The push motor 62 is activated to push the link 63, the link 63 moves to push the push plate 64, and in the longitudinal push assembly 50, the push plate 64 is perpendicular to the touch screen 70 and pushes the wrapping band 73 beyond the edge of the touch screen 70 downward against the edge of the touch screen 70 to fold downward, the folded down portion again beyond the touch screen 70, and in the longitudinal push assembly 50, the push plate 64 is parallel to the touch screen 70 and pushes the wrapping band 73 beyond the edge of the touch screen 70 against the edge of the touch screen 70 such that the portion of wrapping band 73 overlaps the wrapping band 73 on the back surface 75 of the touch screen 70.
For example, the portion of the wrapping band 73 beyond the edge may be 6cm, wherein after the push plate 64 of the longitudinal pushing assembly 50 is pushed for the first time, a portion of 4cm is attached to the thickness of the touch screen 70, and another portion of 2cm is pushed by the push plate 64 of the transverse pushing assembly 60, and the portion of 2cm is overlapped and adhered with the wrapping band 73.
The length of the push plate 64 is flush with the width of the touch screen 70 so that the push plate 64 can uniformly push against the wrapping band 73 at the first end 71 of the touch screen 70.
The longitudinal pushing assembly 50 and the transverse pushing assembly 60, which are positioned at one end of the second conveying mechanism 20 near the belt winding mechanism 30, are installed on a lifting platform, and when the touch screen 70 is in place on the second conveying mechanism 20, the lifting platform lifts the longitudinal pushing assembly 50 and the transverse pushing assembly 60 to the positions corresponding to the touch screen 70 to work.
In some embodiments, the horizontal pushing component 60 is further provided with a glue spreading component, which is used for uniformly spreading the water on the bottom packaging tape 73 of the first end 71 of the touch screen 70, the glue spreading component comprises a glue pipe and a glue outlet arranged on a pushing plate 64 included in the horizontal pushing component 60, the glue outlet extends along the length direction of the pushing plate 64 included in the horizontal pushing component 60, so that the glue outlet just corresponds to the length of the bottom packaging tape 73 of the first end 71 of the touch screen 70, and the glue pipe is connected and communicated with the glue outlet.
The application also provides a packaging process of the touch screen 70, wherein the touch screen 70 is placed into the touch screen packaging machine of any of the above embodiments, and the packaging belt 73 is wound on the touch screen 70 to complete packaging.

Claims (10)

1. A touch screen packaging machine, comprising:
a first conveying mechanism;
the second conveying mechanism is arranged at intervals with the first conveying mechanism, and the conveying directions of the second conveying mechanism and the first conveying mechanism are consistent;
the tape winding mechanism is arranged between the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism, and when the first end of the touch screen is conveyed from the first conveying mechanism to the second conveying mechanism through the tape winding mechanism, the tape winding mechanism winds the packaging tape onto the touch screen from the first end of the touch screen along with the movement of the touch screen until the second end opposite to the touch screen;
the closing mechanism sets up respectively in second conveying mechanism's first end and second end, closing mechanism includes:
the longitudinal pushing assembly is connected to the second conveying mechanism and can be tightly attached to the edge of the first end of the wound touch screen to move;
the transverse pushing assembly is connected to the second conveying mechanism and can move close to the back of the wound touch screen;
the wrapping belt winding mechanism, the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism are configured to wind the wrapping belt to the first end of the touch screen, and when the wrapping belt is wound from the second end, the wrapping belt at the first end and the wrapping belt at the second end of the front surface of the touch screen extend out of the touch screen by a part of width;
the longitudinal pushing component and the transverse pushing component are configured to push the packaging tape extending to the outside of the touch screen to fold downwards after the adhesive is smeared on the back of the part of the packaging tape extending out of the touch screen, and push the packaging tape folded downwards to be folded again and attached to the packaging tape on the back of the touch screen after the packaging tape is dried for a preset time, and reset.
2. The touch screen packaging machine of claim 1, further comprising:
the first clamping piece is arranged at the first end of the touch screen;
the second clamping piece is arranged at the second end of the touch screen;
the first clamping piece is configured to pre-attach the head end of the packaging belt on the belt winding mechanism to the first end wall surface of the touch screen when the first end of the touch screen moves to the position of the belt winding mechanism, and clamps the head end of the packaging belt and the first end side of the touch screen together;
the second clamping piece is configured to enable the second end of the touch screen to be just located at the position of the tape winding mechanism after the touch screen is wrapped by the packaging tape on the tape winding mechanism, the tail end of the packaging tape is just attached to the second end wall surface of the touch screen, and the second clamping piece clamps the tail end of the packaging tape and the side of the second end of the touch screen together.

The touch screen packaging machine of claim 2, wherein the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece each comprise a front plate, a back plate and a fastening bolt, the front plate is connected with the back plate through the fastening bolt, the front plate is abutted with a packaging belt on the front face of the touch screen, the back plate is abutted with the back face of the touch screen, and the front end of the packaging belt is fixed with the touch screen through cooperation of the front plate and the back plate.

The touch screen packaging machine of claim 2, wherein the taping mechanism, the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism are configured such that after the first conveying mechanism conveys the first end of the touch screen to the taping mechanism and the first clamping member clamps the packaging tape and the touch screen, the taping mechanism winds the packaging tape along the end edge of the first end of the touch screen to the side edge of the first end, the first conveying mechanism stops after moving the touch screen a first distance such that the taping mechanism winds the packaging tape at least one turn behind the touch screen, the packaging tape on the back of the packaging tape is located in the back of the touch screen, the first conveying mechanism continuously conveys the touch screen to move, and the taping mechanism continuously winds the touch screen until the touch screen moves onto the second conveying mechanism, and after the wrapping tape on the back of the second end of the touch screen is wound, the second conveying mechanism moves a second distance such that a portion of the packaging tape covering the front of the second end of the touch screen exceeds a predetermined width on the front.

The touch screen packaging machine of any one of claims 1-4, further comprising a lifting motor and a lifting bracket, wherein the lifting motor is arranged on the second conveying mechanism, the lifting motor is connected with the lifting bracket, the lifting bracket penetrates through the second conveying mechanism and abuts against the touch screen, the lifting motor controls the lifting bracket to lift the touch screen, so that the transverse pushing assembly and the longitudinal pushing assembly can act on the touch screen, and the transverse pushing assembly can be inserted into the bottom of the touch screen.
