through setting the side rotary suction plate 13, when the self-adaptive adjusting method applied to the display panel is used, the material taking operation of the straight-face display panel and the curved-face display panel can be respectively completed by utilizing the side rotary suction plate 13, the material taking effect of the curved-face display panel is optimized, the curved-face display panel can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the arc shape of the curved-face display panel, the falling phenomenon of the curved-face display panel during the material taking operation is avoided, the steering motor 22 is started during the operation, the steering motor 22 drives the steering rod to rotate 23 by utilizing the gears, the steering rod 23 drives the rotating frame 25, the side rotary suction plate 13 is driven to obliquely rotate by two groups of rotating frames 25, the electric suction plate 21 on the side rotary suction plate 13 is attached to the surface of the display panel or the display shell by the user according to the surface radian of the display panel, the fixing effect of the curved-face display panel is improved, and the electric suction plate 21 on the side rotary suction plate 13 is kept in a horizontal state by utilizing the angle adjustment of the two groups of the side rotary suction plate 13 during the planar display panel adsorption fixing operation, and the self-adaptive adjusting method can be completed by the electric suction plate 21 on the side rotary suction plate 13 to automatically adjust the arc-face display panel according to the surface radian of the display panel;

step two, material taking adjustment, namely moving a material taking part (6) to the upper part of a material storage box (1), respectively adjusting the angle of a side rotary suction plate (13) by utilizing two groups of steering rods (23), driving the side rotary suction plate (13) to move downwards through a lifting bottom plate (14), enabling the lower part of the side rotary suction plate (13) to sequentially adsorb and fix a display panel and a display shell, and moving the display panel and the display shell to a fixed clamping part (3);
step three, assembling and adjusting, namely driving two groups of sliding clamping plates (11) by using a first screw rod (8) and a second screw rod (9) respectively, enabling the two groups of sliding clamping plates (11) to move at two ends of a cross sliding frame (10) respectively, adjusting the fixed size of a fixed clamping piece (3), enabling the sliding clamping plates (11) to be clamped at four sides of a display panel and a display shell, sequentially completing the placement of the display shell, the display panel and the display shell through a material taking piece (6), and completing the assembling operation of the display panel after bolt fixing;
the assembly equipment comprises a fixed base (2) and a top cover (5), the top cover (5) is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the fixed base (2), the fixed base (2) and the top cover (5) are supported and fixed through four support columns (4), a material taking part (6) is movably arranged on the lower portion of the top cover (5), the material taking part (6) comprises a lifting bottom plate (14) and a moving base (19), the lifting bottom plate (14) is movably arranged on the lower portion of the moving base (19), the lifting bottom plate (14) and the moving base (19) are driven by lifting rods (15), the lifting rods (15) are driven by cylinders, telescopic rods (20) are movably arranged at four corners between the lifting bottom plate (14) and the moving base (19), two groups of side rotary suction plates (13) are movably arranged on the lower portion of the lifting bottom plate (14), a linear motor (16) is movably arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the moving base (19), the linear motor (16) is driven by a screw rod (17) between the linear motor (16) and the moving base (19), sliding rails (18) are sleeved on the lower portion of the linear motor (16) through screw rods (17), the two ends of the side rotary suction plate (13) are movably connected with the lifting bottom plate (14) through a rotary frame (25);
the inner side of the rotating frame (25) is sleeved with a steering rod (23), one end of the steering rod (23) is provided with a steering motor (22), the steering rod (23) and the steering motor (22) are driven by gears, a plurality of groups of electric suckers (21) are fixedly arranged on the inner side of the side rotary suction plate (13), a pump body (24) is arranged on one side of each electric sucker (21), a storage box (1) is arranged at one end of each fixed base (2), two groups of material collecting clamping pieces (7) are movably arranged on the inner side of each storage box (1), each material collecting clamping piece (7) comprises a first moving plate (26) and a second moving plate (27), the first moving plate (26) is movably arranged on one side of the second moving plate (27), and the opposite angles of the first moving plate (26) and the second moving plate (27) are ninety degrees;
