilation opening 11 in a "<" shape. The second rotating shaft 6 is located at an end position of the guide rail 8 near the inside of the first ventilation opening 11, as seen in the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 5, and the second rotating shaft 6 is closer to the inside of the first ventilation opening 11 than the third rotating shaft 7.
Referring to fig. 2, when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in an operating state, the main air direction control panel 1 and the auxiliary air direction control panel 2 are first moved from a closed state to a first open state. More specifically, the output shaft of the driving part rotates in a direction away from the auxiliary wind direction control plate 2 toward the main wind direction control plate 1, and in fig. 1, the output shaft of the driving part rotates counterclockwise to drive the main connecting member 3 in the closed state and to drive the main connecting member 3 to rotate about the first rotation shaft 5 in the first direction, and in fig. 1, the main connecting member 3 rotates counterclockwise about the first rotation shaft 5. When the main connecting member 3 rotates anticlockwise, one end of the main connecting member 3, which is close to the inner side of the first ventilation opening 11, is driven to move towards the outer side of the first ventilation opening 11. At this time, when seen along the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 5, the second rotating shaft 6 moves along the guide rail 8 in a direction approaching the outside of the first ventilation opening 11, so as to drive the third rotating shaft 7 to move in a direction approaching the outside of the first ventilation opening 11. Since the second rotating shaft 6 and the third rotating shaft 7 are both located at the other end of the auxiliary connecting member 4, the movement of the second rotating shaft 6 and the third rotating shaft 7 drives the auxiliary connecting member 4 to rotate relative to the base, so that the auxiliary wind direction control plate 2 also rotates clockwise relative to the base. The driving member is continuously rotated, so that the main air direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary air direction control plate 2 are parallel to each other and to the opening direction of the first ventilation opening 11. The third rotation shaft 7 is located at the middle position of the guide rail 8 at this time and slightly approaches the outside of the first ventilation opening 11.
Referring to fig. 3, the main air direction control panel 1 and the auxiliary air direction control panel 2 may also be moved from the first open state to the second open state when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in an operating state. The driving part continuously drives the output shaft of the driving part to rotate anticlockwise under the first running state, and drives the main connecting component 3 to continuously rotate anticlockwise, and the main wind direction control plate 1 is connected in parallel to rotate anticlockwise, and the rotation of the main connecting component 3 can link the second rotating shaft 6 and the third rotating shaft 7 to continuously move along the guide track 8 towards the direction close to the outer side of the first ventilation opening 11. The auxiliary wind direction control plate 2 rotates counterclockwise under the drive of the auxiliary connection member 4, and is kept parallel to the main wind direction control plate 1 at all times during the process, limited by the shape of the guide rail 8. When the third rotation shaft 7 is located at one end of the guide rail 8 near the outside of the first ventilation opening 11, the main air direction control plate 1 and the auxiliary air direction control plate 2 assume a state of being inclined downward with respect to the opening direction of the first ventilation opening 11, that is, a second open state.
Based on the wind direction adjusting assembly of the air conditioner, the embodiment of the invention further provides an indoor unit of the air conditioner. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 10, a heat exchanger 13, an air blowing device, and a wind direction adjusting assembly of the air conditioner as described in the above embodiment. In the present embodiment, the left side of fig. 1 is defined as the front surface of the indoor unit, and the right side is defined as the rear surface of the indoor unit. Indoor units of air conditioners are generally disposed at corners where the top and side walls of the room match. The indoor unit and the outdoor unit installed outdoors are connected by a connecting pipeline to form an air conditioner. Of course, the present embodiment is described only with respect to an indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner, and the indoor unit may be an embedded type embedded in the top of the room, a wall-mounted type installed at a high place in the room, a floor type placed on the floor, or the like.
Further, in the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, referring to fig. 1, a first vent 11 and a second vent 12 are provided on a housing 10, and an air supply path is formed between the first vent 11 and the second vent 12. A heat exchanger 13 is provided within the housing 10. The blower blows out air which is temperature-regulated by the heat exchanger 13. The wind direction adjusting unit of the air conditioner adjusts the direction of wind blown out from the first ventilation opening 11 of the indoor unit. In this embodiment, the air blowing device is a blower.
Further, in the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, the upper surface of the casing 10 is inclined downward from the rear side toward the front side of the casing 10, and the lower surface of the casing 10 is inclined upward from the rear side toward the front side so that the thickness of the casing 10 becomes smaller from the rear side toward the front side, and the first ventilation opening 11 is formed at the front side.
Further, in the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the first ventilation opening 11 is located at one side of the heat exchanger 13, opening in the housing 10 toward the first direction. The second ventilation opening 12 is located at the other side of the heat exchanger 13 and opens in the housing 10 in a second direction different from the first direction. In this embodiment, the first direction is a horizontal direction, and the second direction is a vertically downward direction. Specifically, the first ventilation opening 11 is provided on the front surface of the housing 10 and opens forward, and the second ventilation opening 12 is provided on the rear side of the housing 10 and opens downward. Of course, the opening directions of the first vent 11 and the second vent 12 may be arbitrarily selected by those skilled in the art. An air supply passage is formed from the second vent 12 to the first vent 11 in the casing 10. The heat exchanger 13 is disposed inside the housing 10 with its upper portion inclined toward the rear of the housing 10. When seen from the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 5, the heat exchanger 13 is in a honeycomb structure, and a refrigerant is arranged in each honeycomb structure for heat exchange. The heat exchanger 13 functions as an evaporator to reduce the temperature of the surrounding air when the air conditioner is cooling. Of course, the air conditioner functions as a condenser to raise the ambient temperature when heating the air conditioner. With such a structure, since the heat exchanger 13 is disposed obliquely, the case 10 can be made thin, facilitating arrangement.
Further, in the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, referring to fig. 1, in the air blowing state in which the air blowing device is performing cooling, air enters from the second air vent 12, passes through the air blowing path, and is blown out from the first air vent 11. That is, at the time of cooling, air is sucked from below and blown out from the horizontal. The hot air blown out from the first ventilation opening 11 flows along the indoor ceiling and descends along the indoor side wall opposite to the indoor unit. Then, the air flows along the floor and rises along the side walls of the room where the indoor unit is provided, and is sucked from the second ventilation opening 12.
Further, in the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the air blowing device includes a first fan 14, a second fan 15, and a fan control section. The first fan 14 is disposed on one side of the heat exchanger 13, and the second fan 15 is disposed on the other side of the heat exchanger 13. The fan control part may be a driving motor or other components capable of driving the first fan 14 and the second fan 15 to rotate. In the present embodiment, the fan control unit includes two driving motors for driving the first fan 14 and the second fan 15, respectively, in order to control the rotational speeds of the first fan 14 and the second fan 15, respectively.
Further, in the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, the fan control part makes the rotation speed of the first fan 14 greater than the rotation speed of the second fan 15, the first fan 14 rotates counterclockwise and the second fan 15 rotates clockwise to control the indoor unit to be in a cooled air supply state. In the present embodiment, the air flow is generated and cooled by the difference in rotation speed between the first fan 14 and the second fan 15.
Further, in the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the indoor unit further includes a filtering part 16. The filter unit 16 is provided inside the first ventilation opening 11, and one end of the filter unit 16 abuts against the inner wall of the casing 10 inside the first ventilation opening 11, and the other end abuts against the outer wall of the first fan 14. When the indoor unit is in a cooled air-sending state, the air having entered from the second air opening 12 passes through the air-sending path and then is blown out from the first air opening 11 through the filter unit 16. With such a structure, the filter unit 16 is provided, so that the air passing through the air-sending passage can be blown out more uniformly and without any impurity, and the air-sending quality can be improved.
