The invention mainly aims to solve the problems that a gap reserved between an inlet and an outlet of a pot body and the opposite side edges of a pit for lifting a pot door in the existing sterilizing pot structure can cause the trolley to be pushed more laboriously when entering and exiting a sterilizing chamber, and even cause the trolley to have toppling over accidents and the like.
The invention provides a sterilizing pot structure, which comprises a pot body, at least one pot door and an elastic supporting module. The inner part of the pot body is provided with a sterilizing chamber which is provided with at least one access opening, the lower side edge of the access opening is provided with a plurality of lower locking hooks, and the lower locking hooks are respectively provided with a plurality of hooking grooves. The pan door comprises a pivoting piece pivoted with the pan body and a door plate capable of lifting on the pivoting piece, the door plate can swing on one side of the pan body through the pivoting piece to cover or open the access, and the door plate can descend after covering the access to enable the lower edge to be buckled in the plurality of lower locking hooks. The elastic support module comprises a lower rod, two support guide rods, a support rod, two extension springs and a plurality of compression springs, wherein the lower rod is combined with the bottoms of the lower lock hooks, the lower ends of the two support guide rods are combined with the lower rod at two ends, the support rod is combined with the two support guide rods in a lifting manner and is positioned above the hook grooves of the lower lock hooks, the upper side surface of the support rod is flush with the bottom surface of the sterilization chamber, the lower ends of the two extension springs are combined with the support rod at two ends, the upper ends of the two extension springs are respectively combined with the two sides of the pot body, the compression springs are respectively arranged in the hook grooves of the lower lock hooks, the lower ends of the compression springs are propped against the bottoms of the hook grooves, and the upper ends of the compression springs are propped against the bottom surface of the support rod.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the sterilizing pot structure provided by the invention can be filled in the gap between the inlet and outlet of the pot body and one side edge of the pit through the supporting rod, and the top surface of the supporting rod is level with the bottom surface of the sterilizing chamber and the external ground through the elastic force of the two extension springs and the plurality of compression springs and the limiting effect of the two supporting guide rods, so that when the trolley enters and exits the sterilizing chamber, the wheels of the trolley do not sink into the gap between the pot body and the ground, and the trolley can be pushed into or pushed out of the sterilizing chamber stably, smoothly and in a labor-saving manner, and no toppling accident occurs.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, the sterilizing pan structure according to the present invention includes a pan body 20, at least one pan door 30 and an elastic supporting module 40, wherein:
the pot body 20 has a sterilization chamber 21 therein, the sterilization chamber 21 has at least one inlet 22 (in this embodiment, two inlets 22 and two outlets 22 are matched with two pot doors 30 for example), two sides and lower sides of the inlet 22 are respectively provided with a plurality of side locking hooks 23 and a plurality of lower locking hooks 24, the lower locking hooks 24 are respectively provided with a plurality of hook grooves 240 which are opened upwards, and a through hole 241 penetrating to the bottom surface is arranged in each hook groove 240. The pot 20 is disposed in a pit 51 of a ground 50, and the bottom of the sterilizing chamber 21 is flush with the ground 50, and a gap A corresponding to the width of the hook grooves 240 is provided between the inlet 22 and the corresponding side of the pit 51.
The door 30 includes a pivoting member 31 pivoted to a side of the inlet 22 of the pot 20 and a door plate 32 capable of lifting on the pivoting member 31, the door plate 32 can swing on one side of the pot 20 through the pivoting member 31 to cover or open the inlet 22, and the door plate 32 can descend to enable the concave-convex side edges to be buckled in the side locking hooks 23 and the lower edges to be buckled in the lower locking hooks 24 after covering the inlet 22.
The elastic support module 40 includes a lower rod 41, a support rod 42, two support rods 43, two extension springs 44 and a plurality of compression springs 45. The lower rod 41 is combined with the bottoms of the lower lock hooks 24, a plurality of through holes 410 penetrating through the through holes 241 are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the lower rod 41, two combining holes 411 penetrating through the upper part and the lower part are respectively arranged at the two ends of the lower rod 41, and the two combining holes 411 are two screw holes. The supporting rod 42 is disposed above the hook slots 240 of the lower hooks 24 to fill the gap a, and the upper side is flush with the bottom surface of the sterilization chamber 21, two ring portions 420 are disposed near two ends of the supporting rod 42, two through holes 421 penetrating the upper and lower portions are disposed at positions of the supporting rod 42 corresponding to the two combining holes 411, a plurality of spring guide rods 422 are combined with the bottom surface of the supporting rod 42, and are movably disposed in the through holes 241 of the lower hooks 24, and the plurality of spring guide rods 422 are threaded rods and are combined with the supporting rod 42 in a threaded manner. The two supporting rods 43 are two long bolts, the two ends of the two long bolts are propped against the upper side surface of the supporting rod 42, and the lower ends of the supporting rods 43 pass through the two through holes 421 and are screwed into the two combining holes 411, so that the purpose of adjusting the height of the supporting rod 42 can be achieved. The lower ends of the two extension springs 44 are respectively hooked on the two ring portions 420, and the upper ends of the two extension springs are respectively connected to the locking hooks 23 on two sides of the pot body 20 by two hooking rods 440, so as to generate an elastic force for pulling the supporting rod 42 upwards. The compression springs 45 are sleeved on the spring guide rods 422, the lower ends of the compression springs are propped against the bottom of the hook groove 240, and the upper ends of the compression springs are propped against the bottom surface of the support rod 42, so that an elastic force for enabling the support rod 42 to move upwards can be provided.
As can be seen in fig. 4, the lower ends of the two supporting rods 43 are screwed into the two combining holes 411 to achieve the purpose of adjusting the height of the supporting rod 42.

As shown in fig. 7, when the door panel 32 is disposed over the passageway 22 and lowered to cause the lower edges to be engaged with the lower hooks 24, the lower edges of the door panel 32 press the supporting rod 42 downward, so that the two extension springs 44 are extended, the plurality of compression springs 45 are compressed, the upper ends of the two supporting rods 43 extend out of the top surface of the supporting rod 42, and the plurality of spring rods 422 pass through the plurality of through holes 410. Conversely, when the door panel 32 is extended upward, the supporting rod 42 can be restored to its original position by the elastic forces of the extension spring 44 and the compression springs 45.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
