Abstract

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides an automotive heater assembly, which includes a housing 1, a control assembly 2, a plurality of first heating elements 3, and a plurality of second heating elements 4, wherein the housing 1 has a first chamber 11, a second chamber 12 for mounting the control assembly 2, and a third chamber 13 for mounting the plurality of first heating elements 3 and the plurality of second heating elements 4, the housing 1 further has a first type protruding portion 14 located in the first chamber 11 and dividing the first chamber 11 into a first flow channel 111 and a second flow channel 112, the plurality of first heating elements 3 are located on the first flow channel 111 side, the plurality of second heating elements 4 are located on the second flow channel 112 side, the control assembly 2 controls the connection of the plurality of first heating elements 3 and the plurality of second heating elements 4 to control the on/off thereof, the housing 1 is provided with a water inlet 15 communicating with the water inlet end of the first flow channel 111 and a water outlet 16 communicating with the water outlet end of the first flow channel 111, the second flow channel 112 is adjacent to the second chamber 12 and is blocked by a material, the water inlet end of the second flow channel 112 communicates with the water inlet end of the second flow channel 111 through the second flow channel 111 and the water outlet 16 communicates with the water outlet end of the second flow channel 111.
The present invention provides an automobile heater assembly, further comprising a first temperature sensor installed in the second chamber 12, wherein when the first temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the second chamber 12 exceeds a preset value, the control component 2 controls one or more first heating elements 3 and all second heating elements 4 to stop heating.

When the first temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the second chamber 12 exceeds the preset value, the control assembly 2 controls the second heating member 4 and the first heating member 3 located at the side of the first flow path a to stop heating.
In the above-described embodiment, the first heating member 3 on the first flow path a side in the present invention is divided into the first heating section, the second heating section, and the third heating section in the flow path direction thereof, wherein the second heating section may be arranged in correspondence with the first heating member 3 on the second flow path 112 side.
The working process of the automobile heater assembly provided by the invention is as follows: when the temperature in the second chamber 12 is within the set range, the fluid after heat dissipation flows in through the water inlet 15, then the first heating element 3 and the second heating element 4 heat the fluid flowing through the first flow channel 111 and the second flow channel 112, and the heated fluid flows out through the water outlet 16;
when the temperature detector detects that the temperature in the second chamber 12 exceeds the preset value, the control component 2 controls the first heating element 3 and the second heating element 4 which are positioned in the first heating section along the flow passage direction to be closed, at this time, the fluid flowing into the housing 1 through the water inlet 15 firstly enters the first heating section of the first flow passage 111, then enters the second heating section in the first flow passage 111 and the second flow passage 112 respectively, because the first heating element 3 of the first heating section is closed, the fluid entering the second flow passage 112 enters the second flow passage 112 without being heated, and when the fluid flows in the second flow passage 112, the heat in the second chamber 12 is driven by the heat conducting material, so that the purpose of rapidly radiating the second chamber 12 is achieved, and the fluid entering the second heating section in the first flow passage 111 is heated through the first heating element 3 of the second heating section, flows out through the second flow passage 112 and then merges with the fluid in the second heating section in the first flow passage 111, flows out of the water outlet 16 after being heated through the third heating section.
It should be further noted that, the water inlet 15 and the water outlet 16 are both provided with a second temperature sensor, and the second temperature sensor is connected with the control assembly 2 to monitor the temperature of the fluid flowing through the water inlet 15 and the water outlet 16, and when the temperature of the second chamber 12 is in a set range and the water outlet temperature of the water outlet 16 exceeds a set value, the control assembly 2 is turned off first to control the first heating element 3 and the second heating element 4 located in the first heating section along the flow path direction to be turned off.
The housing 1 comprises a front shell and a rear shell, wherein the front shell is integrally formed with a first type protruding part 14 and a second type protruding part 15 through die casting, and a pressure head for die casting the first type protruding part 14 and the second type protruding part 15 forms a third cavity 13 for installing a plurality of first heating elements 3 and a plurality of second heating elements 4 when the front shell is withdrawn.

An automobile heater assembly is characterized by comprising a shell (1), a control component (2), a plurality of first heating elements (3) and a plurality of second heating elements (4), wherein the shell (1) is provided with a first cavity (11), a second cavity (12) used for installing the control component (2) and a third cavity (13) used for installing the plurality of first heating elements (3) and the plurality of second heating elements (4), the shell (1) is also provided with a first type protruding part (14) which is positioned in the first cavity (11) and divides the first cavity (11) into a first runner (111) and a second runner (112), the plurality of first heating elements (3) are positioned on the side of the first runner (111), the plurality of second heating elements (4) are positioned on the side of the second runner (112), the control component (2) is controlled to be connected with the plurality of first heating elements (3) and the plurality of second heating elements (4) so as to respectively control on and off, the shell (1) is provided with a water inlet (15) communicated with a water inlet (111) and a water outlet (15) communicated with the water inlet (111) and a second runner (112) and a water outlet (16) communicated with the water inlet (112) through the second runner (112) and a heat conducting material communicated with the water inlet (12) and the water outlet (112) through the second runner (112), the water outlet end of the second flow passage (112) is communicated with the water outlet (16) through the first flow passage (111).

An automotive heater assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a first temperature sensor mounted in the second chamber (12), wherein the control assembly (2) is arranged to control one or more of the first heating elements (3) and all of the second heating elements (4) to cease heating when the first temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the second chamber (12) exceeds a predetermined value.

An automotive heater assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that the housing (1) has a second type of projection (17) located in the first flow channel (111) and dividing the first flow channel (111) into a first flow channel a and a first flow channel b, the water inlet end of the first flow channel a and the water inlet end of the first flow channel b being both adjacent to and in communication with the water inlet (15), the water outlet end of the first flow channel a and the water outlet end of the first flow channel b being both adjacent to and in communication with the water outlet (16), the first heating element (3) being partly located on the first flow channel a side and partly on the first flow channel b side.
4. A car heater assembly according to claim 3, wherein the control member (2) is arranged to control the second heating member (4) and the first heating member (3) located on the side of the first flow passage a to stop heating when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the second chamber (12) exceeds a preset value.
