A dry mist dust suppression device as set forth in claim 7 wherein: the air curtain device further comprises an adjusting mechanism, the adjusting mechanism comprises a friction ring (02) fixedly connected to the supporting frame (01), a cone pulley (15) is fixedly connected to the air blowing blade (22), a screw (30) is rotationally connected to the air blowing blade (07), a mounting block (11) is connected to the screw (30) in a threaded mode, a driving wheel (23) is rotationally connected to the mounting block (11), and the cone pulley (15) can be driven to rotate through the driving wheel (23) when the friction ring (02) rotates.
