In the embodiment of the invention, when the polishing machine 2 polishes, the polishing sheet 3 can be covered by the two shields 701, so that environmental pollution caused by scattering of sparks and dust generated during polishing is avoided, and meanwhile, the dust collector 702 absorbs and recovers the sparks and the dust through the dust collection hard tube 703, so that the secondary pollution of the sparks or the dust to the surface of the stainless steel composite wave folded plate 1 can be avoided, and the treatment effect is ensured.
More specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, a movable slot 705 is formed on the bottom side of the shield 701, and a plurality of movable covers 704 are movably installed in the movable slot 705; a limiting groove 706 is formed in the top side of the movable cover 704, a limiting rod 707 is movably installed in the limiting groove 706, the top end of the limiting rod 707 is installed on the inner wall of the top side of the movable groove 705, a return spring 708 is sleeved on the limiting rod 707, and the top ends of the return springs 708 are installed on the inner walls of the movable cover 704 and the movable groove 705 respectively. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the polishing machine 2 uses different angles to polish, the movable cover 704 at the corresponding position may be made to contact with the surface of the stainless steel composite wave folded plate, so as to squeeze the movable cover 704, and the movable cover 704 slides on the limiting rod 707 through the limiting groove 706, and drives the return spring 708 to be stressed, and the non-squeezed portion stretches out under the resilience force of the return spring 708, so that when the polishing machine 2 uses different angles to polish, the shield 701 can always cover the polishing sheet 3, and escape of sparks or dust can be effectively avoided.
Referring to fig. 7-10 of the drawings, in further detail, in the embodiment of the present invention, two shields 701 are respectively mounted with a connection frame 709 and a rotating seat 710, and the rotating seat 710 is rotatably mounted on the connection frame 709; the rotating seat 710 is provided with a mounting cavity 712, the mounting cavity 712 is rotationally provided with a rotating shaft 711, the rotating shaft 711 is arranged on the connecting frame 709, a torsion spring 713 is arranged in the mounting cavity 712, one end of the torsion spring 713 is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting cavity 712, and the other end of the torsion spring 713 is arranged on the rotating shaft 711. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the shield 701 needs to be disassembled, the two shields 701 are pulled away from each other, so that one shield 701 rotates on the connecting frame 709 through the rotating seat 710, the rotating seat 710 rotates on the rotating shaft 711, and the torsion spring 713 is driven to bear force, so that the two shields 701 are mutually separated and unfolded, and are removed; similarly, when the polishing sheet 3 is mounted, the two shields 701 can be driven to reset under the resilience force of the torsion spring 713 by loosening the two shields 701.

when the polishing machine 2 is used for polishing and grinding the stainless steel composite wave folded plate 1, the sliding frame 501 is inserted from the end part of the stainless steel composite wave folded plate 1, so that the stainless steel composite wave folded plate 1 can squeeze the plurality of sliding wheels 502 to move, the sliding wheels 502 move to drive the ejector rod 505 to move in the top groove 504, and the top pressing spring 506 is driven to bear force; after the sliding frame 501 is completely embedded in the stainless steel composite wave folded plate 1, the plurality of sliding wheels 502 can completely press the stainless steel composite wave folded plate 1 through the resilience force of the plurality of jacking springs 506, the polishing machine 2 is fixed on the sleeving frame 403 through bolts or other modes, then the polishing machine 2 is adjusted to a proper height, the sliding frame 501 can be moved to slide on the stainless steel composite wave folded plate 1, or the polishing machine 2 is pulled back and forth to transversely slide through the telescopic sleeve 402, so that the polishing machine 2 can realize multidirectional sliding polishing, the polishing machine is convenient to use, long-term hand-held polishing is not needed, the polishing is more stable during polishing, and the polishing quality of the stainless steel composite wave folded plate 1 is further ensured;
further, different polishing and grinding requirements can be met by adjusting the angle of the polishing machine 2, when the angle of the sleeving frame 403 is adjusted, the sleeving frame 403 is rotated to enable the sleeving frame 403 to rotate in the rotating groove 602 through the adjusting seat 603, so that the plurality of positioning rods 605 are driven to rotate, the end parts of the positioning rods 605 are extruded by the arc clamping grooves 606, the positioning rods 605 retract into the telescopic grooves 604 and drive the reset springs 607 to bear force, after the adjustment is finished, the plurality of positioning rods 605 can be driven to reset simultaneously through the resilience force of the plurality of reset springs 607, and then are clamped in the plurality of arc clamping grooves 606, so that the sleeving frame 403 can complete self-locking, and the angle of the sleeving frame 403 can be conveniently adjusted;
in addition, it should be noted that when the polishing machine 2 uses different angles to polish, the movable cover 704 at the corresponding position can be made to contact with the surface of the stainless steel composite wave folded plate 1, so as to squeeze the movable cover 704, the movable cover 704 slides on the limiting rod 707 through the limiting groove 706 and drives the return spring 708 to bear force, and the extruded part stretches out under the resilience force of the return spring 708, so that when the polishing machine 2 uses different angles to polish, the shield 701 can always cover the polishing piece 3, and the dust collector 702 can perform dust collection operation through the dust collection hard tube 703 through the start of the dust collector 702, and the escape of sparks or dust can be effectively avoided.

the polishing machine is sleeved on the supporting device, and the supporting device drives the polishing machine to transversely move; the bottom side of the supporting device is connected with a sliding device, the supporting device is slidably arranged on the stainless steel composite wave folded plate through the sliding device, and the supporting device slides on the stainless steel composite wave folded plate through the sliding device;
the angle adjusting device is arranged on the supporting device and is used for adjusting the angle of the polishing machine; the support device is also provided with a dust collection protection device which is used for isolating the polishing sheet and collecting dust for the polishing sheet;
the supporting device comprises a supporting frame, a telescopic sleeve is arranged on the supporting frame, a sleeving frame is arranged at the end part of the telescopic sleeve, and the polishing machine is sleeved in the sleeving frame;
the side face of the support frame is provided with a sliding groove, a T-shaped block is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, and the telescopic sleeve is arranged on the T-shaped block;
two fastening plates are rotatably arranged on one side, far away from the telescopic sleeve, of the T-shaped block through two hinges, and two inserting rods are arranged on the two fastening plates;
a plurality of slots are formed in one side, far away from the telescopic sleeve, of the T-shaped block, and the inserting rods are inserted into the slots at corresponding positions.
